Well, Folks 2020 is almost finally almost over. It has been one crazy year. With stricter lockdowns happening, the bros are more than a little worried about keeping up their training. Hopefully, things are looking to get better soon and we can all go back to chasing that sexy. In the meantime, however, Cyberpunk 2077 is a beautiful buggy mess that Isaac can't stop playing while Brad has been eyeing consoles. Also Isaac is having a little too much fun killing his crewmates in Among Us. Today Lisa gets a chance to talk with Aaron Coffman fresh off the course at Savage Race Chicago. Aaron got to run the Pro course and step onto the podium for 1st place age group. Then he went back out and ran the Blitz open. They discuss some of the safety protocols and the overall race experience. Aaron and Lisa also review what got him into OCR after years of road racing and how his training style changed for OCR. Completing the Savage Race on July 25th was his 70th OCR. His other accolades include: 4 Battleground Mud Runs 1 Conquer the Gauntlet 1 Crusher Race 1 OCR North American Championship 1 OCR World Championship 3 Savage Races (+ 1 or 2 this weekend) 1 Terrain Race 1 Tough Mudder (my first ever obstacle "race") 2 Warrior Dash 54 Spartan Races (4 in 2018; 38 in 2019; 11 so far in 2020 plus a Virtual Trifecta).
