    Gina Noel had already had long stints in a few different careers (grocery worker and massage therapist) before she realized and pursued her true calling to become a nurse.  In the interview, she describes the "planting of the mustard seeds" along her journey - from a personal experience with a family member in the hospital to experiencing the helplessness of completing the Boston Marathon just before the bomb went off to listening to her massage clients explain their undiagnosed medical problems. All of these mustard seeds led Gina back to nursing school.  Today she has achieved her dream as a cardiac nurse.
