Send us Fan MailYou know that feeling when you've done absolutely everything right... and yet it still doesn't feel right?Yeah I see you.Well, you're not someone who just "can't have nice things".... You are basically running on a frequency that was built a long time ago, in a version of your life that no longer fits you anymore. And until that changes, you can work harder, plan more carefully, do ALL the things and still end up exactly where you started. That's what this episode is about. My guest today is Emma Deeks, the creator of the Tesla Code. A revolutionary energetic recalibration method that blends science-inspired principles around energy, electromagnetic fields, human performance and nervous system regulation with identity work that actually sticks. Emma helps people shift their internal state so their external reality has no choice but to follow. And yes, Nikola Tesla genuinely features. No, you don't need to be good at maths. Emma failed it four times! That's literally why it works. In this episode, we go into:The shower breakdown that led Emma to create the Tesla Code (and why that moment is the one she's most grateful for)Why raising your vibration alone isn't enough, and the static electricity principle that explains why what you want can keep repelling you even when you're doing the workThe electromagnetic field you're already broadcasting, and why 93% of whether people buy from you, trust you or feel drawn to you has nothing to do with what you sayFuture memory activation: the neuroscience-backed reason your brain can't tell the difference between now and then, and how to use that to stop making decisions from the version of you who's exhaustedWhy aligned action is not the same as busy action, and how Emma went from tens of thousands in debt to a six-figure business in six months by doing less of the wrong thingsThe identity piece. Because yes, your self-concept is setting the ceiling on everything. We get into this properly.Emma went into a business launch feeling like a failure. She'd already decided it wasn't going to work. And it didn't. But it wasn't because of the strategy or the offer. It was because of the frequency she was broadcasting. She then created the Tesla Code, and tried it on 100 quid… She got it back within hours from a client she hadn't spoken to in years. She then tested it on £10,000…. She had it in her account in six hours. Is it magic? Not exactly. It's energy, it's identity, it's aligned action, and it's the mathematics of Pythagoras (yes, really) applied to who you're becoming. This episode is for you if:You've been doing the mindset work and wondering why nothing's actually changed. You're high-achieving on the outside and totally exhausted on the inside. You're ready to stop performing the life you've built and start living the one that's actually yours. You suspect your internal state is running the show and you want someone to finally give you a method for shifting it.This is that.Find Emma: Instagram: @emmadeeks582 https://www.instagram.com/emmadeeks582/(DM her directly, she means it, no faff, no funnels, just a conversation)The Reinvention Era Podcast is where identity meets action. Most organizations think they're doing AI. They've bought the licenses, rolled out the tools, and told the team to start using Copilot. But adding AI on top of a 40-year-old process isn't transformation. It's decoration. Andre Kaminski, Director of Advanced Technology Solutions at WorkSafeBC and author of "The AI-Native Software Development Lifecycle," joins Peter and Dave to talk about what it actually means to rebuild your delivery process around AI, not just bolt it on. They get into why optimizing code generation alone is the wrong focus, what the six phases of an AI-native SDLC look like in practice, and why the biggest challenge isn't the technology at all. It's the identity shift that comes with it. If your organization is asking "which AI tool should we use?" this episode will help you realize that's probably the wrong question. In this episode:Why AI-augmented and AI-native are very different thingsThe compounding learning effect and why early adopters are pulling further ahead every monthWhat prompt architecture actually means and why it matters more than codeHow to think about governance when prompts become your new source of truth Want to keep the conversation going? Have you ever walked past something — a park, a pair of tiny shoes, a photo on the fridge — and felt that sudden ache of a season that's gone? That's where this episode starts. Christie was walking her dog when she passed a neighborhood park where her boys used to play, and the grief hit her out of nowhere. Not grief over something bad. Grief over something beautiful that simply isn't anymore. And then her brain did what it always does — it connected it to you. To the women she works with who are afraid to let go of alcohol because they're grieving it before they've even quit.In this episode, Christie unpacks why that grief is real, what you're actually going to miss (and what you're not), and the one reframe that changes everything: drinking didn't make you more yourself. Untangling yourself from alcohol will.IN THIS EPISODEWhy grief is a completely normal — and actually appropriate — part of letting go of alcoholThe park moment: Nathan, Andrew, and Ben, and what one walk taught Christie about missing a seasonThe minivan reel that broke her heart a little (you've seen it, you know the one)What you're really going to miss vs. what you think you're going to miss — and why those are very different thingsThe identity lie: why so many women drink to feel like themselves, and why it's working against themThe neuroscience of why alcohol feels like relief — and why that feeling is a trickWhat it looks like when a woman finally comes back into focusPermission to grieve AND keep goingDrop us a Question or CommentIf you have ever...Struggled with the social pressures associated with alcohol use.Felt isolated, alone, and unsure of how to break the cycle.Experienced shame and frustration after drinking.Told yourself, “I'll never get this. AI-powered predictive maintenance has been on the radar for years, but for most facilities, it still hasn't fully landed.Chris sits down remotely with Colin Morris, Senior Director of Solution Consulting at MaintainX, the AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform built for the industrial frontline. Colin has spent eight years working in this space, long enough to have watched maintenance shift from an afterthought to a strategic asset across North American manufacturing. They cover the real barriers to AI adoption in maintenance: unstructured data sitting across disconnected systems, outdated assumptions about what predictive tools should deliver, and the foundational steps most facilities skip before they're ready.Colin walks through what parts data to collect and why, how maintenance has evolved from cost center to cost saver, and where agentic AI is taking the industry next, including what scheduling looks like when an agent does the first pass and a human approves the plan.In this episode, find out:Whether today's manufacturers have the data infrastructure AI actually needs, and why having data and having usable data are two very different thingsThe gap between what AI-driven predictive maintenance promises and what tends to happen when facilities try to put it into practiceWhy a predictive system that shows no faults can mean things are working exactly as they should, and how confirmation bias leads teams to misread that signalThe foundations most facilities skip when digitizing, and why jumping ahead without them creates problems that are hard to undoWhat parts information every facility should have on record, why it matters more than most teams realize, and what happens when a critical component is not cataloguedHow maintenance's status has changed over eight years, from a cost center most facilities avoided spending on, to a core part of a facility's digital strategyWhat AI looks like across maintenance operations today and where it genuinely adds value versus where human judgment still needs to leadEnjoying the show? Identity shift can feel unsettling when money and responsibility are involved. If you carry financial pressure and quiet exhaustion from always being “the safe one,” this may not be about behavior. It may be about a protector identity that formed long ago. Many high achievers did not simply learn how to earn money. They built an identity around protecting it.If you feel pressure, decision fatigue, or subtle relational strain around finances, this episode explores what may be happening beneath the surface. Not budgeting. Not productivity. Identity. Some grew up watching financial chaos. Others absorbed quiet scarcity or anxiety without overt trauma. Even if you say, “My childhood wasn't that bad,” your body may have learned something powerful: security is fragile. From there, a protector identity often forms:The responsible oneThe careful oneThe one who does not miss thingsThe one who keeps everyone safeOver time, that role can harden into identity. Control begins to disguise itself as prudence. Scanning feels like wisdom. Scarcity scripts, often inherited rather than chosen, become operating systems. And beneath it all is a question many leaders never say out loud:If I am not the responsible one, what is my value? This conversation layers identity shift, relational dynamics, and nervous system protection. When money becomes proof, insulation, leverage, or safety in uncertain relationships, it is rarely greed. It is attachment. In marriage, leadership, and parenting, the financial protector role can quietly create hierarchy. Not overt conflict. But distance. Not because you crave power. Because you feel responsible. This episode lives in the Release stage of the pathway. Release does not mean recklessness. It means compassion for the role you built and permission to adjust it.Recognition precedes resolution.Compassion softens shame.Today's Micro Recalibration:Finish this sentence quietly: “I became the one who…”When did you decide that?Who did you learn it from? Was it chosen, or inherited? No fixing. What happens when you grow up feeling like you don't quite fit, and you spend decades assuming the problem is you?In this episode, I speak with Gary Hawkins, a long-serving NHS clinician who was diagnosed as autistic later in life. Gary's story is not neat or linear. It includes childhood chaos, being labelled “unteachable,” boarding school, the traumatic loss of his father in the Falklands, years of masking in professional environments, severe burnout, misdiagnosis, medication that didn't help, and eventually, a diagnosis that brought clarity rather than cure. This is not a conversation about labels for the sake of labels. It's about identity, shame, exhaustion, and the quiet cost of trying to pass as “normal” for decades.Gary speaks candidly about:Growing up feeling like he was “from Mars”The impact of trauma layered on top of neurodiversityBeing misdiagnosed and treated for the wrong thingsThe experience of masking in professional life, and the exhaustion that followsWhy autism is not a mental illness, but a different operating systemThe increased risk of depression and suicide in autistic menWhy diagnosis doesn't change your life, but can change how you see yourselfAnd why men are particularly poor at talking about how they really feelWe also explore the overlap between mental health and neurodiversity, and why many men may have spent years thinking they are lazy, difficult, arrogant, or broken, when in reality they may simply process the world differently. This episode is relevant not only for those considering whether autism or neurodiversity might apply to them, but for anyone who has:Felt chronically out of placeStruggled with social situations but excelled professionallyExperienced burnout that didn't make senseBeen told they're “too much” or “not enough”Spent years masking to surviveGary doesn't present autism as a superpower. Nor does he present it as tragedy. He presents it as reality — complex, nuanced, sometimes painful, and deeply human.Perhaps most importantly, this conversation is about self-acceptance. Not as a slogan, but as hard-won ground.

In today's episode, I'm diving deep into one of the most important questions I get: when there's been a discovery of infidelity, when do we need therapy? What kind of therapy? What makes sense?I'll be blunt with you - I think you always need therapy after infidelity. Here's why: it's so painful that emotions completely take over. Friends or family may not always be the right people to go to during these times because they have their own feelings. When you're in that stress mode, in that survival mode, you really can't see what's really going on underneath it all.In this episode, you'll discover:Why we need to understand what's going on inside - that's where the real issues areThe truth about people who cheat (spoiler: they're not bad people, but they are hurt people)Why someone might not know how to communicate their problems in a relationshipWhat the betrayed partner really needs from therapyThe kind of therapist you should look for (and the question most people never think to ask)Why therapy needs to work on both past wounds AND present skillsWhat real success looks like in infidelity recoveryI share insights from my "Healing Infidelity From the Inside Out" approach and explain why it's not as simple as "people that cheat are bad people." They're people who have had a lack of resources in how to regulate their emotions or communicate well. For example, if someone never saw their parents communicate about problems, how are they supposed to know how to say "I'm unhappy with the way our marriage is going, let's work on it"? Their healthy choices are limited.I also talk about my own 41-year marriage and how even I have more options now for dealing with conflict than I did before I worked on my own wounds and core issues.Key takeaways:A skilled therapist won't put simplistic ideas on complex problemsYou want someone who has worked on themselves and gone through some thingsThe best therapy goes deeper and works with trauma (because it's almost always part of the problem)Success isn't just that the person doesn't cheat anymore - you want to become better than you wereWhether you're the betrayed partner needing support and empathy, or the person who betrayed needing to develop better options, this episode will help you understand what to look for in effective ther If this episode resonates with you, please share it with someone who could benefit and leave a review. What good are values? How do they help us in the everyday chaos of life? That is what we are talking about on the show today. We will discuss how values are essential for us as we navigate life. Just like a compass helps sailors arrive at their destination, values guide us to live empowered lives. This means each day can be rich and full of meaning no matter what you do for a job or how many tasks you have to accomplish.Values Help Us Live Focused in the Chaos of LifeValues can act as a compass and bring focus amidst the chaos.Values give us direction on what action to take.Values help us cut out the unnecessary or unimportant in our lives.Values are an Antidote to AimlessnessWithout values, we aren't aiming our lives in any specific directionValues force us to choose. If we don't choose a direction for our lives, someone or something else will choose for us.The current of life draws us towards the easy and the urgent. The easy and the urgent are rarely the important. Not choosing is a choice.Values are an Antidote to OverwhelmA million different voices are screaming at us that we NEED to do their thing. (Buy their product, take their course, follow their advice, etc.)There is a dangerous assumption in our world that we can do everything. You CANNOT do it all. “Teach us to number our days, that we might gain a heart of wisdom.”(Psalm 90:12)We don't need to do everything. We just need to do the right thingsThe difference between a light and a laser is the focus. The difference between surviving and thriving is the focus.CHALLENGE:The Values Starter KitRESOURCES TO HELP YOU THRIVE AS A MAN========================Thriving Man Coaching ResourcesDiscover OUR SPEAKING AND HOW WE HAVE EMPOWERED THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ACROSS THE WORLD
