With more couples opting to host their celebrations either in a backyard setting we created this handy guide for things you should think about including a list of must haves (outside of your decor and food of course!) - as promised we are including those details in the show notes:* Chairs (can use the same chairs for reception, they would just need to be moved over by your planner team or you can ask guests to help)* Tent (consider a clear top tent so you can still take in the natural elements)* Dinner Tables + linen (banquet tables, harvest tables, bistro tables etc) * Cocktail Tables + linen* Catering: Serving Tables + linens, Food Prep/Storage Equipment, and Trash and recycling bins (check with your caterer/venue on this!) * Tables + linens for your welcome table (gifts, guestbook etc), cake table) * Bar (either need banquet tables + linen or a bar rental with banquet tables + linen for back bar area, additional glassware - we suggest plastic)* Place setting: cutlery, plates, glassware* Dance Floor (unless there is already a cement or packed dirt area that will work well for dancing)* Lighting* Generators* Portable RestroomsSupport the show
