Follow Your Heart is such a record.     It should come as no surprise, then, that the album was born in a conversation between Hammond and his six-year old daughter, Lola. “The story behind the title is Lola asked me one day if we were best buddies,” Hammond said. “I told her yes and then she asked if we’d be best friends after we died. The title song, ‘Of Course We Will (Follow Your Heart),’ is dedicated to that statement.
