How do you create from soul? And more specifically, when it comes to our business, how do we learn to trust our intuition and fuse a divine sense of knowing into the work that we do?Listeners of Soul Inspiring Business are in for a treat this episode as Kara is in conversation with her business coach and mentor, Jen Cudmore. Jen is an ‘Entrepreneur Alignment and High Level Success Coach', or a ‘Business Kinesiologist' – she uses her healing powers to help people bridge the gap between their life purpose and money-making ambitions. Today we learn that there isn't actually a gap to be bridged! Rather we should imagine how we show up in the world (and the work that we do), and our material ambitions (how we plan to make money), as two separate train tracks, running parallel with each other, both needing their own care and separate attention.Or to put it more succinctly in Jen's words, "Manifest money. Making a difference." Full stop. Separate sentences. Learn how to get in 'flow' with your business so that things come more naturally to you in this seminal episode that will surely help shift things for you in your personal, business, and spiritual life. There's also a powerful energy-clearing meditation with Jen at the end of the episode that you can listen to whenever you feel the need. The pound is notoriously difficult to trade. It's a “graveyard for G-10 traders,” says Mark Cudmore, senior macro strategist for Bloomberg's Markets Live blog. When it comes to making calls on the British currency, he says, “people only ever lose money.” Cudmore joins reporter Sofia Horta e Costa on this week's In the City to try and make sense of why markets are again turning on sterling, just one year after ex-Prime Minister Liz Truss's spending plans drove the pound to a record low.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

To Love a Viking by Heather Day Gilbert and Jen Cudmore has been released, and I got to chat with them about it last week. Guys, this series! If the Christian influence on Viking history isn't enough, what about adventure, fight scenes, and romance that won't make you blush? How about that a damsel is in distress and… gets rescued by another woman instead of the stereotypical DUDE! Listen in! Note: links may be affiliate links that provide me with a small commission at no extra expense to you. Are You Ready for an Exciting New Viking Series from 2 Great Authors? One of the biggest surprises I recall from researching books by different authors was that the cozy mystery and suspense author I liked and respected, Heather Day Gilbert, had also written historical Viking books! I made the erroneous assumption that they were romance and skipped them (for the time being… I knew I'd read them some day), and then something happened. A few months ago, I saw this cover. With Heather's name on it. And some other gal I hadn't heard of–Jen Cudmore. What is this deliciousness? The cover was AMAZING… not stereotypical nor was it inauthentic. It was just GOOD (not to mention gorgeous) and with the Celtic frame (the Vikings did go over to Scotland/Ireland after all), I just felt like it hit all the sweet spots. Well… the book is here, folks. And I've got a copy in my hot little hands. No, really. It's July. And I live in the desert. My hands are totally hot and in totally all the wrong ways. Just throwin' that out there. Anyway, Heather and Jen chatted with me about To Love a Viking, and oh my! This book sounds fabulous. We know Viking women were strong. Even those that weren't warriors had to survive Nordic winters. Ergo, strong. But what about strong enough to build a new society with people they'd once fought against. Oh, and rescue a damsel in distress #BecauseYeah! I'm ready to dive in to To Love a Viking myself, and I hope you'll grab a copy, too. It promises to be incredible. To Love a Viking by Heather Day Gilbert and Jen Cudmore Get swept up in an enthralling new romance series featuring women who rule the hearts of Viking men. ELLISIF Forced into a financially advantageous marriage that spirals into a nightmare, Ellisif cannot help but imagine what might have been and ache for what was lost. The only lights in her life are her daughters and the friendships she's forged with the household servants. Though seven years have passed since Ellisif wed another man, Dagar still cannot forget the woman who captured his youthful heart. As the Viking warrior battles for his country's future, he finds himself entangled in a personal war for Ellisif's freedom that could cost his family their reputation and standing with the king. If he risks all, can he save the woman whose face still haunts his dreams? And if given another chance, will she choose him? INARA Escaped slave Inara is determined to start a new life. Under the guidance of warrior and shipbuilder Håkon, her sword skill grows, as does her confidence that the Viking men will accept her as a warrior in her own right. When she is selected to lead a perilous rescue mission to protect Ellisif, Inara finds herself blindsided by feelings for Håkon…and by threats to her freedom far closer than she feared. As dreams and desires collide, she wrestles against the lies holding her captive. Can she conquer her doubts before all that she's hoped for slips from her hands? Written by award-winning historical author Heather Day Gilbert and fresh voice Jen Cudmore, two love stories entwine in this sweeping Viking-era romance, the first novel in the Tavland Vikings series. Tim Cudmore suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in childhood and now lives with a unique brain structure. Tim is sought out by organisations and government departments in a consulting capacity to understand human behaviours and lived experiences. In this interview Tim shared his thoughts on behavioural foundations in humans, and how he extrapolates those observations to make future predictions. We then went on a deep dive into a horror flu season in the southern hemisphere, the next world war, and athletes collapsing on the field. This was a particular thrill for me, having been interviewed on Bob Cudmore's hugely successful nite time radio show back in the early 80's on AM powerhouse, WGY radio in Schenectady, NY. So I figured -what better way to bring full closure, and shake things up in my gastrointestinal tract at the same time than to nervously attempt to interview the master! In Episode 07 of Soul Inspiring Business, host Kara Chaffin Donofrio, invites guest Jen Cudmore, an Entrepreneur Alignment and High Level Success Coach, to discuss how to align your work and business with your own unique essence. Jen shares a unique tool she uses to help people shine in their business', so they can experience more income, more freedom, and a brighter, more fulfilling way of doing business! Episode Highlights: Kara introduces Jen Cudmore, a business coach and dear friend who has helped her personally design her boutique real estate brand and business. Jen begins by introducing the twelve branding archetypes for business and how she believes they are a great balance between knowing who you are and being client focused. Archetypes create an easy way for clients to better understand your brand, and allow a specific system for business' to follow for success. Jen uses Kara’s Romantic archetype as an example, where Kara deepens intimate connections and makes her clients feel special through her work as a realtor broker associate. Jen takes us through several other archetypes, including the Ruler archetype. The Ruler archetype likes to be in control, organized, and make people feel important. Branding Archetypes are discovered through a quick online assessment, and can be a useful tool to identifying your branding blueprint. Jen works one-on-one with clients and in group coaching events, and has seen her clients' businesses flourish when they have a deeper knowledge of their own branding archetype and can develop this messaging in their marketing. Jen also tells us about Money archetypes and how they can be an important part of your business and marketing strategy. Kara tells us that while there are many ways to run a business, your true power in the world is going to be magnified when you can work from your core essence. durée : 00:28:55 - Une histoire particulière, un récit documentaire en deux parties - L'année 2018 fut particulièrement noire pour le rugby français : quatre joueurs de moins de 23 ans ont trouvé la mort sur un terrain, des suites d'une commotion. Courtney Cudmore, part 2, What event completely turned her life around while in recovery? Is it best to treat the human or the addiction? How does she now find balance? What storm is she still fighting? We discuss the egos job. She talks about her amazing younger sister with Downs Syndrome and how she can now connect with her on another level. Her biggest fear? What's next for her? Something big I'm sure! #themindsgympodcast #recovery
Courtney Cudmore was a full blown alcoholic. She relapsed several times. Her drinking in college and her social drinking with coworkers caused her to be severely addicted to alcohol. She woke up one day and had to drink to calm her nerves, that was the start of a long bumpy road with alcohol. The turnaround and where she is today is absolutely amazing. She has put in the work and discovered what a neat soul she is without alcohol. She's happy and thriving today. She's going to make a difference on this planet, she's got it! #themindsgympodcast #recovery

Every year, the focus of the holiday season is on consumerism and the need to spend money on the perfect gifts, the perfect decorations and creating the perfect dinner. And every year, Canadians end up spending too much money, putting them at risk for financial difficulties once the holiday season is over. On today's show we rebroadcast a podcast from 2015 where my guest is Heather Cudmore, who at the time was the manager of Credit Counselling at Carizon Family Services in Kitchener, and is now a credit counsellor in the Hoyes Michalos London office. Heather has lots of great advice on how to make a memorable Christmas, without spending a lot of money.
Emergency episode! A day after a massive 3-way deal that sent Matt Duchene to Ottawa and Kyle Turris to Nashville, fellow Silver Seven Sens writer Colin Cudmore joins the show to dissect everything about the trade. Apologies for the audio/echoing, as my speaker wasn't cooperating, which forced me to use just headphones. If you like the show, please rate and review on iTunes! It really helps grow the show. Together they founded Rugby Safety Network, a new organization aiming to increase the awareness of concussions in rugby. Rugby Safety Network looks to increase awareness not only at the top level of professional rugby, but throughout the system by introducing concussion awareness at schools, rugby schools, and rugby clubs. We talk about important initiatives being taken in Canada with Rowan's Law and Rugby Canada's Play Smart, in Europe and at World Rugby.
