The journey took more than three weeks to complete, covered almost 1,300 muscle-powered miles, and saw total elevation gains of more than 37,000 feet.Cycling is more than just a physical workout for Patrick. In the interview, he shared with James and Raul how this journey helped him psychologically as well and gave him a renewed sense of calm.
