I needed to understand that caring for MYSELF first is the ticket to be the best mama and wife I can be. I created some simple routines with natural health solutions and picked up the most cozy and relaxing rituals that made me feel whole and happy. And I am here to share them with you so you can do the same. If you’re ready to finally take control of your stress, learn to use simple natural self care tools, relax and recharge in a way that YOU love and sleep better, this podcast is for you!
