Hello New Paradigmers!There are two sides to every story,Just like coins and dollar bills,I will no longer be fooled, distracted or sidetracked,But remember to take the red pill.☉As may be noted in this week's Pele report there is a LOT to the sign Gemini!  It's probably one of  the most complex signs in the zodiac as it is not simply a lion, bull, ram, woman, scorpion or two fish, know what I mean?  It's four "humans," two demi-gods and two mortals of different sexes all wrapped up in one sign.  It is at the transition point from east (self) to west (other) in the natural horoscope and, with Sagittarius, constitutes the "Consciousness/Thought" axis.  The new Moon this Sunday in Gemini portends a month of intense mental activity resulting in intense emotional and physical activity as each stimulates the other.Uranus squaring the Moon's Nodes practically all month multiplies this intensity to the power of 10.  There's a lot going on!  As I mentioned in the report, the danger here is disconnecting our head from our body and acting (body) unconsciously (distracted with noise).  The danger of ignorant decisions (like war) coming from unbridled passionate emotions can have disastrous long term results.  It behooves us all during this time to THINK BEFORE WE ACT. And not only think before we act but FEEL, and tune into our physical body itself and check in with our earthly self before striding off after some rainbow somewhere or avoiding uncomfortable conversations, situations, or people.  Let this be a month of deep diving with others into the intricacies of our psychology and the deeper, buried motivations underlying our words and deeds.  We all make up stories to justify our behavior and sometimes these stories are simply mental constructions to hide our true intentions, needs, or desires.  The Gemini/Sagittarius axis seeks truth. “Let us not fool ourselves.”  Probably, you'll notice the Uranian unexpected, surprise events (often called accidents) more than anything else this week (like the war continuing through a ceasefire perhaps?).  In astrology we call these surprises wake up calls.  They are the result of  our personal unconscious shaking us up to wake us up to see what we have not yet seen and learn what we need to know in order to carry on our unique soul journey of individuation.  Shocks and trauma throw us back on ourselves and help us determine our true values, beliefs, priorities, and morals that will lead us to our eventual enlightenment.  So let's pay attention, learn, grow, and wake up together!  This week's song is Put Your Lights On: https://youtu.be/KCBS5EtszYI?si=qUc-iWv9qpQwi6hOSo Much Love,Kaypacha

 JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN @ FOR THIS WEEK'S ASTROLOGICALLY SPEAKING PODCAST WHICH DROPS AUGUST 15 @ https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking. This week we explore the true meaning of this month's lunar cycle from the July 24 Leo New Moon opposite Pluto in Aquarius, which asked us to plant seeds to better understand we're each here to evolve into the solar, creative, unique, individual we came here to be. And not to be intimidated out of that quest through manipulative coercive disempowerment tactics by the powers that be.So we knew from the beginning of this current monthly lunar cycle that it wasn't going to be without its struggles to maintain our individuality against those in power. It's important to remember that the Leo archetype is about not hiding one's light under a bushel, so that one can ultimately contribute one's unique creativity to the group for the purpose of the betterment of humanity. It's also important to understand that this month's lunation was accompanied by the beginning of the long-term trine of Uranus in Gemini to Pluto in Aquarius. And that this airy trine aspect in the sky makes its presence felt from now until the fall of 2028—aside from some brief times when it loosens a bit during that period.And that means that what we're experiencing during this period is a slow evolutionary process accompanied by many “aha!” type moments. We'll also see Uranus retrograde back into 29-degrees Taurus--known as the Pleiades point, associated with blindness—by November 7, though he'll still then maintain an out of sign trine with Pluto in Aquarius. So, Uranian revelations may well include suddenly learning where we've been blinded to what's really been happening as part of Pluto in Aquarius's evolutionary process to empower us all as individuals who stand together. America was built on the “E pluribus unim” motto, which means “out of many, one,” adopted at the signing of America's Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. When the Scorpio Moon squared the Leo Sun August 1 at the waxing first quarter “crisis in action”—which was accompanied by Venus's square to Saturn & Neptune & her quincunx to Pluto—we witnessed the beginning of our understanding that we the people were being manipulated. That's because this is when Donald Trump fired the U.S. Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics that day based on his dislike of the real unemployment numbers he then sought to fabricate into different, better sounding numbers. He also terminated the head of the Internal Revenue Service, again an indication of trying to control numbers, in line with the fact that Mars in Virgo was conjunct the transiting Virgo South Node at the Leo New Moon. After that, the August 9 Aquarius Full Moon square to Juno & Vesta in Scorpio asked us to release any tendencies toward Leo's shadow side. And that meant letting go of any selfish tendencies to disregard the specialness of each individual soul by lumping them together into a group of undesirables. By that time, Trump had re-imposed higher tariffs on 90 different "partner" countries, though by August 11--as Mercury stationed direct again in Leo & Ceres stationed retrograde in Aries (square to the Venus/Jupiter conjunction in Cancer)—he delayed tariffs on China. In other words, he TACO'd out, again…Many reputable financiers & economists predict a rise in the already high prices of imported goods—particularly at the grocery store & via automobile sales, etc. It's clear now that tariffs hurt American consumers as much if not more than foreign producers in the form of increased costs/prices across the board.Now, this week's third quarter “crisis in consciousness” stubborn Taurus Moon, in tension with the monarchical tendencies of the Leo Sun, asks us during the waning portion of this month's lunar cycle to stand our ground against the powers that be that try to define us as “less than.”What we see now on the ground in places like Washington, D.C., as federal troops & the FBI first joined--but now try to supersede the authority of--the local police there, is people beginning to protest against the authoritarian takeover of the U.S. capitol.Going back to the initial message & meaning of this month's lunar cycle since the July 24 Leo New Moon opposite Pluto in Aquarius, we can see now at this waning third-quarter square that we're asked to stand our ground as a wannabe tyrant tries to manipulate & control us all. The want us to believe that resistance in futile, but American history tells us otherwise.The presence of federal troops in U.S. cities reminds us of the time when British monarchy demanded that colonists house British troops in their homes. Known as the Quartering Act of 1774, this became of the Intolerable Acts which helped light the fuse that fueled colonial resentment towards British rule which ultimately contributed to the growing tensions that led to the American Revolution. Hence, the "invasion" of illegal immigrants Trump has used as an excuse to federalize our local police by taking over our cities is actually a federal invasion of citizens' local & state rights as the national government flood cities with federal troops, the FBI, & Immigration & Customs Enforcement's gestapo-like henchmen.In other astro-news, we have also today's "crisis in consciousness" third-quarter lunar square's summit in Anchorage Alaska between Trump & Russia's dictator, Vladimir Putin. Given the astro-energies at play, it seems likely that Putin--who already believes he has the upper hand in any peace talk negotiations--will stand his ground, thus continuing to disempower Zelensky's Ukraine.And given the fawning relationship of Trump to Putin, it's highly likely that Trump will once again flip-flop to turn against Ukraine, especially since the Moon will enter Gemini & conjoin Uranus there on August 16. Perhaps then Trump will drop his quest to be nominated for a Nobel Peace prize for his efforts to bring peace to Ukraine.  JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN @ FOR THIS WEEK'S ASTROLOGICALLY SPEAKING PODCAST WHICH DROPS MAY 16 @https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking It seems clear now in hindsight that the May 12 Scorpio Full Moon asked us--& asks us still in the waning portion of this month's lunar cycle--to release any attachment to making sudden changes in, or reversals of, long held, deeply felt values.In essence, the May 12 lunation served as a warning that a sudden change in values may not serve the overall evolutionary process--which understands that things cannot remain the same forever but also that change must occur slowly because that is how the evolutionary process works. Ergo, we need to release our tendency to decide to suddenly do an about face vis-a-vis our long held traditional values.This becomes even clearer when we remember two things: That Pluto is now transiting through the Uranus-ruled sign of Aquarius, denoting that evolutionary change over the long term is necessary & that it may be led by the eventual progressive empowerment of groups; & that the U.S. is undergoing still its Pluto return which began in February 2022.The Taurus Sun normally does not like change. It likes its creature comforts & finds security in its resources, including land, money, and its physical body & possessions. In short, Taurus is reluctant to change what it deems pleasurable. And what's pleasurable is what Taurus values.However, when the Taurus Sun exact conjoins sudden change maker Uranus on May 17—particularly in stubborn change resistant Taurus—the Uranian principle that the longer change has been resisted the more sudden & shocking it will seem when it inevitably occurs becomes prevalent. In addition, Uranus, which rules Aquarius, tends to bring us sudden—sometimes shocking & often unexpected—revelations with lightning speed that provide us stark clarity. Given that Neptune's now in Aries, we are seeing an awakening, or new birth if you will, of the need for freedom of choice within the greater collective, especially in America.And this has presented us with a dilemma in terms of this nation's long held values around equality & freedom from tyranny. The current U.S. Pluto return, in effect for several years ahead still, denotes that adaptation will be necessary in order to avoid total extinction of the democratic process here.This podcast takes a deep dive into the sudden, recently attempted changes to both the 236 year-old U.S. Constitution & its long held & accepted legal premise around issues such as habeas corpus & the right to due process, the emoluments clause, birthright citizenship, and more. While it's true that the U.S. Constitution is in need of a modern-day upgrade, sudden change is not the way. That's because we don't want to throw the baby out with the bathwater in terms of its basic principles such as that “all men are created equal,” and that the U.S. Government is one “of the people, by the people, for the people.”What will be necessary in the years to come, under the tutelage of Pluto in Aquarius, will be an update to the meaning of these words. “All men,” for example should not mean only White male Christian aristocratic landowners or corporate robber barons. It must extend its humanitarian Aquarian nature into a more collectively Neptunian sense that ALL humans deserve equal rights—including minorities, women, immigrants, LGBTQ+, etc.--& that corporations & billionaires must not tyrannically control the masses. These are the immediate issues to ponder as transiting Jupiter in Gemini forms a square to the transiting Virgo South Node & Pisces North Node, which urges us to move away from trying to control every aspect of our environment & toward relaxing into a more empathic, inclusive one. This is especially true right now in terms of Jupiter-related archetypes: law, immigration, higher education, religion, & a free press (read: freedom of speech.) As we move toward the third quarter monthly “crisis in consciousness” lunar square of the Aquarius Moon to the Taurus Sun on May 20, the tension between groups of people and a stubborn pleasure-loving executive may become even more palpable. Perhaps objections by the people to our president accepting a $400 million “palace in the sky” jet from Qatar IS a violation of the American Constitution & a step too far, eh?When the Sun enters Gemini later that day, perhaps there will be an about face, as Gemini can be fickle. And, since America's current president's natal Sun/Uranus conjunction in Gemini has proven to be part of how American policy is decided at this point, a change of mind is always possible. If nothing else, the Gemini archetype is good at both being mentally adaptable as well as adept at making an about face.Next week's Mercury/Uranus conjunction in Taurus may well lead to an unexpected announcement of some kind by May 23, especially since Mercury enters its own sign of Gemini May 25. And it just might take a couple of listens to prep for the amplification of Uranian energy in August. It's a mini master class. - Last day of New Moon Energy. Continue to lean into the quiet of it all. Rest, replenish, cast a spell because what you plant in a Taurus new moon has got roots to provide for the long haul. It's especially good for career and money magick. - Venus enters Aries. We like her here. We do. She's blunt and quick and ok to burn something down to get to what she really desires. There's no mincing words in this phase. There is clarity and no b.s. It may feel like somehow if you're not used to receiving a fem vibe with clear boundaries and no room for negotiations. Thursday, May 1st: - Uranus Sextile True Node. A sextile in astrology is always considered a benefit. This collective transit offers us lessons that have us breaking up with tradition in any and all ways. Think internalized patriarchy be gone, binaries AWAY! This is a well crafted tiny & mighty series. Friday, May 2nd: - Venus conjunct Neptune. This one is going to call in themes of romantic relationships. Either a rebirth of romanticism, a new love of some kind, or an obsession with the love you don't currently have access to. We simply have to witness how it plays out and work with what roles through...but please remember Venus is not just amorous love, it's finances and general pleasure, and Neptune is dreams and delusions. This could be work or finance related. - Aphrodite's Day. It's time to ask: What does my inner goddess need in order to remember she is sacred, divine, and designed to receive? Take the rest. Eat the chocolate. Put your hand on your heart, breathe deeply, wear red lipstick. Demand attention from yourself. Light yourself on fire today. Saturday, May 3rd: Breathe, meditate, drink water, eat vegetables, get on the mat. Sunday, May 4th: - Pluto stations Retrograde. This little guy was all the topic not so long ago. Pluto finally moved into Aquarius after being in Capricorn 16 years. Pluto will station today and be retrograde through October 13th. This will pull us all in again in terms of cathartic change. The astrology of this week is likely to be pretty rattling as Uranus, the planet of disruption, revolution, and curveballs, runs amok! The full moon in Leo on the 12th forms a T-square to Uranus, and just about anything can happen. It's a very Uranian week in the stars!

Pluto, the “Lord of the Underworld,” was discovered on February 18, 1930 and announced publicly on March 13 of that year. While the exact dates are of limited importance in our work, Pluto's discovery itself was momentous. From the astrological perspective, it marks nothing less than the collective human discovery of the unconscious mind. In essence, with the discovery of Pluto, we are talking about the birth of psychology as part of the human conversation. As ever, with massive astrological changes such as this one, it's helpful to take a long-term perspective. Uranus was discovered in 1789 – and marked the (very Uranian) overthrow of the rule of kings along with the birth of scientific inquiry,  even when it violated religious dogma. That didn't happen on a single day! Similarly, Neptune was discovered in 1848 and it  marked a massive change in the scope of human imagination and human spirituality – again, that's something we can see clearly in retrospect, but not something that happened the very minute Neptune was found. In exactly the same fashion, the human discovery of the true extent of our inner world – our Plutonian unconscious mind – unfolded over a generation or two. Still, the astrological signature of the event itself dates to the physical discovery of Pluto back almost a hundred years ago.  Listen In...
