Are you creating content with a transactional mindset? Thinking, “If I post this video, it will get me this thing.” That is the problem with social media content right now. You are getting on with the intention of SELLING. Content is not about creating “click bait” but instead should really be about what your intent really is. Personally. What is YOUR intent in life. In this episode, which I might add is what I believe to my number 1 most favorite episode of them ALL, I interview Ken Perry, President and CEO of the Knowledge Coop. This is a transformative conversation to say the least, but it will leave you thinking, “Am I vulnerable, am I a human to my audience?” or “Am I doing this all wrong…”My favorite think you will hear Ken say in the episode, “You can serve your way out of a bad situation.” Connect with Ken:IG: https://www.instagram.com/adhdceo/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mrkenperryKnowledge Coop Website: https://www.knowledgecoop.com/ Connect with Michelle:Website: https://bermanmediapd.com/Instagram @BermanMediaSocialYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTgG-BvwWOQ_jEYDZ-gKVxQ Need a Dynamic Speaker for an Event or Group? Welcome to Episode 3 of Corals Soapbox. Coral Drouyn has worked on some of Australia's most iconic TV Shows and been responsible for some of the biggest storylines on many of our much-loved TV shows such as Neighbours, Home and Away, Blue Heelers, Streetsmartz, The Gerry Connolly Show, Pacific Drive and of course Prisoner. Coral worked on Prisoner as a script writer, Script Editor, Story Liner and Story Editor, and created some of the biggest characters ever to appear on Prisoner. Coral Drouyn and Matt Batten sit down for a chat each episode. In episode 3 they talk about the homelessness crisis in Australia and the exorbitant retirement income that politicians receive each year all whilst we have a homelessness crisis in the world. Coral and Matt then discuss the controversial Edna Pearson episodes on Prisoner. We discuss the case of Emily Perry in South Australia. Mrs Emily Perry was charged with two counts of attempting to murder Ken Perry, her third husband. The prosecution alleged that between July and November 1978, and again between February and October 1979, she administered poison to him with the intention of killing him. Mrs Perry was convicted on both counts and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment with hard labour. There was no evidence directly implicating her, and no suggestion that she had poisoned her husband unintentionally. So as to establish a ‘course of conduct', the prosecution relied on inferences that she had also been responsible for the deaths of three other people with whom she had had a close relationship. Coral discusses the similarities between this real-life case, the Edna Pearson Episodes and why Emily Perry started legal action against Grundy's and why most scenes had to be cut from the show. Matt also discusses with Coral Episode 463 when Edna first arrives in Wentworth and all the other storylines that were happening in that episode including Marie Winter becoming Top Dog, Bobby losing her baby, Meg taken hostage. Matt talks to Coral about how Vivean Grey who played Edna Pearson felt about the character at the time and how long Coral intended for Vivean to stay on the show had the legal action not happen. Dominic's Bio:Dominic did his undergraduate studies at the University of Louisville and got his J.D. at Northern Kentucky University. Right out of law school, he was introduced to Ken Perry and the mentorship began. Dominic came aboard as Ken Perry Realty's General Counsel – a position he held until Perry Real Estate College (PREC) was launched.Dominic brings an all-world perspective to (PREC), literally. In between commanding the legal demands of a multimillion dollar real estate enterprise, Dominic moved to Spain with his wife, Elizabeth. Although Dominic's love for travel and curiosity of other cultures took him overseas, he eventually returned home to spearhead PREC's national expansion as its Chief Executive Officer. If you are inclined to get to work by 7AM, Dominic will be there waiting with a cup of coffee and an action plan. While Dominic's background in the legal world makes him a formidable force, his business acumen and devotion to others' success embodies PREC's mission: to help students achieve their own goals. Dominic has been a fixture in the real estate world for the better part of the decade. His has helped facilitate deals ranging from a multimillion dollar commercial shopping center delinquent note sale to planning a new subdivision development. While other companies pride themselves on their “secret sauce,” PREC's special ingredient is apparent by the courses that Dominic personally builds. Dominic's knack for perfection, even down to minute formatting, paves the way for each PREC student's path to sustained success. Kent's Bio:Kent was minding his business in classes at Northern Kentucky University when his professor mentioned that a businessman was hiring someone to work part-time at his real estate school. That businessman turned out to be Ken Perry and he hired Kent on the spot. A mere 10 years later, Kent is now the Chief Operating Officer, as well as an instructor for a myriad of the real estate courses. Kent prides himself on creating and fostering a learning environment that sets every student up for licensure. Kent takes a pragmatic approach to teaching and running the operations of the school by creating personal relationships with each student. If you call Perry Real Estate College, Kent is likely the person on the other side of that phone. He is well-versed in each state's path to licensure and his expansive knowledge is on full display in each call he has with his students. He is responsible for the administration of the school, student development, course certification, learning management system development, and any other task fuels a robust operation.Kent is a versatile team member: he is a certified real estate instructor in Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Carolina; holds a Bachelor of Finance from Northern Kentucky University; and—due to his non-stop phone calls from students—is always in need of a phone charger. You probably will not catch him with a blazer on anytime soon, but he is the part of the foundation of this company and without a doubt a seasoned professional in the real estate industry. One overarching theme to PREC's positive reviews is undeniable, Kent plays a pivotal and intricate role in each students' education.Support the show (https://paypal.me/sidehustlecity)

Money, money, money. Show me the money. And that’s true especially as you get older. The American Dream is alive for some. But even for those that have it, sailing through the senior years without illness or disability, without help or care, without worry or fear…well, good freakin’ luck with that. So, on this episode of “I Am Citizen Abels,” The Citizen and normally cantankerous friend, Ken Perry, talk about their concerns gettin’ on up there. For our fateful friend, The Citizen, you know his main concern – getting’ down there. Oh, well. You too? Try a blue pill. But first – of course – listen to The Citizen. “I Am Citizen Abels” (www.iamcitizenabels.com) is an internet radio show starring David Abels, and a copyrighted production of Four Strong Media LLC. Everyone knows The Citizen is a sucker for a good story. Because you know he’s got a million stories and they’re all true.™ So, on this episode of “I Am Citizen Abels,” The Citizen and friend, conspiracy theorist, and true believer, Ken Perry, talk about globalism, the “globalists”, and one of their supposed enemies – Julian Assange. Perry gets some good shots in at a bunch of globalists that many like him are on a constant mission to control the world. They include the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, Cecil Rhodes, Julian Huxley, and the infamous George Soros. Listen, The Citizen is not in the know when it comes to these people. Do your best for God and his county – and of course, for your friend The Citizen, and listen, enjoy, and most importantly, subscribe. Who do you think you’re fooling? “I Am Citizen Abels” (www.iamcitizenabels.com) is an internet radio show starring David Abels, and a copyrighted production of Four Strong Media LLC. As everyone who’s anyone knows, our friend The Citizen is “the chosen one” no matter what the crowd at the convenience store says. But on this episode of “I Am Citizen Abels,” The Citizen and ardent Donald Trump supporter Ken Perry discuss whether Mr. Trump is as he and two other people say, “the chosen one” who is like the second coming of God to the people of Israel. Oy. Is there anything else that people can talk about besides crazy men and Chinese tariffs. Well, leave that up to Citizen Abels. “I Am Citizen Abels” (www.iamcitizenabels.com) is an internet radio show starring David Abels, and a copyrighted production of Four Strong Media LLC. Citizen Abels can be serious – if someone actually has something serious to say to him. On this episode of “I Am Citizen Abels,” The Citizen and Ken Perry discuss the mental health “industry” and mental illness in general, as well as the ills of psychiatric medicines like psychotropics. Dominatrix Mistress Lydia was out for this show, dealing with the craziness of the BDSM world. So The Citizen and Ken try not to get too crazy as they talk about their experiences and their discoveries dealing with mental illness and the mental health “system.” They discuss the opinions and research of famed Dr. Peter Breggin and science journalist Robert Whitaker. The issue? Is the mental health system or “industry” a fraud perpetuated on patients, their families, and society in the name of money and ignorance? Stay tuned out there in Citizenland… “I Am Citizen Abels” (http://www.iamcitizenabels.com) is an internet radio show starring David Abels, and a copyrighted production of Four Strong Media LLC. True joy is sometimes found in surprising places. For Ken Perry, it was in Dorie's Promise orphanage in Guatemala. Those lucky enough to have parents look forward to lives as scavengers at the local dump. Those in the state orphanages are at the mercy of a corrupt system. Nevertheless, Ken takes frequent trips to build homes and schools, and brings family members, friends, and business associates. He works with Dorie's Promise orphanage and the nonprofit Forever Changed International to change the future of young lives.
