It leaves a sour taste in your mouth for sure when you are rushing to complete a project you have been putting off for a long time in an unrealistic coffee-fueled sprint. Everyone suffers from procrastination but it does not have to be that way. In this episode, I summarize the main takeaway points from the 1988 classic, The Now Habit by Dr Neil Fiore.
