Das Unternehmen wollte eine virtuelle Arbeitsumgebung schaffen und an Unternehmen verkaufen. Geklappt hat das nicht. Die Folge: Trotz vieler Millionen US-Dollar, die von namhaften Investoren wie Google vorgeschossen wurden, stellt das Unternehmen den Geschäftsbetrieb ein. Wir überlegen, was schiefgelaufen sein könnte und ob es womöglich ein schlechtes Zeichen für die Branche ist. Immerhin ist es nach der 360-Streamingplattform Vrideo, die im November aufgab, bereits das zweite vielversprechende VR-Startup, das wieder vom Markt verschwindet.
