Another episode of killin' time is here and we're joined by recurring guest Quise from Gonzaga and his good buddy Travis Ward, who is the equipment manager for the University of Alaska Anchorage Seawolves mens NCAA D1 hockey team. He talks all about the equipment manager lifestyle, all the travel across the country for their games, and the highs and lows of the job itself. 

It's still quarantine SZN, so we're killin' some time with two old hockey buddies Kanamine and Kinslow. We talk Kanamines NCAA D3 experience, Kirbs junior teams, and the legendary Calvert Cobras mens league team. We chat some Caps hockey, worst TV characters, best old school warm-up songs, and some old school Ukrainian hockey coach stories. 

It's the second episode during the quarantine and this go around we're killin' time with two reoccuring guest Intern John and Duante Abercrombie from Georgetown Prep. We talk everything from Prep hockey, to college hockey, to killing time with wrist curls, podcasting, the Bachelor Live and playing hockey in Jamaica and New Zealand. 

There's still no hockey, and the boys are bored as hell. We catch up on all the latest news around the league and what the Caps have been up to. The guys talk about what they've been doing to kill some time while stuck at home and shoot the shit for a bit. We end with an interview with Coach Parker from the Montgomery U16AA team, who had their season and trip to Nationals cut short by Corona Virus.

In this episode, we're featuring the sophomore album from Clint Black: "Put Yourself In My Shoes" (1990). Black's first album, "Killin' Time" (1989) - with 28 weeks at #1 and with five #1 singles - was always going to be a hard act to follow. But having written or co-written all the songs on this release with main collaborator and guitarist Hayden Nicholas, Clint Black borrows from several styles under the country music umbrella, and the result helped him graduate, well and truly, from the so-called "Class Of '89". There's roadhouse honky tonk on "This Nightlife", lovelorn musings in "Loving Blind", western swing on "One More Payment" and old-west balladry on "The Goodnight-Loving" - and with sensational picking from Black's road band, "Put Yourself In My Shoes" was a worthy follow up to "Killin' Time", if less successful commercially. Then again, commercial success doesn't really mean much these days, does it?

Dawn and Rachel are joined by guest Valerie Rogers to discuss "Killin' Time" which seems like a straightforward Leap until the visitor escapes the Waiting Room and it's up to Al to set things right. CW: Sexual Harassment, Misogyny and Abuse This week Dawn and Rachel poke fun at each other’s coming of age grunge/goth phases. Rachel can’t believe Dawn hasn’t seen The Crow and we start off right by misquoting Miss Congeniality.  We feminine gaze Sam, for not only his calves, but his ability to pull off an Oxford shirt.  Not to be outdone by Sam’s great legs and outfits, we still have Al cranking out all the sexism one episode can contain. We give credit to Sam for rightfully shooting down purity questions, all the while Rachel definitely has her strong positive feels on Cuanto Le Gusta, and Dawn discusses seedy muffler shop calendars. Sam has a fair amount of white knight syndrome, but through the body of woman, which created some progressive scenes in this episode., including a final fight sequence that could have been so much better with one change. Oh, we spend some time learning the cost of film development and how some people will not even know what we’re talking about. Let us not forget the million eye rolls for Jerry Lee Lewis.
