Ep #75: How Tolerating Your Own Bad Behaviors is Holding You Back From Your Next Promotion Whenever someone reaches out to me for help, it usually goes something like this: They’re stuck in their careers and they’re blaming it on external issues like a bad boss or their organizational structure. But what if instead of placing all the blame on the things happening around us, we looked inward and considered that perhaps we are being our own worst enemy? And what if this realization was...good news? Because, if you are the problem, you are also the solution. In this episode of Maximize Your Career with Stacy Mayer, I’ll show you how tolerating bad behaviors from yourself is holding you back from advancing your career.Join the waitlist for the next cohort of my group coaching intensive, Executive Ahead of Time.

Many people mess up their relationships when they carry old habits from their last relationships into their previous ones. Sometimes people have to change into individuals they don't like in order to survive their relationships. Then when those relationships end and they get with new people they tend to carry the same bad attitudes and behaviors into their new relationships. It's damaging!

In this episode, you can listen to: Unhealthy things a usually the tastiest. People who design chips and goodies know how much sugar and salt must it have to release pleasure as much as possible. You must know that words create emotions and if you relabel the thing that you know that is not good for you whit something bad you will slowly start to avoid it. When I stop smocking I relabeled it whit cancer sticks and whit repetition I stopped doing that bad behavior. It can change your behavior even whit changing the environment because we usually behave in automatic mode and when we get in an environment that is new to use we will not be in automatic pilot. In this episode, Craig Capurso and Holden MacRae discuss habits and behavior change by posing the questions...Are you cognitively aware of your actions, or is something else driving them? It turns out, you might be on autopilot, but you can do these three things to make some changes. Are you aware of your bad habits? A support group, trusted friend, coach, or spouse might be the answer to getting you to your goal. Have you tried to make lasting changes before, but always fall back to your old ways?
