Timmons acknowledges the need for conservative structural wins, such as the Save America Act, which prioritizes election integrity by mandating photo identification for voters. He outlines that despite a supermajority, the challenge lies within the distinct institutional nature of the Senate and points to the potential use of the reconciliation process to create financial incentives for states to implement these standards. Additionally, the conversation highlights a growing shift within local politics where traditional moderate Democrats are increasingly being defeated in local primary challenges by hard-line progressive candidates advocating for socialist platforms.

President Trump has been pressing Congress to pass the 'SAVE America Act' for months now, but with nothing accomplished after months of verbal encouragement, he has opted for a new approach: not signing anything else until the bill is passed. Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) joins The Rundown to explain why the bill is so difficult to pass, and how the President's new strategy may impact his Republican colleagues in midterms. Senator Scott also weighs in on the possibility of another government shutdown in the near future, as well as the recent New York democratic socialist sweep. Later, Senator Tim Sheehy (R-MN) explains the growing need to ensure our military is prepared for another conflict, and weigh in on the current Iran deal.  PHOTO CREDIT: ASSOCIATED PRESS Learn more about your ad choices.    The SAVE America Act is now on everyone's mind and it's getting worse for Senate leader John Thune.  Thursday in South Dakota, Thune's home state, he hosted a ticketed event for the state's GOP Fundraising.  Conservative activist Scott Presler, the man who worked tirelessly to fix Pennsylvania for President Trump, was denied entrance.  Presler even had a ticket.  You gotta hear the lengths Thune and his cronies went to in order to keep Presler from pressing the leader about the SAVE America Act.  They didn't treat Charlie Kirk this way!    One conservative in the House of Representatives says she has a caucus that will shut the House down for good until the senate passes SAVE America.  Let's go!    Team USA falls in a match that didn't matter, Netherlands fans had a big day in Kansas City but don't listen to the soccer boy hype that this was the greatest sports day in KC history and gay hating Iran and Egypt play Friday night in Seattle where they are having Pride Night.  Yes, please.  Dems, pick your side.  Jew hating Muslims or gays?  You can't have both.    I pitch a new theory for a rule in MLB for more dramatic game finishes and we ask who will be a bigger star in KC... Jac Caglianone or Carter Jensen?

Authorities have finally found the crazy dude that shot up a bunch of cars on I-70 the first night of the World Cup in KC.  He's dead and apparantly was dead in a house they previously combed over.  But it gets worse.  It seems at least one police department wasn't interested in looking for him BEFORE the shootings as they were too busy working World Cup events.   Senator John Thune has ordered a 19 day vacation for the US Senate, right after Trump went too see them on Capitol Hill imploring them to pass the SAVE America Act.  This is so embarrassing.    The Netherlands fans are taking over KC Thursday and they seem nice enough.  But let's remember they are not American.... I have the deets on one reason why.    Saturday night's game at Arrowhead is shaping up to be a match where Austria and Algeria both want to lose so they can face an easier opponent in the knockout round.   A coach with the New England Patriots is marrying a reporter that covers the team and a popular fast food item from years and years ago is back for a limited time.

He also explains what is actually included in the SAVE America Act, why conservatives see it as common-sense election reform, and what this fight says about the future of the Republican Party ahead of the midterm elections. In this episode of John Solomon Reports, host John Solomon uncovers a bombshell hearing on Capitol Hill, where Postmaster General David Steiner made a pivotal announcement regarding mail-in ballots. Steiner confirmed that the Postal Service would not deliver ballots from states that refuse to comply with President Trump's executive order mandating the vetting of state voter rolls by the Justice Department. This declaration sets a significant precedent in the ongoing debate over election integrity and is expected to lead to legal battles ahead.Joining Solomon is Congressman Keith Self from Texas, a staunch advocate for the Save America Act. Self shares his insights on the importance of this legislation and suggests that Congress should be compelled to vote on it daily, a strategy that could alter the legislative landscape. The episode also delves into a new scandal reminiscent of the Fast and Furious operation, this time involving fentanyl. A decorated DEA agent has come forward with allegations that over one million deadly fentanyl pills were allowed to flood the streets of New Mexico due to negligence from federal agencies. Solomon speaks with Tristan Leavitt, the agent's lawyer from the Empower Over Oversight Whistleblower Center, to discuss the implications of these allegations and the potential consequences of federal inaction on public health. Finally, Solomon addresses critical federal election rulings pending before the Supreme Court, with insights from Hans von Spakovsky, a leading campaign finance expert. They explore the significance of a key case in Mississippi and its potential to shape the future of elections in the United States.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

The Save America Act Can Save California

The Larry Elder Show

In this episode, the speaker dives into the Save America Act and its potential to save California and the nation from the grip of election fraud. The state of California has become a hotbed of voter manipulation, with lax laws allowing for ballot harvesting, no voter ID, and millions of ballots being sent to unverified voters. The speaker argues that the federal government has a constitutional right to intervene in state elections, citing Article One, Section Four, Clause One of the Constitution. The speaker highlights the egregious examples of election irregularities in California, including the recent mayoral election in Los Angeles, where a candidate was accused of ballot harvesting and voter registration at homeless shelters. The speaker also touches on the George Floyd Effect and its impact on Western civilization, as well as the importance of preserving Western values and traditions. The speaker also discusses the recent news of the White House Fraud Task Force cutting off funding to Los Angeles' homeless program due to mismanagement and potential fraud. This development raises questions about the accountability of California's politicians and the need for reform. In this episode, the speaker makes a compelling case for the Save America Act and its potential to restore integrity to the electoral process. If you're concerned about the state of our democracy and the manipulation of elections, tune in to hear the speaker's arguments and insights.
