On Tour 99, Magical Matthew and Tour Guide Diane Whiting compare Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort with Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Resort. And, while there are many similarities, there are also some significant differences to consider. 1.    Theme: The Wilderness Lodge is inspired by the National Park lodges of the Pacific Northwest, while the Animal Kingdom Lodge is inspired by African wildlife preserves. 2.    Location: The Wilderness Lodge is situated in the Magic Kingdom area, while the Animal Kingdom Lodge is located near the Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. 3.    Room Views: While both resorts offer beautiful views, the Animal Kingdom Lodge has savannah-facing rooms where guests can observe grazing wildlife. The Wilderness Lodge, on the other hand, offers views of the resort's natural surroundings, such as the Copper Creek Springs Pool or the forests of the Pacific Northwest. 4.    Dining options: The Animal Kingdom Lodge has more dining options with its signature restaurant, Jiko - The Cooking Place, offering African-inspired cuisine, as well as Boma - Flavors of Africa, and Sanaa. The Wilderness Lodge has fewer dining options with its signature restaurant, Artist Point, offering Pacific Northwest-inspired cuisine. 5.    Amenities: Both resorts offer numerous amenities, including pools, fitness centers, and complimentary transportation to the Disney parks. However, the Animal Kingdom Lodge also has cultural activities such as drum circles, and animal programs including the Wildlife Discovery Excursion, while the Wilderness Lodge offers outdoor activities such as fishing, bike rentals, and campfires --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/matthew-wallace9/message

How did they narrow it down to six? The team rode the attraction over and over again testing how various tracks fit with the spirit and the movement of the coaster. They finally settled on the following six songs in their original classic versions: “September” “Disco Inferno” “Conga” “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” “I Ran” “One Way or Another” You won't know which track you're going to hear until you blast off. Plus we now know that the theme of the ride is to help stop Eson, the Celestial villain who is trying to complete an evil plan. --Connections Café & Eatery is Now Open at EPCOTConnections Café & Eatery is open and ready to serve in the World Celebration neighborhood. The restaurant's design includes nods to Walt Disney's original plans for EPCOT. There are two experiences – an eatery on one side serving lunch and dinner menus, and a café and pastry shop on the other open all day long. When walking past Spaceship Earth on the way into the park, Connections Café and Eatery is on the left. Floor-to-ceiling windows give a full view of the open space featuring modern décor and tempting smells of pastries baking, fresh coffee brewing and burgers on the grill. Since World Celebration is located in the center of the park, Connections Café & Eatery offers some great views as well.A colorful mural called “Global Gathering” covers one wall and reflects the heart of the restaurant – people from around the world gathering around food. It's one of the biggest murals Walt Disney Imagineering has ever created. Take note how the scenes blend seamlessly from sunrise to sunset. You can also see chefs at work in three show kitchens. Watch them grilling, sautéing and baking everything from burgers to pizzas and sprinkling pixie dust on fun desserts from milkshakes to waffles.Whether it's coffee or tea, you'll find it here showcasing how various cultures enjoy their favorite drinks. As always at WDW, don't forget to look down. There are three original floor inlays inspired by Walt's 1966 “Florida Project” site plans, where EPCOT was to serve as the “center” of Walt Disney World. These details honor Walt's original dream of EPCOT. --‘Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!' So…after this day-by-day review of their cruise on the Disney Dream…would they do it again? How does embarking on a cruise go as a first-timer? What was their experience on Nassau like?   In this week's episode of the Por Favor Podcast, Mike & Gary discuss Day 2 of The Gentelmen's Golf Trip.  The boy's disembark the Clarion Maingate and head over to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge for breakfast at Boma Flavors of Africa.  After a delicious breakfast we head over to Disney's Old Key West Resort and meet Por Favor Joey in the lobby.  It was time for Round 1 of golf at Lake Buena Vista Golf Course.   Lake Buena Vista Golf Course was by far the most picturesque course of the three.  It nestled through woods with beautiful views of Disney Springs, Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort as well as the Tree House Villa's and Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter.  Pars and birdies were few and far between, but the boy's had a blast.   Thanks for listening, Mike & Gary
