Lizzos' back and Clara is wondering why she has paid a bit of an homage to Michael Jackson for her 'comeback'.Clara has also unearthed a video online that is suggesting Mason Disick (son of Scott Disick & Kourtney Kardashian) has had a secret one year old baby. The fifteen year old apparently was answering questions on his social account confirming this rumour. Subsequently, Kourtney has released a statement between the recording and airing of this episode; she said it's all bolony. Sophie is querying whether she should watch the new reality show The Baldwins starring Alec and Hilaria Baldwin, their seven children and eight pets, but all she really wants is to discuss Hilaria's faccent which apparently is brushed over....Recommendation: He's Just Not That Into You [Sentimental Garbage]Follow these gossip girls on insta: @soph_lyons & @clazzykabanaHosted by Ausha.
The Lizzo lawsuit may have dominated the news cycle, but a lot happened last week. First, this Lizzo employment lawsuit is bananas. The allegations strike at the heart of Lizzos brand and though she responded to the allegations, it wasn't a specific denial of most of them. I would be surprised if this suit doesn't end up in arbitration. Mr. Beast sued Mr. Beast Burger after complaining that the company he was working with for the ghost kitchens was holding him into a contract even though he argued they weren't upholding their obligations. Specifically citing terrible quality control and including too many pictures of undercooked and raw food to prove it. Kohberger turned over his ‘alibi' defense to the prosecution according to the laws in Idaho, and the prosecution filed a motion to compel because what Kohberger's team turned over was not an ‘alibi' defense. At the end of the week, the Defense opposed the motion, indicating that Kohberger was out driving alone, as was his habit. So basically, his alibi is ‘it wasn't me'. Finally, I talked with Mandy Matney about the future of reporting, what drove her coverage of the Murdaugh story, and what is next.
Do men really call the shots or do women have them by the balls? What's with our society's skewed way of looking at body image (praising the Lizzos vs. shaming the gym rats)? Besides Tristan Thompson, can famous athletes really keep it in their pants? These are some controversial questions I explore with sports and pop culture reporter/commentator Nick Hamilton, founder of Nitecast Media and contributor to MLB Bro with appearances on NBC LA, BBC, and iHeart. We also deep dive into the pool of Lia Thomas's speedo with a nuanced look at trans competitors in sports, the BET Awards and Stacey Dash of it all, and when it comes to Diddy uncancelling Morgan Wallen and Travis Scott... is one actually unlike the other? For the road, let's not forget Ariana Grande, hip hop's low-key thief in the night, and my interview with her co-writer. You may never 34+35 the same again. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/taylor-ferber/support
