La Milano Games Week appena conclusa restituisce un'immagine chiara: il gaming non è più soltanto intrattenimento, ma un osservatorio privilegiato per capire come evolvescono gusti, linguaggi e comportamenti della nuova generazione digitale. Lo confermano le voci dei protagonisti che abbiamo riunito al microfono di RadioNext: Francesco Castiglioni - "Fra in the Frame" (creator, canale personale), Luca Porro (editore e creator), e la coppia Fabio e Ambra di Un Pad per due (creators). I loro racconti disegnano una fiera affaticante ma vitale, sempre più centrata sulle community e sempre meno sui grandi brand, un passaggio di testimone che chiunque lavori nel digitale farebbe bene a osservare con attenzione. Il primo dato che emerge è che i gamer stanno cambiando radicalmente. Fraesconc lo descrive senza esitazione: giocatori più informati, più consapevoli e molto più selettivi. Non è un caso che i titoli dell'anno provengano dagli studi indipendenti: è lì che si concentra l'innovazione reale, non più nelle grandi produzioni. Una lezione che vale anche per le aziende: in un mercato saturo di offerte, cresce il valore di chi sa differenziarsi con idee, velocità e coraggio. Siamo davvero pronti, come manager, a imparare dagli indie la cultura della sperimentazione? La Games Week, raccontano Fabio e Ambra, è un palcoscenico soprattutto per i più giovani, spesso timidi ma profondamente legati ai creator che seguono online. Il loro comportamento merita una riflessione per chi si occupa di marketing: la relazione non nasce dal contenuto, ma dalla continuità di presenza. E quando l'influencer si fa reale, quella relazione esplode in riconoscimento, fiducia, perfino gratitudine. Un asset emozionale difficile da costruire con i mezzi tradizionali. Francesco completa il ragionamento spiegando come il combattimento digitale possa diventare catartico: entrando nello "stato di flusso", il giocatore scarica tensioni e frustrazioni. In un'epoca in cui il benessere mentale è centrale anche nelle aziende, possibile che il gaming diventi strumento di gestione dello stress? Fabio e Ambra riportano l'attenzione su un'altra leva: il gioco che porta a leggere. Five Nights at Freddy's diventa un ponte verso romanzi che ne ampliano l'universo narrativo. È un esempio perfetto di ecosistema crossmediale, oggi imprescindibile per strategie di contenuto realmente efficaci. Gli utenti non "consumano": esplorano, approfondiscono, si spostano da un formato all'altro seguendo il valore. Infine, la riflessione più ambiziosa: i videogiochi stanno diventando la nuova "opera d'arte totale". Interattivi, immersivi, capaci di generare narrazione, musica, performance, scelte morali. La transizione dal cinema al videogame come medium dominante non è completa, ma, come dice Luca Porro, "siamo lì". E se davvero il videogioco sta diventando lo specchio della società, le imprese possono ancora permettersi di ignorarlo?
