Send a textIn this episode of the FuturePrint Podcast, we speak with Oliver Beck of Thieme, one of Germany's most established family-owned manufacturers of high-end industrial screen and digital printing systems. Based in the Black Forest region, Thieme has long been recognised for its deep engineering expertise and close collaboration with industrial customers.Oliver explains why Thieme has re-engaged strongly with digital printing – not as a general-purpose solution, but as a highly targeted tool for demanding industrial applications. He outlines the company's three core digital pillars: a specialist digital coin-printing system with automatic alignment for high-value collector coins; modular digital print engines designed to be integrated directly into existing production lines; and fully bespoke digital printers built for 24/7 industrial operation with up to 95% machine availability. The discussion highlights Thieme's process-led approach. Rather than starting with a predefined machine, projects begin with customer requirements – from ink chemistry and printhead selection to single-pass or multi-pass architecture – often progressing through prototype development before full-scale production. Real-world examples include inline digital printing on saw guide bars and saw blades, operating at industrial speeds and volumes, as well as applications ranging from metal components to glass and functional coatings.Oliver also explains why Thieme chose to support the new FuturePrint Industrial Print event in Munich, drawing parallels with the original InPrint show and praising the focused, single-hall format and strong technical conference programme. This episode offers a clear, grounded view of where industrial digital print delivers real value today – not as a replacement for analogue, but as a precisely engineered solution for advanced manufacturing challenges.Listen on:Apple PodcastGoogle PodcastSpotifyWhat is FuturePrint? A new year, the same authority. After the winning run ended at Arsenal, Aston Villa returned to Villa Park and did exactly what mature sides do. They took control, strangled transitions, and dealt with Nottingham Forest without drama.Forest pulled one back, but it never felt like a turning point. Villa remained composed, dictated the tempo, and reasserted themselves through midfield dominance, intelligent pressing, and clinical moments at the right time. This post-mortem focuses on the substance rather than the scoreline. Kamara's immediate impact. Tielemans running the game. McGinn delivering again. Watkins trusting himself and finishing instinctively.More importantly, it examines the bigger picture. Villa absorbed the Arsenal defeat, learned from it, and moved on. No overreaction. No hangover. Just control. This is what good teams look like at home. And Villa Park is now very clearly their ground.UTVGet a Great NordVPN DealGet a cracking deal on NordVPN with four months FREE & a 30 days money-back guarantee here: nordvpn.com/momsGET AD-FREE SHOWS and JOIN MATCH CLUBGet ad-free shows and extra shows, and join My Old Man Said's 24/7 Villa community, Match Club. For more details and to become a member, click here: Become a MOMS MemberJoin the show's listener facebook group The Mad Few.Credits:David Michael - @myoldmansaid Chris Budd - @BUDD_musicPhillip Shaw - @prsgameMusic production & creation - David MichaelMy Old Man Said - https://www.myoldmansaid.comThis Podcast has been created and uploaded by My Old Man Said. The conversation emphasizes personal growth, goal setting, and the need to let go of outdated practices to foster a more productive and fulfilling business environment. TakeawaysReflecting is about collecting information, not criticizing.Identify what energized you in the past year.Look at your calendar and past events to assess success.Release systems and practices that no longer serve you. It's okay to let go of things that are stale or unproductive.Ask yourself if anyone will notice if you stop doing something.Make space for new ideas and systems in your business.Focus on what works for you, not what others are doing.Feel the excitement for new initiatives you want to start.Engage with your audience to share your reflections and plans.#DirectSales #BusinessGrowth #TheOther99%Podcast Thank you for tuning in to The Other 99%. Back to Business: 5 Easy Ways to Reset After a Summer Break

If you took some time off this summer — whether it was intentional or just happened while life got busy — you're not alone. Reentry can be tough, but this episode will help you hit the ground running without burning out. Here are five fresh, feel-good ways to ease back into your business after a break. https://creativesonfirepodcast.com/episode209 1. Time Block Your Week (And Your Next Break!) One of the easiest ways to feel in control of your business again is by deciding ahead of time when you'll work. Not just the day — but the specific hours. Choose time blocks that are non-negotiable, distraction-free, and easy to stick to. Then do something fun: plan your next break! Whether it's a weekend getaway or an afternoon off, putting something on the calendar to look forward to makes a huge difference in staying motivated. 2. Change Up Your Workspace Sometimes the best way to spark new energy is to move your desk, buy a cute new candle, or even just grab a new notebook. Freshening up your space helps you mentally reset and signals your brain that it's time for a new season. Even small changes can breathe big energy into your workday. 3. Evaluate Your Plan Before You Dive In Instead of jumping into that big idea that came to you while sipping beachside margaritas, start small. Make a list of the familiar things that actually move the needle in your business and plug those into your time blocks first. Then, take that dreamy big idea and break it into baby steps you can start adding in without overwhelm. Focus on the platforms you're most excited to work on, and use that excitement as fuel. 4. Stack Your Habits (Personal + Business) James Clear calls it habit stacking — and it's brilliant. Attach a small personal goal to your work block. That could be finishing a Stanley full of water, taking a 10-minute walk before or after your session, or prepping a healthy snack so you're not tempted to graze your way through the pantry. When you combine work time with a habit that supports your life, you're more likely to show up consistently and feel good doing it. 5. Automate Everything You Can This one's a game-changer. Imagine your business running while you rest. It's possible when you automate strategically. Here are a few of my favorite ways: Facebook Fuel gives you ready-to-post content you can schedule for consistent engagement (even on days when you forget to show up). The Evergreen Email System runs Monday/Wednesday/Friday emails automatically each quarter, sharing your best content and driving traffic to your blog — without you lifting a finger. Batching + Scheduling content in advance frees up brain space and energy, especially during busy seasons. Automation isn't just about saving time. It's about creating freedom — and that vacation-mode feeling — even while you're working. Final Thoughts You don't have to come back from summer at full speed. Easing into your business with intention is how you build momentum without burnout. Use these five steps to reset your rhythm, protect your energy, and prepare for the most profitable season of the year. If this episode encouraged you, I'd be so grateful if you'd leave a 5-star review or share it with a friend. That support means the world! Until next time, Stay creative. And if you're tired of trying to figure it all out alone, come join me inside Facebook Fuel—your once-a-week creative boost to grow your audience and your income using what's working now.

The guys from Dawgman.com - Kim Grinolds and Chris Fetters - were at the east field Wednesday to watch Day 11 of fall camp for the Washington Huskies, and it felt a lot more like the normal give and take we've seen before Tuesday's practice that was dominated by the defense. That doesn't mean the defense didn't get their licks in; they did. They were able to force a few turnovers, something that has to please new Huskies DC Ryan Walters. Kim and Chris talked about the defense getting theirs while the offense got back in the swing of things mainly through their receivers - Raiden Vines-Bright, Rashid Williams, Omari Evans, and Audric Harris chief among them. And Decker DeGraaf once again showed the world why he should be taken seriously as a deeper threat despite being a tight end. And the battle at left guard between Paki Finau and true freshman John Mills has been fully joined as both were splitting time equally with the ones and twos. And defensively, even though the shoulder pads and shorts practice was done mostly in thud tempo during the team periods, there were still some touch sacks and activity around the line of scrimmage that made life tougher for Demond Williams and Kai Horton. Ephesians Prysock, Vincent Holmes, and Makell Esteen all came up with thefts today, Esteen's taking place during an install period when he was going up against Dash Beierly and the scout team. And Alex McLaughlin continues to establish himself as a safety to be reckoned with.  And special teams gets a note too, as Luke Dunne had a period where he skied some knuckle punts at Denzel Boston and Kevin Green, and the knuckle action definitely got the best of Green on at least one rep. This seasonal shift creates the perfect opportunity to revisit and refine your 90-day planning strategy. But be careful—there's a common planning pitfall even AI can lead you into. Instead, limit yourself to three impactful, measurable goals for the next 90 days, then break each down into specific projects and tasks that genuinely move the needle toward success. The back-to-school season might also reveal that your priorities have shifted. Perhaps you've been focusing on social media brand awareness when what your business really needs is a more intuitive website experience. Think like a teacher—organize your digital presence as a learning journey that guides visitors naturally toward making decisions. Consider what information they need first, what questions arise as they learn more, and how to structure content that leads them confidently toward choosing your solutions.Ready to make the most of this audience revival?
