You can read it though, just a summary of the banger of a video you're watching.Get ready to dive deep into one of the most iconic and formidable aspects of Warhammer 40,000: Terminator Armor. In this in-depth episode, we'll explore how these Tactical Dreadnought Suits bridge the gap between enhanced body armor and full-fledged battle tanks, showcasing the immense engineering prowess of the Imperium's finest. From the legendary origins dating back to the Dark Age of Technology, to their critical role during the Horus Heresy, and the elite units that still wield them today—such as the Deathwing of the Dark Angels, Salamanders' Firedrakes, Iron Hands' Gorgon-pattern, and the ferocious Chaos Terminator formations like the Red Butchers and Deathshroud—Terminator Armor stands as a hallmark of resilience, lethality, and sheer intimidation. We'll discuss the complex manufacturing process that has become increasingly rare over the millennia, the venerated Crux Terminatus rumored to contain fragments of the Emperor's own battle-worn plate, and how Chapters from the Space Wolves to the Deathwatch preserve and honor these suits as priceless relics. Additionally, we'll touch on the Custodian Allarus Terminators—arguably the pinnacle of protective warfare suits—and show how even the Grey Knights leverage their own specialized variants to battle daemonic foes. Learn how these massive suits, bristling with storm bolters, power fists, and towering shoulder-mounted weaponry, shape the tactics and doctrines of Astartes and Traitor Legions alike.———TAGSWarhammer 40K, Terminator Armor, Tactical Dreadnought Armor, Space Marines, Horus Heresy, Dark Angels Deathwing, Salamanders Firedrakes, Iron Hands Gorgon, Chaos Terminators, Red Butchers, Deathshroud, Custodes Allarus, Grey Knights, Crux Terminatus, Imperium of Man, Adeptus Astartes, Warhammer lore, Warhammer 40000 history, gaming community, tabletop strategy, sci-fi armor, elite units, miniature wargaming.————————————Opinions expressed in this video are solely those of Isyander & Koda and in no way reflect the views or opinions of Games Workshop Ltd.Artwork throughout this video is used for educational purposes. if you see your artwork and would like an art credit, message me.Support the show

A weekend of epic Warhammer 40k tournaments. Top 10 Sisters, Raven Guard, and Iron Hands?? What!! In this podcast I go over the standings for 6 of those tournaments and talk about stats of all the armies going into the weekend and coming out. I also go over a Sisters of Battle army that took 10th place, and an Iron Hands army that took 6th place. There is a ton of data and stats in this podcast but unfortunately no interview this week. I also tell you what to expect for tournaments coming up this weekend (its gonna be a big one). Make sure you follow my socials, especially my Reddit and Twitter for updates on my tournament analysis and posts as the tournaments happen. Their Primarch is Ferrus Manus. Like the other loyalist Legions, much of the Iron Hands forces would later, according to the dictates of the Codex Astartes, be re-organized into smaller Chapters. The Iron Hands are notable for their heavy use of bionics and their reverence for all things mechanical, and thus their close ties to the Adeptus Mechanicus.Support the show
Hey All, Welcome back to Episode 19 of the Fireside 40K podcast hosted by Vik Vijay & David Gaylard of Team Ignite. With no Dataslate just yet (though hopefully due shortly after this episode releases!), our lists are submitted for the London Open - a 150-person Major event hosted by the UKTC. Dave's bringing his Astra Militarum and Vik his Aeldari. We run through our lists and how we've adapted to the Desolation marines that have created quite the hostile meta for both of our factions. We also go through the details on some of the strongest lists (Dark Angels, Iron Hands, Guard & Daemons) in attendance. This event has a large proportion of the best players in the UK creating a shark tank where we should expect lots of spicy pairings throughout the weekend. As always, please let us know if you have any questions or feedback and it would be hugely helpful if you leave us a comment, like or review on any of the streaming platforms you use to listen to Fireside 40K! See you by the Fireside, Dave & Vik

Hey All, Welcome back to Episode 18 of the Fireside 40K podcast hosted by Vik Vijay & David Gaylard of Team Ignite. We're joined this episode by our good friend and founding member of Team Ignite, Brian Siepp, to discuss his incredible run to Top 4 at the Manchester Super-Major with Iron Hands (including the newly-infamous Desolation Marines). We go through what makes the Desolation Marines so strong and the tactics Brian used to get through his first 5 rounds before the cut with 497/500 battle points! Brian was also joined by Vik this weekend in Manchester, with Vik managing to pull out an undefeated run of 5-0 at the event with his innovative Aeldari list. We touch in detail about some thoughts on his list design as well as a more in-depth look into how he managed his Round 5 game against an optimised Dark Angels list with 20 Terminators and 10 Desolation Marines. With the balance dataslate hopefully just around the corner, we touch on some of the things we'd like to see included and we'll be releasing another episode with our initial reactions as soon as it does drop! As always, please let us know if you have any questions or feedback and it would be hugely helpful if you leave us a comments, like or review on any of the streaming platforms you use to listen to Fireside 40K! See you by the Fireside, Dave, Vik & Brian

Welcome to Warmonger, a weekly HH gaming meta podcast on the Eye of Horus Podcast Network. This episode premieres 5 days early on the Eye of Horus Patreon. Although the grimdustrial legions raised by the Emperor on Terra during the Unification Wars all fought set piece battles, engaged in armour warfare and fought pacification campaigns, not all engaged in 'high intensity warfare'. The Iron Hands did. As one of the senior Primarchs, Ferrus Manus led possibly THE most successful tool of conquest and remorseless destruction, the Iron Tenth. Only the tragic death of The Gorgon, and the breaking of it's back in the Urgall Depression, prevented the destruction the Iron Hands would have dealt to any of the Traitor Legions in a fair fight. Regardless of the condition of the Legion's spine, post-Istvaan the Legion gathered their numbers, ship-jacked new fleets, and casually opened once-sealed vaults containing weapons of mass destruction and mayhem so severe they were meant never to see the light of day again.Investigate our Corporate Dirtbags!Versatile Terrainhttps://www.versatileterrain.co.uk/Grimdark Terrainhttps://grimdarkterrain.com/Crystal Fortresshttps://www.crystal-fortress.com/Skeleton Games and Terrainhttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCW9xvWgc18i-_a5WfcMeBWwBlack Label Paintinghttps://www.facebook.com/blacklabelpaintimg/Quartermasterhttps://itunes.apple.com/au/app/quartermaster-5/id879731050EOH PATREON:https://www.patreon.com/eyeofhoruspodcastThe Push for Beta Garmon Global Campaign!https://linktr.ee/thedabpodcast30K GLOBAL EVENT CALENDAR:https://www.facebook.com/groups/147669179268284/

What's this? Is this a mistake? Did Avery forget how to read Roman Numerals and convinced Aneysies that Primarch 9 was Ferrus instead of Sangunius? The answer to all of these question dear battle brothers is a resounding yes. Anyway, join them as they mistakingly cover the actual 10th Primarch and his legion.Ave Imperator!contact us: thebattlebrothercast@gmail.com
The Death and Betrayal Podcast - A Horus Heresy and Hobby Podcast
In this episode, we get a bit off the rails, Alex vents about some growing pains in the Edmonton area and Craig keeps the ship from capsizing. We play around with some late heresy Death Guard modelling and we talk about a building an Iron Hands list around Shadrak Medusan for a listener. However, I should mention that in that discussion I made a couple of errors: 1) the Thanatar is not a battle automata available to the Legiones Astartes (so dont buy one) and 2) you can use the terrax drill OR the storm eagle in Head of the Gorgon (only 1 fast attack allowed). Lets talk about Iron Hands baby, lets talk about you and me, hmmmm hmmmm hmmmm humidity hum hum I forgot the rest of the song. This bit follow up the discussion of the Iron hands that started last episode with the Wrath of Iron book report, we go into some talk about what the inside of power armor smells like, what chapter is most likely to wear cardboard and tin foil, back around to what games we have been up to, a solid super plug for Iron Heart Artisans and all sorts of wiener jokes. So get ready, mix up a nice tall glass of smoothie made from questionably safe fruits and yogurt that have been in the question way past their prime, put on your favorite blue Snuggie and tune in to Mob Rules!
One upon a time in a land far far away there was a mining town called, Shanendan, Shenandoah, Shepards Ferry, I don't remember, it started with an Sh. Anyway, it was a mining town, no wait it was a planet, yes, that was it, it was a planet. The aristocracy was bored, bored of being bored, were feeling a bit randy, had already seen all there was to see on the internet, had all the parties were you put your car keys in a bowl and do the weird things and they felt that darling in mono-boobed crab claw strange would be a fun. But then wouldn't you know it, some tattle tail went and told the authorities and in the 41st millennium the authorities are sometimes super soldiers with two hearts, spit acid and fire rifles with mini missiles in them. And sometimes when the party gets so big and out of control those authorities call in the Collegia Titanica. It was that kind of party. Amazing book, we hope you read it, but if that whole reading thing is not your thing we have the thing covered. It is book review time on Mob Rules!!!! This ep we cover the Wrath of Iron, a tale of all that stuff I previously mentioned plus a lot of dead guardsmen and some not-fully-dead Iron Hands. Ohhhhhh it is good one. So get yourself a nice tasty mug of apple cider, pull up your favorite bean bag chair that permanently smells like farts and tune in to the whiling of Jon, Ted and Phil.
The Independent Characters - A Warhammer 40k Podcast | Radio
Episode 90 of The Independent Characters takes a very close look at Forge Worlds latest release, Horus Heresy 2: Massacre! As with the previous entry in this series, the tome is so massive we need two episodes to cover it all. Part one of our coverage will be taking a look at the story that has brought us to this point in The Great Betrayal so far, as well as in depth coverage of the four Adeptus Astartes Legions covered in the book. Namely, The Salamanders, The Word Bearers, The Iron Hands and The Night Lords. Word of Horus' treachery escapes Isstvan III and now the Legions loyal to the Emperor mobilise to make Horus and those who follow account for their crimes. However the depth of the betrayal is yet to be revealed. Aside from our usual Workbench and Games Played segments, we have an interview with Reece Robbins to discuss The Las Vegas Open Tournament as well as his Kickstarter with Tablewar called The MegaMat!
