It's hard to save with bad habits, point blank! You don't have to be on the low end of the spectrum to lack financial wisdom. It has nothing to do with how much money you have or don't have but it has everything to do with your mindset and the ability to manage your finances. The worse thing people do to themselves is to live for others to see what they have or what they pretend to have. It's a ridiculous and very stressful way to go through life! Most workplaces have unhealed leaders and because of the mindsets of those leaders (CEO, Bosses, Leaders, Supervisors, etc.) things are allowed to take place and therefore, trickle down. Many leaders simply don't know how to lead. A good leader sets the example and lead from the front. Unfortunately, that isn't what is happening in most workplaces. That's why workplaces all over the world have nepotism, favoritism, discrimination, harassment, hostility, low morale, etc. You take you everywhere you go and whatever is in you is coming out in one way or another. It doesn't matter what title, position, or status you hold, it will never heal what's inside of you. Therefore, you will display and project your unresolved pains into the lives of other people. It's not just the leaders it is also the employees who falls under the leaders. Workplaces are full to the brim of people with unhealed hearts and minds! Most people don't have self control over anything! If you don't have self control it will lead to many more issues in your life. Self control is also one of the "Fruits of the Spirit!" The lack of self control can lead to different addictions (sex, food, drugs, alcohol), and other things such as negative thoughts, anger, etc., that ultimately causes many problems for people. What you don't have self control over, will control you! It goes back to the mindset that a person has, because we all have free will to exert self contol, but we all don't use it for the good in our own lives. I believe when parents allow their young children to date it's wrong parenting. Children should be focused on getting through and finishing school, not on love and relationships. Children absolutely do not know how to handle love and relationships because they don't know anything about it. Grown people don't know anything about love and relationships, why do you think children will know? Yet, parents allow their young children to date, which oftentimes mess up children mentally leading to suicidal and sometimes homicidal thoughts. It has also led to abortions, pregnancies, depression, anxiety, etc. Many children have a harder time in school mainly because of their home lives, but also because they're forming relationships that they can't handle. Not all churches but most of them are doing what the world is doing, which isn't of God. They are churches of man not of God because they have brought the world into the sanctuaries. It's evident that brokenness doesn't discriminate! DEI doesn't mean certain people got jobs, just for general purposes, like ignorant people believe. No! If Black people got hired, regardless the position, they still had to be the most qualified in the pool of interviewees.
