Es ist usselig draußen, windig und regnerisch und schon viel zu dunkel und und und.Tja, Herbst halt. Er kann sonnig und heiter und herrlich bunt und strahlend und eben auch dunkel, kalt und nass sein. Aber wenn ich die Bilder und Videos und Nachrichten sehe und höre, die die Folgen des ersten großen Taifuns über Jamaika und Kuba anrichten und schon angerichtet haben; mit Überschwemmungen, demolierten Häusern und Stromleitungen, mit völlig kaputter Infrastruktur und verzweifelten Opfern, dann scheint mir mein Klagen über unseren Herbst doch sehr klein und sehr relativ.Das ist ja so und wir ertappen uns dabei, in unserem Kleinkram hängen zu bleiben und gar nicht mehr mit zu bekommen, wo wirklich Not herrscht und wie klein unsere Sorgen dagegen sind. Und dann kommt eine junge Frau und holt die kleinen bunten Kinderschals ab, die für Kinderweihnachtspäckchen gebraucht werden und mit Liebe gestrickt worden sind von einer Gruppe älterer Damen, die genau das tun: gegen den kleinen eigenen Frust und für alle, die Hilfe und Zuwendung brauchen. Und sie treffen sich wöchentlich und plaudern und stricken und trotzen dem Herbstblues. Dann kommt die Frage auf, wer denn für den Basar vor dem Advent etwas kochen, backen, handarbeiten und zur Verfügung stellen kann, damit es ein gutes Ergebnis für das benachbarte Hospiz wird. Dann werden Listen herumgeschickt, die für den lebendigen Adventskalender hier in der Stadt Termine vergeben, damit der Advent eine Zeit des Wachens und Betens und auch des sinnlichen Erlebens wird. Und da mittendrin in dem Gewusel wird die Klage über den usseligen Herbst ganz klein. Und mir fällt dann dieses Gebet ein, dass Sie vielleicht kennen: "Christus hat keine Hände, nur unsere Hände, um seine Arbeit heute zu tun.Er hat keine Füße, nur unsere Füße, um Menschen auf seinen Weg zu führen.Christus hat keine Lippen, nur unsere Lippen, um Menschen von ihm zu erzählen.Er hat keine Hilfe, nur unsere Hilfe, um Menschen an seine Seite zu bringen." Und das geht immer und überall und besonders heute, jetzt.

Wille har läst två systematiska översiktsartiklar på hur träning i olika zoner verkar påverka prestationen inom konditionsidrott för personer som är lite olika tränade från början. Den första artikeln handlar om polariserad träning jämfört med ett pyramidialt upplägg. I den fann forskarna att det polariserade möjligen är något bättre för elitidrottare med den mer pyramidformade fördelningen var mer lämplig för motionärer. Det är dock få studier utförda och antalet deltagare är för få i allihop. Auf einem Basar in Marokko gehört es zum guten Ton, um den Preis zu feilschen. Aber auch im Business ist es von Vorteil, die eigene Verhandlungstaktik entsprechend auszurichten. Denn auch dort könne man "dieses Phänomen wiederfinden", berichtet Kristina Holzhäuser. Sie ist Regionalleiterin für Afrika bei der Commerzbank - und kennt sich aus in der Geschäftswelt des nordafrikanischen Landes.Das Wirtschafts- und Bankenzentrum Marokkos ist Casablanca – und somit ein Ort, an dem auch bei Business-Meetings gerne hart verhandelt werden darf. Holzhäuser hält die marokkanische Ausgangsposition für eine gute: "Marokko ist die am besten geratete große Volkswirtschaft in Afrika", berichtet sie im Podcast "Wirtschaft Welt & Weit". Mit einer Bonität von BB+ liege das Land dabei sogar noch vor Südafrika, dem größten Handelspartner Deutschlands auf dem afrikanischen Kontinent. "Von daher haben die Marokkaner alle Möglichkeiten, in einem sehr umkämpften Markt hart zu verhandeln", so Holzhäuser weiter.An der Meerenge von Gibraltar sind es nur 14 Kilometer, die Marokko von der iberischen Halbinsel trennen. Diese geografische Nähe zur Europäischen Union macht das nordafrikanische Land zu einem interessanten Partner, der gerne auch als "Gateway to Africa", also als Tor zu unserem Nachbarkontinent, bezeichnet wird. Kurze Lieferketten, niedrige Lohnkosten und gut ausgebildete Fachkräfte machen Marokko als Unternehmensstandort attraktiv.Seit der Corona-Krise steht das "Nearshoring", also die Verlagerung von Produktionsstandorten in möglichst benachbarte Länder, auch bei deutschen Unternehmen verstärkt im Fokus. "Handelskorridore verschieben sich", beobachtet Kristina Holzhäuser. Und seit dem russischen Angriffskrieg auf die Ukraine wird Marokko von deutscher Seite immer stärker als Energiepartner wahrgenommen.Das Land hat Sonne satt und setzt auf ein riesiges Solarkraftwerk in der Wüste, zudem wird auch die Windkraft ausgebaut. Die Produktion von grünem Wasserstoff ist ein wichtiges Zukunftsthema für Marokko, das es auch aus deutscher Perspektive spannend macht.Chancen für deutsche Unternehmen sieht Holzhäuser auch beim Ausbau der Infrastruktur: Wenn 2030 die Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft erstmals auf drei Kontinenten stattfindet, soll Marokko einer der Austragungsorte der Spiele sein. Der marokkanische Staat habe rund 200 Infrastrukturprojekte in der Pipeline, um das Land für die WM fit zu machen, berichtet Holzhäuser. Der Bau von Stadien und Straßen biete auch für die deutsche Bauwirtschaft Potenzial.Für Marokko sind Spanien und Frankreich traditionell die wichtigsten Wirtschaftspartner. Im vergangenen Jahr gingen rund 40 Prozent der Exporte Marokkos in diese beiden Länder. Deutschland hingegen kam nicht mal auf fünf Prozent. "Da ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben", sagt Kristina Holzhäuser in der neuen Podcast-Folge.
