The people who are hooping and hollering about fraud, waste, and abuse are committing it, while they're talking against it. How can you be serious about cutting budgets when you're constantly spending? It's contradictory! When a person shuts down in the relationship it only causes more problems. Shutting down isn't the mature or proper way to handle any problem or issue.
