For this week's third podcast review, I am joined by Josh Parham, Dan Bayer, Alyssa Christian & Danilo Castro. Today, we are reviewing the second directorial effort from Academy Award-nominee Bradley Cooper with "Maestro," starring Cooper, Carey Mulligan, Sarah Silverman, Matt Bomer, Josh Hamilton & Maya Hawke. A Netflix biopic less about the music of world-renowned conductor Leonardo Bernstein and more about his marriage with Felicia Montealegre, the film marks an artistic leap for Cooper both in front and behind the camera as he deploys many classical filmmaking tricks to take us through decades of an artists life. What did we think of the story, writing, performances, cinematography, sound, and makeup used to age the characters? Tune in as we discuss these elements, its awards season chances, and more in our SPOILER-FILLED review. Thank you, and enjoy! Check out more on NextBestPicture.com Please subscribe on... However, monoaminergic antidepressant therapies, which are currently considered the standard of care, have several limitations, such as slow therapeutic response times, suboptimal efficacy and remission rates, and adverse effects that may impact patient adherence.Recent research has focused on novel pathways involved in the etiology of depression, including glutamatergic and GABAergic modulation. For example, neuroactive steroids such as zuranolone act as positive allosteric modulators of the GABA-A receptor. In 2023, zuranolone became the first and only oral therapy to be approved for the treatment of postpartum depression. There have also been advances in glutamatergic antidepressants, with the approval of esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression in 2019 and for depression with acute suicidal ideation or behavior in 2020, as well as the approval of dextromethorphan-bupropion for the treatment of major depressive disorder in 2022.In order to help clinicians remain abreast of the latest treatment options for depression, PeerView recently held a Candid Conversations & Clinical Consults educational symposium, featuring a panel of psychiatric–mental health nursing faculty. These depression experts paired compelling, real-world case scenarios with practice-changing evidence to illustrate how to integrate novel and emerging treatments for depression into clinical practice, including strategies to identify patients who may benefit from these treatments, and how to use shared decision-making to craft individualized treatment plans. Hurdle is known for his expertise in Managing and hitting and was been recognized as one of the best-hitting prospects of all time. He emphasizes the importance of building relationships with players and earning their trust. Hurdle believes that it's crucial for coaches to understand a player's strengths and help them develop their own unique style of hitting. He also discusses the impact of analytics on the game of baseball and the need for a balance between data-driven insights and the human element of the game.• Building a strong relationship and earning the trust of players is essential for hitting coaches.• Coaches should focus on a player's strengths and help them develop their own unique style of hitting.• The use of analytics in baseball has brought valuable insights, but there is still a need for the human element and the ability to read players' emotions and body language.• It's important for coaches to understand how each player learns best, whether it's kinetically, visually, through audio, or touch and feel.• Coaches should prioritize getting players in a position to recognize pitches with a calm body and head, rather than rushing to hit the ball.• "It starts with building that relationship and earning the trust of the player."• "I try and help the player identify his strengths and his areas of improvement, but we focus more on strengths."• "Coaching is about taking the player and getting them from point A to B in a different type of mode of transportation or a different thought that they couldn't do on their own."Timestamps:[2:45] Reason why Clint is now active on social media[16:27] Preparing our future through our past[23:23] Clint's advice to grow the game[28:18] We get more of what we focus on[43:32] Coaching and trust go side by side[44:43] Pivotal points of Clint's coaching journey[50:14] What's behind the numbers and expectations[56:17] Coaching advice as a manager[1:01:00] Best players Clint has coachedFollow Clint on Twitter: @ClintHurdle13 Hosted on Acast.
