Hơn 50 triệu euro được Liên Hiệp Châu Âu đầu tư cho Chương trình Giáo dục Nghề nghiệp Việt Nam (VETVET). Hiệp định được Liên Âu và chính phủ Việt Nam ký ngày 31/12/2025 và kéo dài đến năm 2030 nhằm nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo nghề, xây dựng lực lượng lao động có kỹ năng, đáp ứng yêu cầu của quá trình chuyển đổi xanh, chuyển đổi số tại việt Nam. “Chuyển đổi xanh, chuyển đổi số” được trang Nhân Dân nhấn mạnh “là hai yếu tố căn bản cấu thành một xu thế tất yếu, không thể đảo ngược” của Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, Việt Nam đang thiếu hụt nguồn nhân lực chuyên môn, có kỹ năng. Chương trình VETVET của Liên Hiệp Châu Âu được bộ trưởng Giáo dục và Đào tạo Nguyễn Kim Sơn đánh giá “sẽ góp phần hiện đại hóa giáo dục nghề nghiệp và đáp ứng tốt hơn nhu cầu của thị trường lao động”. Về phía Liên Hiệp Châu Âu, trả lời phỏng vấn RFI Tiếng Việt ngày 20/01/2026, đại sứ Julien Guerrier cho biết Hiệp định tài trợ cho Chương trình Giáo dục nghề nghiệp Việt Nam-EU đánh dấu một bước tiến quan trọng trong việc tăng cường hợp tác song phương trong lĩnh vực giáo dục và phát triển kỹ năng. Chương trình VETVET cũng sẽ giúp Việt Nam tăng sức hấp dẫn cũng như đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân lực của các nhà đầu tư, đặc biệt là các nhà đầu tư châu Âu, vào Việt Nam. RFI : Một thỏa thuận mới về tài trợ Chương trình Giáo dục Nghề nghiệp (VETVET) đã được Liên Hiệp Châu Âu và Việt Nam đã ký ngày 31/12/2025. Xin Đại sứ cho biết chương trình hợp tác chung giữa Liên Hiệp Châu Âu và Việt Nam về lĩnh vực này được triển khai từ bao giờ và nhằm những mục tiêu nào ? Đại sứ Julien Guerrier : Đối với chúng tôi, chương trình VETVET là một sáng kiến ​​lớn nhằm tăng cường công tác đào tạo và giáo dục tại Việt Nam. Công tác chuẩn bị cho chương trình hợp tác và dự án này bắt đầu từ năm 2023, và chúng tôi ký thỏa thuận tài chính vào cuối năm 2025. Vì vậy, hiện nay chúng tôi đã sẵn sàng triển khai dự án này. Đây là một chương trình với nhiều nhà tài trợ, có tổng ngân sách hơn 50 triệu euro, có thể thấy là rất lớn, được đồng tài trợ bởi Liên Hiệp Châu Âu (40 triệu euro), Đức (10,4 triệu euro) và Pháp (500.000 euro). Chương trình sẽ do Expertise France và đối tác Đức là GIZ thực hiện, phối hợp với Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo Việt Nam. Chương trình kéo dài 5 năm, được bắt đầu ngay lập tức và kéo dài tới năm 2030. Mục tiêu của chương trình VETVET là hỗ trợ Việt Nam xây dựng một lĩnh vực giáo dục và đào tạo toàn diện, chất lượng cao và hiện đại, trang bị cho người Việt Nam những kỹ năng cần thiết cho nền kinh tế tương lai, đặc biệt là chuyển đổi số và chuyển đổi xanh. Thông qua chương trình này, chúng tôi sẽ thiết lập một số quan hệ đối tác với các doanh nghiệp. Chúng tôi sẽ nỗ lực tăng cường sức hấp dẫn và tính bền vững của ngành giáo dục và đào tạo tại Việt Nam để có được những kỹ năng về mặt khởi nghiệp và chuyển đổi số, chuyển đổi xanh. Đó là những lĩnh vực sẽ được chúng tôi tập trung tới. Chúng tôi sẽ hợp tác với khoảng ba mươi trường cao đẳng nghề và doanh nghiệp để giúp chúng tôi phát triển các kỹ năng này, trước hết là bằng cách đào tạo giảng viên, sau đó là đào tạo người Việt Nam trong các lĩnh vực này, trên khắp các vùng miền của Việt Nam, và đôi khi thông qua các chương trình trao đổi tại Liên Hiệp Châu Âu. Cách tiếp cận sẽ rất sát với nhu cầu thực tế, có nghĩa là các doanh nghiệp sẽ cho chúng tôi biết họ thiếu kỹ năng gì và sẽ cần kỹ năng gì trong tương lai, và chúng tôi sẽ có thể đào tạo giảng viên không chỉ ở các trường cao đẳng nghề mà ngay chính trong doanh nghiệp, những người mà sau này có thể tập trung vào việc đào tạo thanh niên trong những lĩnh vực khác nhau. Điều quan trọng đối với chúng tôi là cần bảo đảm sự tiếp cận công bằng và bình đẳng cho thanh niên, bao gồm cả những người đến từ các vùng khó khăn hoặc các dân tộc thiểu số. RFI : Chương trình đào tạo này có thể mang lại lợi ích như thế nào cho hợp tác giữa EU và Việt Nam ? Đại sứ Julien Guerrier : Đối với Việt Nam, điều này rất rõ ràng, Việt Nam sẽ có nhiều kỹ năng hơn, một lĩnh vực đào tạo nghề hiện đại hơn rất nhiều, hiệu quả và chất lượng cao hơn để đào tạo giới trẻ cho các doanh nghiệp tương lai. Việc này cũng rất cần thiết đối với Liên Hiệp Châu Âu. Thứ nhất, bởi vì đó là một phần trong các chương trình của Liên Âu để đóng góp vào hành động chống biến đổi khí hậu trên toàn thế giới. Ngoài ra cũng bởi vì chúng tôi có rất nhiều nhà đầu tư tại Việt Nam. Chúng tôi có Hiệp định Thương mại Tự do và Hiệp định Đầu tư với Việt Nam. Vì vậy nhiều nhà đầu tư châu Âu đến đây, đầu tư vào các lĩnh vực mà chúng tôi có lợi thế cạnh tranh, cụ thể là các lĩnh vực xanh, bền vững và công nghệ số cao. Và đó là những lĩnh vực cần những kỹ năng này. Vì vậy, chúng tôi sẽ phải đào tạo nguồn nhân lực sau này có thể làm việc cho các công ty của chúng tôi đầu tư vào Việt Nam trong những lĩnh vực này. Tình hình này có khẩn cấp không ? Đại sứ Julien Guerrier : Có, bởi vì đất nước đang chuyển mình rất, rất nhanh. Việt Nam đặt mục tiêu trung hòa carbon vào năm 2050, giống như Liên Hiệp Châu Âu. Việt Nam cũng khao khát đi đầu trong quá trình chuyển đổi số. Đối với chuyển đổi xanh, sẽ cần các kỹ sư năng lượng tái tạo, kỹ thuật viên, chuyên gia về biến đổi khí hậu, kỹ thuật viên khoa học môi trường và công nhân lành nghề trong các hoạt động nông nghiệp bền vững, ví dụ canh tác lúa phát thải thấp, cũng như trong ngành công nghiệp gỗ và quản lý rừng. Về chuyển đổi số, rất cần các kỹ sư và kỹ thuật viên trong các lĩnh vực điện tử, cơ điện tử và công nghệ thông tin. Ngoài ra cũng cần các chuyên gia về tự động hóa quy trình công nghiệp, robot và các lĩnh vực công nghệ cao khác, đặc biệt là chất bán dẫn, một lĩnh vực mà Việt Nam đang đặt mục tiêu phát triển nhanh chóng. Có thể thấy là có khá nhiều lĩnh vực kỹ thuật cần những con người có thể sử dụng phần mềm mới nhất, tích hợp các giải pháp số vào các ngành công nghiệp truyền thống hơn, và sử dụng tối ưu nguồn năng lượng hiện có. Đó là những kỹ sư trong lĩnh vực năng lượng tái tạo, lĩnh vực số hóa, cũng như trong mọi ngành công nghiệp ở Việt Nam, để tích hợp những công nghệ này vào các ngành công nghiệp truyền thống hơn. RFI : Chương trình VETVET có tương ứng và đáp ứng với kế hoạch 5 năm được đề ra trong Đại hội Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam lần thứ XIV ? Đại sứ Julien Guerrier : Hoàn toàn đúng vậy. Tôi đã tham dự lễ khai mạc Đại hội Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam sáng 20/01. Đại hội quyết định việc bổ nhiệm lãnh đạo cho 5 năm tới, cũng như các chính sách cần theo đuổi. Các ưu tiên là chuyển đổi số và chuyển đổi xanh. Và đối với hai ưu tiên này, mục tiêu số một là phát triển nguồn nhân lực bởi vì đó là điều kiện tiên quyết để thành công trong hai quá trình chuyển đổi này. Vì vậy, theo kế hoạch của Đảng, đây là điểm đứng đầu trong các ưu tiên cho 5 năm tới. Và điều này hoàn toàn phù hợp với nhu cầu của người dân Việt Nam để phát triển đất nước một cách bền vững. Do đó, giữa các ưu tiên của Liên Hiệp Châu Âu và các ưu tiên của Việt Nam có sự tương đồng hoàn hảo về vấn đề này. It's MS Awareness Week, and this year we're diving into a theme that hits home for millions: Unseen MS. Multiple sclerosis is a master of disguise; it can be entirely invisible to the naked eye while remaining profoundly life-altering for the person living it. In this episode, we're exploring the spectrum of the MS experience through two distinct, yet deeply connected stories.  First, you'll hear from RealTalk MS team member Kristine Werner Ozug. Kristine shares what it's like to navigate a world that doesn't always see her struggle, and how her "mostly invisible" MS  symptoms still dictate the rhythm of her daily life. Then, you'll meet the two Kims (and a third). Kim W and Kim P, have been together for 16 years. They both live with MS—but in very different ways. While Kim P has navigated RRMS for 18 years with largely invisible symptoms, Kim W was diagnosed with PPMS just three years ago and faces much more visible physical challenges. Joining our conversation with Kim and Kim is Kim Fredsall, a physical therapist at Gaylord Specialty Healthcare, who provides expert context on bridging the gap between diagnosis and daily management. Eunji Kim is a comedian, actor and writer based in Chicago. She was a Senior Writer for Cards Against Humanity and can be seen performing stand-up all over the country (Laugh Factory, Zanies) and has opened up for national headliners like Fortune Feimster and Dave Attell. Her sold-out solo shows entitled, OUT OF CONTEXT and IN BAD TASTE, were part of Steppenwolf Theater's 2024 and 2022 LookOut Series. She was a 2017 Bob Curry Fellow at Second City and a featured performer in the Netflix Is A Joke Festival and the 2017 NBCUniversal Break Out Festival. Some of her on-screen credits include: Chicago Fire (NBC), Chicago Med (NBC), Work In Progress (Showtime) and Best In Dough (Hulu). Eunji unsurprisingly, has a podcast with fellow Korean-American, Peter Kim called, 2 Kims 1 Pod. She is currently an Adjunct Faculty member in DePaul University’s Comedy Arts Program. But I want any parent listening to know, no matter how your child identifies you'll find great wisdom in the biblical discernment that Kim shares. Kim doesn't have any 3 letter adjectives behind her name or lofty degrees that declare her worthy but she is a mom with the courage to stand in the gap between God's truth in the holy scriptures and God's heart for humankind. When I think about the phrase of investing blood sweat and tears, surely Kim's picture is next to that description…actually, any mom who has been willing to be the punching bag (my words not Kims) for truth in the very context of a broken world and their children trying to find their way in it. I want to share my personal take away from our conversation because I could really relate to every bit of the relationship aspect of our conversation and relationships beyond my children. I do not have children who struggle with same sex attraction but relationship (across the board) is hard, complicated and layered. I used to think that the hardest part of raising children was when they were young and I was trying to bend their will to the things that would bring them reward, benefit, health. In my heart I was trying to equip my sons to contribute to the world in meaningful, purposeful ways. But no one told me it would be more difficult when they were adults and you have to watch them struggle with the complexities of life as it gets weightier and responsibility after responsibility is added to their years. Here's a quote from Kim “And the hard part is when we hold on so tightly to our right and your wrong, and we don't take one another's stories with empathy, then that's where we hold our fist up and we don't end up coming back together. And so you always diffuse anger with empathy and understanding. And truly, anger is almost always love disappointed.” That my friend hit me in the heart. I had a powerful reminder of the finished work of the cross when Kim brought us back to the cross….and it always comes down to this for any human being (and not just in the context of this topic, it's all of humanity)….if the opportunity to have direct access to God again was going to be a possibility then it was necessary for Christ to go to the cross. For me, my sins. Imagine yourself as the only person alive and Christ goes to the cross for you. He endured the horrific process of crucifixion, the bloody, beaten beyond recognition, publicly stripped naked, disfigured in every way; and I've read some commentary that pointed out you would not have been able to tell if he was male of female.  When Christ hung on the cross He had no guarantee that any of us would choose Him. Now, God knows our heart, the condition/character/nature and because of that He knows which one of us will choose Him but that does not negate the fact that our gift of choice is still a real thing. He doesn't man-handle our gift of choice. There's enough evil in the world to see that He does not intervene with our ability to choose. In other words, He doesn't remove that ability because we refuse to use it in a responsible, wise, healthy way but it is worth remembering He is capable of healing anything this broken world does to us via other peoples choices or the places we find ourselves in because of our own choices. Kim has such courage to have this delicate conversation pointing out that the core of where the conversation should be grounded is in the person of Christ versus where the church and most people, myself included focus on, and that is sexuality. I get it though, the world has made it a sexual issue but as believers we're to look through the lens of God's heart at the world around us. And that's what Kim does at Pride and Promises. A wealth of information that is honest, straightforward biblical truth and presented with the same compassion that Christ provided for each and every one of us on the cross. As Kim and I agreed, at the foot of the cross is level ground for sinners. When you hear Kim's heart behind her encouraging message, I hope that you have breakthrough in your personal life and personal relationships on every level. All of what she shares can be applied to any relationship we can experience because again, our conversations and heart motive should be grounded in the person of Christ.
