He believes that he has been visited in the night by an angel, who has instructed him and his sons to hunt demons. However, his oldest son, Fenton, is more than a little concerned when these demons have human names and actually appear to be human!

The review of 2024 films are in full swing, but first there is the annual look back at the movies seen last year that were NOT FROM last year. If you've nodded along to our recommendation so far, this one gets one of our highest 'just buy it' recommendations.

Thirty years ago in the lead-up to its release, this Western historical epic was looked upon as "the Other Wyatt Earp" movie with the troubled production as the following year, there was a much hyped bigger budget biopic of Wyatt Earp starring Kevin Costner coming out.  Since they covered similar subjects, both films were in a race for production and this one was first.....with some costs.  Over the time of production, it had three different directors eventually landing on star Kurt Russell who also played Wyatt Earp. (The official director is still listed as George P. Sudden Death is a 1995 American action-thriller film directed by Peter Hyams and starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, Powers Boothe, Raymond J.
