Thomas Frank previews Tottenham's match against Bournemouth in the Premier League. He was asked about whether he dodged a bullet not managing Manchester United. -TIMESTAMPS- 0:00 intro 0:10 Kudus is going for a scan to clarify the issue, I don't have a big update, will miss Bournemouth. Udogie is in training. Solanke will not travel with the team. 0:58 Johnson has made himself a club legend at Tottenham, top scorer last year. Kudus came in this year playing on the right, there was an opportunity to sell Brennan now and that was the right decision. 2:10 Was a fair price for Johnson. 2:37 We don't know what's happened behind the scenes at United, could be something for the head coach or the leadership. it's very difficult to achieve sustainable success if you change key positions, you need to keep people over a long time. the latest clubs to do that with success that are Liverpool City and Arsenal. 2:57 There is still someone above you whether you are manager or head coach. Whether you are manager or head coach you don't instantly get the key to the money box. Have to be collaborative between the sporting director and head coach. 5:59 It's a very crazy league, very even league. Competition between teams is very good, small margins between teams. 6:45 We have appealed Romero's FA charge, I don't know when we will hear back he is available for Bournemouth. 7:20 I think characters like Davies are so underrated, he's a true pro and an ambassador for the club. He's a fantastic guy to have. 8:16 We are a little bit short on offensive options, no one has grabbed that shirt on the left hand side so it is up for grabs for Mathys Tel. 9:32 The first half was much better than the second, sometimes it is not just about possession, second half we dropped off in our running and ability to keep the ball. 10:49 Tel had a positive impacts, let's see what will happen against Bournemouth. 11:55 Have to focus on the next game, the FA Cup is also hugely important. Rotation will be just for freshness. 12:35 Solanke looks a little rusty at the moment, has been out for 6 months so when he's ready there will still be time for him to get to full fitness. 13:30 Iraola has done a top job, has been part of creating an interesting team. They play aggressive pressing football. @HaytersTV – Football Up Close. Thomas Frank spoke after Tottenham's 1-1 draw with Sunderland. He spoke about Spurs' depth and Brennan Johnson's sale. TIMESTAMPS 0:00 intro 0:05 Pleased with the first half, we should have scored the 2-0 goal. We gave nothing away through the game. We had to score the second goal. Totally dominant first half. 1:20 I think we lacked a little extra freshness. The club we cannot name ran away with the win after bringing on three like for like players. 1:55 I back Johnson's sale, there's always more bigger picture stuff that goes on with that stuff. 2:40 It was important we made the decision before Kudus got injured, sometimes you can't delay those decisions. 3:00 I think we are out there in the transfer market. We are really alert the club want to see what they can do to strengthen the squad. We still need to have a short and long term solution. 3:39 I think the depth is one thing, sometimes decisions make more sense further down the line. The club has not been good at selling in the past. 4:10 If we had Xavi and Mo for today we would have enough but we didn't have them so there are some games where you are light. 5:00 I think it was not a game where we were fully on top, maybe then Williams Barnett would have come on. Bergvall was more or less like for like for Wilson. 5:37 I think there's two things in it, there's always different opponents and always different playing home and away. We gave the ball away 200 times. 6:42 Very happy with Tel. 7:00 Nice that Ben Davies scored a goal, I felt we needed a left footer at left back. 7:35 Something timing doesn't work out with transfers. 8:00 I liked the backing from the fans through the match, it was a step in the right direction. @HaytersTV – Football Up Close. Tottenham boss Thomas Frank says he 'loved' Archie Gray's goal, as the 19-year-old scored for the first time in senior football, earning Spurs three points against Crystal Palace. Timestamps 00:00 Intro 00:20 - Deserved to win. Important we have the resilience. Top performance? No. Things to improve? Yes. Huge mentality effort. 02:14 - Archie Gray: He's growing. He showed why he's got such a big potential. I loved that goal. He's excellent in the press, good on the ball. 03:16 - Bergvall: Assess him tomorrow. 03:44 - Every game is different. Newcastle even, Brentford on top, Liverpool even until the red card. Showing resilience to win 1-0 is very impressive. 04:52 - Best away record: the players understood the game we were going to play today. 05:58 - UCL still achievable: today was a good step in the right direction. 06:48 - Paratici in stands, update?: I didn't know he was here but I expected him to be. A lot of rumours but I don't comment on them. 07:20 - Brennan Johnson: he's very important for us. Kudus has put his stamp on that side. Brennan's important. 07:59 - Momentum: we need consistent performances. We need to show more calmness and coolness. 08:55 - Ninth set piece goal: every team needs to find an edge. I saw Chelsea v Villa, 2 of 3 goals were set pieces. 09:38 - different approaches: set pieces were a low hanging fruit which we've improved. @HaytersTV – Football Up Close. La Porta | Renungan Harian Katolik - Daily Meditation according to Catholic Church liturgy
Salam Maria, penuhrahmat ... Dalam nama Bapa ...

On this episode, Patrick and Hayden dive into Tottenham's collapse against Chelsea and why things feel broken under Frank. What's gone wrong with Spurs' attack and midfield balance, and can they fix it before January? Then, Newcastle's attack has gone stale. Are injuries to blame or is there a deeper issue in Eddie Howe's tactical setup? The guys also discuss West Ham's big win under Nuno, what still needs fixing, and finish with a look at why Elliott Anderson might be the most interesting £70 million midfielder in England right now. EXCLUSIVE NordVPN Deal ➼ https://nordvpn.com/thefightingcock Try it risk-free now with a 30-day money-back guarantee! We came in hot after Newcastle. We talked about why we look solid at the back and dangerous from set pieces, then why the other 80 percent of football is killing us right now. Spence showed good stuff but the shoelace corner is on us. Xavi needs minutes and patience. The physical step up is real and we need more ball users around him. We get into the striker problem, January hopes, and who actually moves the needle. Frank's job was to make us harder to beat and he has, but we still need patterns and punch in open play. Then it is the Chelsea preview. Possession to them suits us in theory, the hoodoo does not. Can we treat it like an away game at home and nick it with Kudus, Kolo Muani and a set piece or two. There is a Reddit mailbag that goes off the rails, a NordVPN read that saves your hard drive and your marriage, and some halftime confessionals about the goals we missed while chasing beer and pizza. We finish with a little perspective on expectations, timelines and why we should probably stop hate-watching Arsenal for our own health. Learn more about your ad choices. Very contrasting emotional states here at FPL Family tonight! Lee has to watch Liverpool lose their third game in a week, while Sam watches Spurs grab three very good points at Elland Road. Palace lost their unbeaten run at the Hill-Dickinson, United cruise past Sunderland and Arsenal get the job done at home to West Ham, but lose their captain to a knee injury. And in FPL, Lee's had a week to forget, while Sam's week sees her climb the ranks with a massive green arrow. A massive THANK YOU for all your support watching, liking and sharing our videos! __________________________

Host Ricky Sacks is joined by Jason McGovern, TJ Ramini and Marlon via Spurs Kings TV as Luka Vuskovic registered a goal and an assist on his first appearance in our colours as we began a new era under Thomas Frank with a 2-0 win at Reading on Saturday. The 18-year-old defender, who linked up with the Club earlier this month after his move from Hajduk Split was agreed in 2023, was introduced as a half-time substitute against the League One side and wasted no time in making an impact, flicking on a corner from fellow new boy Mohammed Kudus - who also caught the eye with an impressive display - to tee up Will Lankshear for the opener four minutes into the second period, then picking out the bottom corner with a sharp finish from Kudus' pass a few moments later to double our lead. With two lots of 11 players deployed either side of half-time, it was a useful opening to our pre-season campaign and gave our new Head Coach a chance to run the rule over plenty of players.
