I am so thankful for all the information and inspiration that Leif and Anders provide. I started listening to this podcast about two weeks ago and it has been well worth the time invested. I have learned something valuable from every episode, whether it's improving my workouts, eating better, or gaining support for my decision to be a vegan.

    One of the best aspects of this podcast is that it is backed by science. Leif and Anders provide evidence-based information that is both informative and motivating. They are incredibly passionate about helping others, and their dedication shines through in their speaking. Whether you want to learn more about vegan nutrition or fitness, this podcast covers it all.
