Holy shit it's go time. 350 it upon us, and let's do the math: High & Tight has hooked up your minds and ears for the equivalent of 2 full weeks. Can you imagine that? Listening to the hottest shit on the airwaves non-stop, for 2 weeks? Is this heaven? No. It's High & Tight. In this episode, Ben breaks down his cathartic trip through Mad Max Desert, to Airforce Mecca to meet with his dear friend in a private ceremony which I can't even get into, because I don't have clearance. Then there's baseball talk, and Super Bowl talk, and brief movie talk. It's the usual. Tom Brady retiring all the time. Get ready for your 350th hour of the best shit you've ever heard.
Happy Holidays, suckas! High & Tight is back for Episode 349. This is the coveted, "Holiday Show". Hold onto your butts, because Benny and RZ bring it so sizzling hot (like usual). You got it. 349 provides it from so many damn angles, it's nuts. Get into it.

Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's another nasty ass episode of High & Tight. 344 to be exact. So Benny and RZ hit it really hard once again. They discuss a little MLB, a little MORE NBA Playoffs including Kevin Garnett getting some well-deserved love. They also get into the Fresh Prince slap #welcometoearth. And uhhh, they read off a little fan mail. Good chat, good intel, great laughs. Get into it.
HOLY SHIT. Sorry for my excited response. I just re-listened to Episode 337, and it blew my mind. Front and center, KA-boom. There's just so much going on in there, it's hard to keep it together. There's baseball talk, Longmire talk, standings, and wall to wall laughter. Man. High & Tight is like a drug and this one's free... the next episode is gonna cost you something... Get into it.
Episode 328 is an hour for the ages, as Benny and RZ, are joined by a friend of the High & Tight family. Who you ask? The Dollop's own, Gareth Reynolds. Not to spoil too much, but this one is QUITE funny. No need to dig deeper here. Just check it for yourselves. It's sweet ass sweet, and we thank Gareth for gracing us with his presence. Ok I'll spoil one thing: there's a VERY in-depth analysis of Ice Cube's classic, "Today was a Good Day". Oh my. I've said too much.
Guess who's back, suckers?? Benny B and RZ, that's who. Holy crap, you'd think a long break would slow us down, right? WRONG. The High & Tight crew is back, and pumping it out at about 110%. The fellas do a little catching up, but get right to it, with a candid interview with Macho Man Randy Savage. Then they get to analyzing the Patriots, MLB, etc. There's some Mandolorian chatter, Fargo: Season 4, etc. It's nothing but wall to wall heat. Get into it.
So yeah, buddy. High & Tight is back in black. Episode 325 is ready for your ears, and it. Is. Perfect. As you'd expect. 3 months off and you think we lost a step? Think again, badass.
High & Tight 324 is finally here, and it's really friggin' good. Really. Seriously man. Listen to it. Benny initially spoiler alerts the fact that the Perry Mason show on HBO shows a dong in episode 1. Is your interest piqued? Mine too. There's also hot n heavy talk about Big Mac and Sosa hitting massive bombs. The Hannibal series, which is now on Netflix. It's just a ton of sweet stuff is the point, and people might consider you an idiot for not listening.
Ok ok ok. No screwing around here. Episode 316 is pure entertainment. No bullshit. It's pretty much fully dedicated to knocking the Astros for being butt pluggin' cheaters. Now, not only will they get plunked by a bunch of fastballs this year, their sensitive baby emotions will be crushed by the High & Tight crew on this very episode. Want proof? Queue it up. Oh, Benny B and RZ also talk about . As if that isn't enough, the boys get into Bad Boys (for life), Ford v. Ferrari, ANNNND Rambo: Last Blood. That part is funny too. It's almost too much to handle...
High & Tight 307 is out in record stores now. Head to your nearest Tower Records to get the hottest CD on the streets! Nah, it's on iTunes and Sound Cloud though, which is way easier than getting a disc, and it's free. High & Tight provided endless free shit. This episode is great. RZ talks about his brothers' surprise birthday, Benny talks about K Loves newest child. THEN they talk a lotta sports. Red Sox, Pats, etc. Specifically they discuss carl Yastrzemski's grandson playing pro ball, and being kinda nasty? There's some Mickey Rourke talk. Just wall to wall funky free shit. Get into it.
Episode 306 is wrought with valuable information. TONS. Benny B and RZ discuss primarily, forthcoming trailers for movies and series' that have potential to be fantastic. I'm talking a Mandalorian trailer break down, El Camino (Breaking Bad movie), The Rise of Skywalker, etc. It's filled with pertinent information, and it's also filled with laughs. Oh sorry. I could've just said that it's like every single friggin' episode of High & Tight. Give 'er a listen huh?
294 is at your door. So open it and listen up. Many sweet and funny topics are discussed. These include hockey games recently attended, concerts attended, The Wizard of Oz, and mostly the signing of Manny Machado. The Padres spent a bunch of money on a dude who looks like Ariana Grande, and the High & Tight crew investigate. There's references to The Rock, and that's always funny. Then there's some great Alex Cora talk. It's just a mish mash of sweet shit. You should really listen.
High & Tight Playoff Championship edition is here. That's right. The Patriots have again, won the conference championship, and are going to the Super Bowl. AGAIN. The High & Tight boys are very very excited about it, and so they talk about it. Obvi. Props are offered to both sides of course, because High & Tight ain't biased. It is actually, but the Rams and Chiefs get their love, because they're very very good teams. Anyhow, Pats rule, Tom rules, Julian rules, and so do Bill and Gronk. Let us prove it to you. Oh yeah, the boys also talk about Edgar Martinez making it to the Hall of Fame. Finally.
Episode 290 is in the books, and it's friggin' great. You can set your watch to that. Benny B and RZ get into all kinds of chatter. From weather talk, all the way to Red Sox talk, the High & Tight crew bring as hard as ever. Specifically, they discuss the slick award the Sox received, and why they're better than other teams. They also have a pre-discussion about Triple Frontier, and its stacked cast. There's a very thorough discussion about the new Baseball HOF inductees, Lee Smith and Harold Baines. Well deserved. Anyhow, shit. This one's great. Listen up.
Episode 283 is here. It's hot hot hot off the press. Extra extra! Real all about it!!! Episode 283 is the shiiiiit! Benny and RZ talk a little bit about the start of the NFL Season. Pats won game 1, obvi. Turns out, Benny now wants to get a Raiders hat. Old school, NWA style. Something tells me, he's gonna get it... at a discounted rate. They also talk about Usain Bolt, and how he's faster than a Cheetah in its prime. Oh yeah, they talk about "money ball" and its hilarious. THEN they talk about the Sox, and the slick slick slickness of Brandon Phillips. The close out discussing the Jack Ryan show, as well as Ozark. Both are good shows, just like High & Tight. Listen immediately.
Here's a little math for ya: Episode + 279 = go time. Get ready for the second most recent episode of High & Tight. Benny and RZ talk about Robocop and ED 209 in the very episode! Seriously. They also talk about air conditioning units because why? It's hot like a furnace these days. There's a baseball check in, of course. Pre All-Star game talk 'n such. Oh yeah, Benny talks about some filthy shades he just bought too. Sadly, Benny ALSO talks about running into Bo Jackson at work... and not saying a goddamn word to him. It's ok. He was scared, and you'd be too, so get off his ass. Anyhow. Good shit. Oh yeah. Quality fan mail too.
269 duuuuuude! Ladies and gentlemen, the High & Tight crew finally reached Episode 269! At long last... The fellas kick it off with a small discussion about Benny's new housemate, "Gus". Gus is a jumbo-size sewer rat that decided to post up in Echo Base. That part is funny. They then break down the film Wind River with Jeremy Renner. It's quite good. They then discuss RZ's new baseball team, and his new teammate "Uncle Rico". That's right. The fellas ALSO break of a What Would Pete Do, which is great. Then they talk pro baseball. Bam. That's all she wrote.
Happy New Year, High & Tight faithful. Benny B and RZ are back for another filthy installment. Episode 260 brings the fury from all angles. From delivering love to Hostiles, to exposing Danny Trejo for being plump, the dynamic duo brings it loud and proud. They also offer up a quick peek into the NFL Playoffs. That was basically B & R trying to determine who the Patriots will be playing in the Super Bowl. They also talk about Babe Ruth again. Just a quick reminder about how slick he was (and how many hot dogs he could ace). If you wanna start 2018 off right... listen to High and Tight (260).
Oh boy. 256 is here, and it's muy en fuego. Benny and RZ get into how sweet their texts between each other are. And they are sweet. They also let BD Wong off the hook finally. Not for long of course, but he earned himself a pass for his sickness in Executive Decision. They ripping on Wong has since transferred to the biggest wang of all, Tim Busfield. A-1 weenie. They also remind all the High & Tight faithful, that the Patriots and Celtics are the best. In the way of baseball, Benny and RZ go over the MLB HOF nominees. They close out discussing 3 Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri. This is a great film, led by Frances McDormand. You should watch that, and listen to 256 goddamnit.
255. Wow. Benny and RZ have brought it High & Tight 255 times, and this episode beats the bag. Benny and RZ get into a little wrestling talk, and send a special shout out to the Nature Boy, Ric Flair. They also talk about the Celtics/Patriots dominance. Benny and RZ grace your ears with a few articles about the MLB rookies of the year, as well as and article from the recently retired Carlos Beltran. This is good stuff. It's REAL good stuff. Listen.
I have 252 reasons why you should listen to episode 252, but I won't list them all. If you become an avid listener, then I'll feed 'em to you once a week, and a little extra at the holidays if you're not naughty. Here's a sample though: Due to RZ's weight gain, he's started playing the Ukulele, as is evidenced in the opening. Then the boys offer up a fine World Series preview. This is complimented by a nice homage to the Dodger from past to present. Of course the Pats are sent a little love for getting back on track. Plus the Celtics get a little season opener props. The High & Tight squad then close out with a raving review of The Foreigner starring Jackie Chan. Get into it.
High & Tight 249. I'm not lying. If you've heard any of our shows, then you know it's probably true. In 249, Benny and RZ talk about Blade Runner, as well as the hype surrounding it. While doing so, RZ talks about how hard he butters his popcorn at the theater. That part is "NC-17" if you know what I mean. Ben and RZ also give folks a little update about the re-release of Predator. Guess what? It's about to be in the theater again. SWEET. Next, the boys break down the MLB playoff preview. It's October folks, so you know... It's kinda go time right now. Then Benny talks about the show Billions. Evidently it's sweet, and then Tommy Heinsohn talks about how big Aron Baynes's wang is. Evidently it's a killer piece. The boys close out with a little love for the recently departed Tom Petty. RIP.
I'll be honest here: High & Tight 242 is kinda the shit. Benny and RZ cover a very wide spectrum of awesome stuff. For example, they offer a fantastic quote from Val Kilmer regarding the passing of the late great, Sam Shepard. Death isn't awesome, but Kilmer love it. On a brighter note, RZ tells a funny baseball story, and Benny explains why you pansies should watch The Missing. Also, they get pretty darn deep on WWII films Hacksaw Ridge, and Dunkirk. Each of those films will treat you very well. Additionally, a good deal of love is sent to Mr. 3000, Adrian Beltre who will still slap your nuts if you pat his head. Finally, the boys close out with some details on the Red Sox, and the introduction of their new pitcher, as well as their 5-tool nasty Muppet, Eduardo Nuñez. All good things.
Episode 239er brings is loud and proud. Benny and RZ are here, they're top tier, and they're here to drink beer. If you heard the pregame conversation, that throw-away line would be funny, and not throw-away. Meanwhile, the Wild Boys of High & Tight bring it back to basics, as the 2017 Baseball season is at the half-way point. Benny and RZ break down the first half for the most part. There's a quick check in on the first half division leaders, pitching leaders, and batting leaders. Additionally, MORE love is sent to Aaron Judge, as he gets more and more filthy every day. Most importantly... RZ comes "out of the closet" so to speak, with his appreciation of Jessica Mendoza's "assets". Get into it.
The soothing sounds of High & Tight 238 are smooth as silk underwears. Benny and RZ cover everything from the Top 100 basketball jerseys of all time (according to some publication that decided that it's ok to put Ron Artest on there 3 times? the hell?) to a very intelligent recap of Darth Vader. On a personal note, Benny and RZ discuss the size of Patriot Superbowl rings, and how those things make other Super Bowl Rings look like High School Graduation rings. Finally, there's a quick Benny-Wedding recap, which brought back some great memories and finally... Benny discusses how sweet the Green Hornet was, and how much sicker his side kick was (Bruce Lee). Open your ears. This one's good.
Listen up! Episode 234 brings the heat, as usual. Benny B and RZ speak in depth about TV shows for a change. Nasty ass TV shows to be clear. Specifically, the boys discuss Fargo (seasons 1 and 2), as well as Silicon Valley. Favorite characters are identified, and why. Love is sent to the recently deceased High & Tight heroes: Cortez Kennedy, Powers Boothe, Chris Cornell, and Roger Moore (which led to sweet Bond talk). Oh yeah, and Keith Carradine is mentioned, and how he died jerking off.
Rob Z from High & Tight joins the show to weigh in on this week's subjects. High &Tight 223 brings heat right out of the box with an immediate discussion about "dwarves", "little people", or "midges". Specifically Peter Dinklage. BB and RZ continue on with a little potpourri including talk of National Parks, John Muir, Captain America, The Godfather Tobin Howard, John Wick 2, Ian McShane, etc. Think we paid a little love to Bad Boys 2 and The Fugitive as well? You bet we did. Shoot. I feel like I've already said too much...
One week of ST2 is in the can! Kevin & Steve recount the week, the future shooting plan, the reunion with Brian Cox, real cops on the set, New England weather, Farva 2.0, going High & Tight and of course they throw in some Halloween & Fantasy Football talk as a bonus. Enjoy the Chew!
