All the categories are quotables from Frank himself. In this episode, Frank's category was "Forbidden Photos in the Jungle.” For this category, he watched and reviewed two different, relatively low chagrin, movies - Ruggero Deodato's Cut and Run and the 1988 horror slasher Out of the Dark. We also watch some recent movie trailers.

Our group coaching client Emma recently reached out feeling defeated. Her vacation got derailed by an incoming hurricane. She felt like a failure of the program because she was going back to old ways of using food to cope with the disappointment of her intended family plans, wondering if she would ever get better from these eating and body struggles.Maybe you've been there too...Thankfully, she reached out to the group to share some of the sabotaging thoughts that were plaguing her so we could help! Many of them can be traced back to what we like to call your brain's "cut and run mode". It's those sabotaging thoughts that make you believe you need to abort the mission and do something drastic, because CLEARLY this is not working! In this episode, join Georgie and Christina as we share exactly how we helped Emma and (other clients like her) reframe the all or nothing thoughts that make you feel like you should just give up. Our brains can be dramatic! But we are here to support you! Let's take a beat, calm down, and help you think through the sabotaging thoughts with a more clear head. Most importantly, we don't want you to quit! We've got your back. “I want to take it (my music career) as far as I can”, says singer Sarah Moon. Charismatic, riveting, and commanding are a just a few terms that describe what she brings as singer and performer. While paying respectful homage to a few of her influences including Etta James, Chris Cornell, classic rock and old school blues, her voice and style with hints of classic rock are all her own and she drives home point all the way home on her new record, "Cut & Run". Growing up in a household where her parents worked in live music production, music has always been, in some form or fashion, a big part of what Sarah is about. Call it fate or maybe the subliminal effect of hearing her mother singing around the house, Sarah began singing as a child and landed a gig with the Rapid City Children's Chorus. She then received classical training and continued her musical journey recording music and regularly gigging at venues in Oregon and Canada. Sarah is ready to make a statement with her latest recording and bring her music to the world. Moon assembled an all star team of sorts to bring her musical vision into fruition. Along with her powerful and unique voice, the record features talented writing partner, guitarist, backing vocalist and co-producer Brandon Cook, co-producer keyboardist and percussionist Andy Korn, hard hitting drummer Kyle Baltus, bassist Allen Huter and features guest appearances by Jean-Pierre Garau on keys, The Davis Sisters on vocals, with Lewis Dragulin and Jon Van Cula adding horns to the fold. As if there wasn't already enough talent in the building for the recording session already, it was engineered by #1 Billboard charting San Francisco producer Jaimeson Durr, who has worked with Sammy Hagar, Train and members of The Grateful Dead. The record was tracked at The Hallowed Halls recording studio in Portland Oregon.

With the recent passing of legendary director, and Grindbin All Star, Ruggero Deodato (Raiders of Atlantis), the bin and Lee and Leah from TMBDOS! celebrate one of his lesser talked about films, Cut and Run (1985). Often mistaken for a cannibal movie (like Deodato's Cannibal Holocaust), Cut and Run is a drug running movie with a brilliant performance from Grindbin all star Richard Lynch and an incredibly unhinged performances from Bibleman himself, Willie Aames.

Good soldiers follow orders, but we're just following the Bad Batch (with heart eyes) as we continue our Season 1 recap! “Cut and Run” and “Replacements” (The Bad Batch S1, Ep. 2–3) continue to illuminate a changing galaxy. The Empire is rolling out chain codes to register and track citizens, sending elite forces to wipe out insurrectionists, and scheming to make the former Republic's clone troopers obsolete. At the same time, the Bad Batch is skittering from one hidey-hole to the next, never able to stand still. The tension is tight, but we still get some absolutely delightful moments: Omega seeing sunlight and dirt for the first time, reuniting with Cut Lawquane and Suu, moon dragons, piggy-back rides from Uncle Wrecker, and a plot that revolves around getting a family onto a bus out of town. This show has us in tears in all the best ways. Next week, join us in recapping “Cornered” and “Rampage” (The Bad Batch Season 1, Episodes 4–5). --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/growingupskywalker/message
