Rob Has a Podcast | Survivor / Big Brother / Amazing Race - RHAP

Aubry Bracco Talks Big Brother 28 Big Brother 28 is deep into chaos as alliances shift and eviction targets wobble, with the house fixated on the fallout from the HoH's big move and the relentless push-pull over who stays and who goes. Hosts Rob Cesternino and Taran Armstrong are joined by special guest Aubry Bracco for a recap and strategy deep dive, unpacking the current shakeups and social maneuvering as the game's pace tests even the most seasoned reality veterans. This episode covers Devens' reign as HoH and his struggle adapting to a position of power after mostly playing from the bottom, with discussions on his plan to target Rome and the resulting complications when the veto threatens to throw everything into question. Aubry delves into the differences between Survivor and Big Brother gameplay, especially around pacing and how alliances are built and tested over a week instead of a day. The trio breaks down the influence Dee and Angela wield in the group, Lyric's social savvy resulting in safety, and the chaotic ripple that comes from changing targets and messy coalition-building. The influence of outside friendships, especially the Survivor/Big Brother crossover, is front and center as Dee, Devens, and Angela navigate loyalty and self-interest. Aubry points out how Devens relies on feedback from his allies and finds working with others more comfortable than solo gameplay. Taran notes Dee's ability to connect with every type of player in the house, keeping her well-positioned even after making nominations. The hosts observe Lyric's impressive social maneuvering, getting almost everyone to support taking her off the block. Aubry and Taran agree that Barrett risks being left behind if he lets Dee's influence outpace his own relationships. The struggle between acting boldly and maintaining trust comes up as Devens questions if the house will really back his Rome plan at eviction. With shifting alliances and the week's eviction plan up in the air, the balance of power could tip at any moment. Will Devens and his allies keep control, or is another blindside on the way? Tune in for the full breakdown of the latest moves and what might come next in Big Brother 28. Kaôh F***ing Rong Rewatch Finale w/ Julia Sokolowski Survivor: Kaôh R?ng reaches its dramatic conclusion, and hosts Rob Cesternino and Chappell are joined by special guest Julia Sokolowski to break down the unforgettable finale and reunion. Rob and Chappell lead a deep-dive recap as Julia—one of the season's most memorable players—returns to reflect on her journey, the bitter jury, and how every move shaped the final outcome in Survivor's 32nd season. The episode opens as Rob and Chappell relive the intensity of the finale and discuss standout moments from the Tribal Council and jury. They analyze whether Aubry Bracco's strategic gameplay was enough, why Michele Fitzgerald won over the jury with a late-game surge, and how the fire-making challenge at final four created a genuine survivor showdown. Julia joins to reveal fresh insights about her alliance decisions, being in the middle, and the pivotal vote that still keeps her up at night. Together, the trio dissects the social dynamics that defined the season—especially the roles of Scott and Jason as Survivor's “last real villains,” and Julia's unique relationship with them at camp. They dig into the impact of the infamous “kick someone off the jury” twist, unexpected jury speeches, and how physical and emotional challenges, from medevacs to the infamous sandpit immunity, tested the castaways. – Michele's resilience and challenge dominance in the finale – Aubry's jury management and the fallout of critical relationship decisions – Julia's confessions about her flip-floppy middle game and alliance shifts – Unfiltered jury reactions, including Neil's icy sendoff and Scott's bitterness – Final four fire-making tension between Aubry and Cydney The episode raises key questions: Did the jury get it right in rewarding Michele's social game? Was Aubry's gameplay too cold, or was she simply outmatched by jury perception? Plus, Julia spills behind-the-scenes stories from Ponderosa, the chaotic reunion, and her hopes for a possible Survivor return. In this episode of Beyond the Torch, hosts Todd and Leslie welcome Aubry Bracco, the $2 million winner of Survivor 50, for a deeply personal conversation that goes far beyond game strategy. This is a Survivor podcast unlike any other, where we get to the heart of who Aubry is and all she's learned about herself through the game! Aubry reflects on her decade-long Survivor journey across four seasons, including near-wins, devastating losses, and the emotional toll of playing in back-to-back seasons with little recovery time, all the while exploring how each experience forced her to confront her people-pleasing tendencies, a rigid achievement-oriented upbringing, and the collapse of her self-trust after Edge of Extinction. The conversation weaves through themes of mental health, intuitive healing, religious deconstruction, luck versus persistence, and the power of vulnerability, with Todd and Leslie sharing their own journeys through sobriety and faith deconstruction, ultimately landing on a shared belief that genuine human connection — not strategy or strength — is the true foundation of both Survivor and life. Our new Website is live! Aubry Bracco Postseason Interview Survivor 50's epic journey comes full circle as Rob Cesternino sits down with newly crowned winner Aubry Bracco for a post-finale deep dive into the game’s most pivotal moments and personal growth. In this special post-game interview, Rob and Aubry rewind the clock on a season defined by second chances, high-stakes narrative battles, and her own transformation from the edge of defeat to Sole Survivor. Aubry shares the emotional impact of returning for Survivor 50 after her heartbreak in previous seasons, revealing how therapy and personal work shaped her new approach to both the game and life. She breaks down the stress of being a betting favorite, grappling with narrative warfare from savvy players like Genevieve, and the strategic value of keeping her relationships “in the pocket.” The conversation spotlights her careful idol play—the moment she compared it to a “Scarlet Letter”—and the crucial post-merge tribal where she changed her trajectory by finally burning that idol in front of the tribe. Aubry discusses the infamous “power broker” day, her thoughtful social reads on players like Joe, Coach, and Cirie, and how silent observation became her superpower in the chaotic new era of Survivor. Highlights from Rob and Aubry's conversation include: – Aubry's candid reflections on losing Koh Rong and how that loss prepared her for a winning game – Navigating tribal politics after a rocky start and the moment she learned her bag was searched – Surviving narrative warfare led by Genevieve and leveraging intuition at key turning points – The strategic idol play that changed her threat level and allowed her to fade into the background – Behind-the-scenes insights on alliance-building, pregame rumors, and managing Survivor's emotional toll As Aubry reflects on planting seeds with the jury, making intentional Final Tribal choices, and learning to let go of old anxieties, Rob and Aubry ask: Did Survivor 50 reward holding back and letting others burn bright? How did mastering restraint and emotional perspective break a decade-long curse? Kaôh F***ing Rong Rewatch Ep 6 Survivor: Kaôh F***ing Rong is back and Rob Cesternino and Chappell are diving into episode 6 of Survivor: Kaôh R?ng—where strategy goes sideways, trust gets tested, and a vote at Tribal Council makes reality TV history. This week, it all comes down to Dr. Peter's game: can he scramble out of the Brains alliance hot seat, or does his flip-flopping seal his fate? Aubry Bracco faces her biggest test yet, making a last-second, pen-scratching decision that could change her game. Rob and Chappell break down the drama-packed dynamics on the Gondol tribe, where a supposed numbers advantage gets exposed as wishful thinking. The discussion highlights how Peter tries conspicuously (and clumsily) to flip, only to get caught in his own web of strategy and social misreads. Aubry's decision to cross out Julia's name for Peter at Tribal becomes Survivor legend, and the hosts dig into the rare possibility of a pre-merge rock draw, noting how the show doesn't mention the tie-breaker at all. Meanwhile, on the other tribe, Michele quietly shows her social chops, and Debbie continues to steal scenes. Key moments and must-listen insights include: – Aubry's history-making, crossed-out Tribal Council vote and what drives her sudden change of heart – Dr. Peter's disastrous attempt to go rogue and how his blunt honesty and lack of subtlety cost him – Joe Del Campo's tough-love approach: interrogating Peter, risking both their games, and never quite letting go of the plan – Julia's slick social game after Exile Island—returning to improved positioning while flying under the radar – The ongoing Kao?h Ro?ng infection mystery, with some wild (and hilarious) speculation about Dr. Peter's medical care This episode leaves big questions about Aubry's future, the strength of the Brains, and what really mattered most at that crucial Tribal. How will the merge shake things up with numbers so even and trust so fragile? Tune in to Survivor: Kaôh F***ing Rong for every twist, fumble, and crossed-out vote from episode 6! We dive into the shocking Survivor 50 elimination that has fans spiraling after Cirie Fields' emotional exit, the growing frustration around gameplay this season, and why some viewers think prediction markets are making Survivor feel way too predictable. Survivor 50 delivered one of the toughest episodes of the season, sending home two major fan favorites in a fast-moving double tribal format. Frank and his co-host break down why Rick Devens' exit felt inevitable, how Cirie became the next unavoidable target, and why the final stretch now feels wide open. The episode also covers Joe's reward win, Tiff's clutch immunity performance, Rizzo holding onto his idol, Aubry's rising endgame chances, and the looming finale questions around fire-making, the final three, and the Sia fan vote. It is a strategy-heavy recap with plenty of frustration, appreciation, and debate over what these exits mean for the season's final vote.00:00 Intro, Sia Award Talk, and Episode Setup01:09 Rick's Position, Ozzy Fallout, and Cirie's Frustration03:40 Idol Hunting, Jury Threats, and Final Three Predictions06:15 First Immunity and Reward Challenge09:22 Reward Fallout, Rizzo's Idol, and the Rick Vote13:39 First Tribal Council and Rick Devens' Exit18:13 Tiff Becomes the Target and the Second Immunity Challenge23:54 Cirie's Endgame Danger, Second Tribal, and Finale PredictionsRick Devens' exit felt emotional but also inevitable once he ran out of options, with the hosts noting that his biggest strength has always been finding a way to keep fighting.Cirie's vote-out was framed as the right strategic move, especially with her social game, legacy, and jury relationships making her a huge threat at the end.Rizzo's idol remains a major storyline, with repeated discussion around whether he should finally play it and how much danger he is actually in.Tiff's immunity win completely changed the second half of the episode, forcing the players to abandon the plan to target her.Aubry's game is gaining momentum late in the season, and the hosts see her as a serious final three contender. The finale discussion centers on fire-making, possible final three combinations, and whether Cirie or Rick Devens has the best shot at the Sia fan vote.“Rick is a bag of tricks and there's nothing left in that bag.”“Seeing the stars on this beach, it's getting closer to heaven.”“That's the nature of this episode and this season.”“You can't take Cirie to the end.”“They really liked the episode with two challenges and two tribals. Survivor 50 Episode 11 delivered one of the most painful exits of the season, with Ozzy blindsided while holding an idol and Emily once again leaving the game on Day 21. Frank and Shirley break down how the split beach twist, Jonathan's massive advantage, and Cirie's extra vote reshaped the game heading into the final seven. The episode also digs into Rick's MrBeast idol, Joe's growing fixation on Rick, Rizzo's risky decision not to warn Ozzy, and why Cirie may be building one of the strongest endgame resumes. This was a strategy-heavy episode with big emotional moments, including Ozzy reflecting on his father, Rick offering support, and the cast dealing with the fallout of two major tribal councils.00:00 Intro and Episode 11 Setup00:39 Fallout From the MrBeast Twist and Rick's Idol04:52 Ozzy's Letter, His Father, and Rick's Emotional Support06:22 The Doghouse Challenge and Jonathan's Game-Changing Advantage13:31 Split Beaches, Cirie's Positioning, and the Ozzy Plan21:13 First Tribal Council: Rick Plays His Idol and Emily Goes Home25:23 Second Tribal Council: Ozzy's Blindside With an Idol30:00 Final Seven Preview and Fan ReactionsRick's MrBeast idol gave him power, but it also increased the target on his back, especially with Joe and Jonathan.Jonathan's challenge win came with one of the strongest advantages of the season, letting him move between both beaches and gather information.Cirie's extra vote was a clutch move that saved her and sent Emily home on Day 21 for the second time.Ozzy's confidence and trust in his relationships backfired, leading to a brutal blindside while he still had an idol.Rizzo made a smart but risky move by not warning Ozzy, potentially strengthening his own position while creating future trust issues. The final seven looks set up for major “big game hunting,” with players openly targeting the biggest threats left in the game.“Now it's time to big game hunt.”“I've watched other Ozzy's, but I love this Ozzy.”“This is gold Survivor right here.”“I had no chance to win against you.”“Man, I trusted you all so much. Rob and Mike break down the big personalities, strategic tensions, and pregame perceptions fueling Vatu—which is already being hailed as a potential “disaster tribe.” From alliances to enemies and everything in between, Survivor's milestone season is off to an unpredictable start. The duo discuss Colby's reinvigorated drive, Stephenie's evolving gameplay, and all the rivalries and friendships that could shape Vatu's future. In this preseason interview filmed in Fiji, Aubry Bracco opens up about returning for Survivor 50 after stepping away from the Survivor community and how that time off — along with becoming a parent — has reshaped her perspective and strategy. Aubry explains why she plans to play as a free agent in the early game, focusing on one-on-one relationships, keeping her options open, and avoiding early commitments in a cast full of returning players with pre-existing alliances. She also reflects on adapting to the modern game and what she's watching for in the critical opening phase of Survivor 50.

Angelina Keeley & Aubry Bracco Survivor 50 Preseason Interviews Mike Bloom (@AMikeBloomType) is here to chat to the cast of Survivor 50! Join us to hear from your favorite returning Survivor players! Today, Mike Bloom starts a preseason deep dive into the Vatu tribe featuring returnees Angelina Keeley and Aubry Bracco. Angelina opens up about her major life changes since David vs. Goliath, while Aubry reflects on her evolution across her storied Survivor journey, setting the stage for a season full of big personalities, new alliances, and possible blindsides. Mike chats with Angelina about what it's like to be called back after seven years away from the game, including leaving behind a young family and a new business to take another shot at the title of Sole Survivor. Angelina breaks down her approach heading into the game, how being a mom and entrepreneur brings a new flavor to her gameplay, why her “BFF, friend, or foe” approach will guide her alliances, and how she handles being labeled “chaotic.” Aubry discusses her surprise at being invited back, what she's learned from her three previous seasons, and how she aims to play with more self-awareness, adaptability, and focus on one-on-one connections. Both women weigh in on their perceptions of fellow castaways, discussing new era strategists, obvious threats, and the push and pull between loyalty and gameplay. Angelina ranks her cast as BFF, friend, or foe in a candid alliances game, revealing beef, admiration, and strategic wariness, especially when it comes to winners and new era players. Aubry shares how being blindsided in Edge of Extinction changed her approach, and why she's focused on staying grounded and present this time around. Both discuss leaving behind kids, running businesses, and the “joyful warrior” mindset they hope to channel on the island. Each interview explores Survivor's evolving meta, including whether recent winners should be targeted, which returnees are most dangerous, and how pre-existing relationships will shape alliances. Funny moments include Angelina's dream “summer solstice” camp party and her family rooting for Ozzy right alongside her. As the anticipation for season 50 builds, Mike asks: Can Angelina or Aubry climb higher on the Survivor ladder, or will new threats and old friends stand in their way? How will personal growth off the island translate into better game performance in Fiji's high-stakes returnee showdown? Tai established solid alliances early, once again excelled at finding Hidden Immunity Idols, and even took down the venerable Ozzy in a challenge. Aubry somehow managed to hold on, and Tai's game faltered a bit near the end, and they surprisingly went out side by side again at the finale. Listen to this interview to hear how they felt about the Cirie debacle, their assessment of the new Final Tribal Council format, some of their funny and exciting moments that were not aired and much more. This week we interviewed Tai Trang and Aubry Bracco. Tai came in third and Aubry took second place in the finale of Survivor Kaoh Rong. Tai became a fan favorite right out the gate and his connection to all things living brought us another fan favorite in Mark the Chicken, a true life Survivor of this season. Tai's dance on the dark side left some of us conflicted with the hero image we had of him. Aubry's start was the complete opposite which framed her as weak and succumbing to the elements. She slowly started to win us over when she bounced back and began an amazing comeback arc only to get knocked down again and again, but finessed her way to the end with an impressive strategic and social game. Listen to this interview to hear how they got on the show, how Tai injured himself in training before the game began, the foundation to Aubry's amazing social game and lots more!
