From our author Dhivakar - Thiravadesam audio is available through Apple Aurality Spotify and Storytel Apps. Here the audio chapter one of Thiravadesam (this is small part of chapter) The first episode of 'Dravadesham' series. A small piece of piece! Natarajan is Natu: The captain who was called 'Nattan' came slowly. She jumped straight from the vehicle to the floor eagerly towards him. The one who saw the one who came welcomed me to see anger in his voice. "Is this how they shout out 'Nattan' for everyone to ask? How many times have I told you to call 'Natraj'.. Look that station manager looks at me like" She never cared about that station manager. But she gets angry too. Oops.. Shouldn't you be named and called Athan? Okay let it be.. First of all, take the cigarette tin out of your packet of shirt and throw it away.. Put the band in the pocket.. Father will scream when he sees. Already on a day and a half journey. ” ”Oh.. Thanks Kalyani! 'Giggled a smiling laugh and took a cigarette tin out of his top pocket and entered the band pocket with the same hurry. She stared and turned her face and waited for her dad. He just convinced the person who seemed to spread anger on his face. "Okay, why did Kalyani get angry.. Everything can be kept at home. There is no dust in the eyes during the train journey! ” 'Wow.. Thanks a lot Mr. Natraj for your care and your care.. Sorry, Captain Natraj! ” She just turned her face and replied without showing her full face and not reducing the irritation in her voice, both of them went near him knowing her father was getting down from the train. Station manager introduces himself as a gentle smile. No emotion on his face though. How much important vehicle is this Howrah mail. Won't you buy by fighting by looking at some good wooden boxes.. The hole cart.. Heavy rain from Naduvule Ongole station to Nellore.. Just flowing. If my box is like this, the other beds would be very bad. ” "Sorry sir! We are also trying. Good good passengers have sent the boxes to Europe as African.. Talked too much.. This is war season.. Order coming from Delhi before packing the existing vehicles.. ” "That is also right.. What will you do.. Which place.. Is it a magician? ” "Sir.. How did you find out sir. Yes, Mayavaram side is good.. ' "Snake's foot and snake.. Tanjavur man will put the truth about tuck tuck and break it.. Gotta be careful with him.. Hey plant.. The vehicle has been told to come to the Waltex road itself" Whether Natarajan's anger is valid to Kalyani or not, he knows that it will not happen to his uncle. He held his hand and made him sit in the cement seat. "Yes.. Let all this stuff get down.. Is Ganesha uncle inside?. When he gets down, he can take everything and get down. ” Kalyani deliberately interrupted. She called her name by pressure. "The plantation has changed a lot.. Let's go to Vizac.. All the collector and board chairman there honored us with beautiful bouquets of flowers.. Do you remember.. But your son-in-law doesn't have a bouquet of flowers.. Something else.. ” Natarajan looked at her again a little angry. But he realized in a moment that anger doesn't help and turned that look into begging. She showed beauty as different. Another voice heard from the train box to follow this fun. “Hey plant.. Are you looking good? ' Ganesan spotted near railway door.. Distance relationship between him and his uncle. Old man jumped down from the train door like a young bull folding his whore without diminishing excitement. Kalyani laughed with satisfaction after hearing the word Nattu. Even though her fake smile was bitter, the person who put a smile on his face nicely. Plant like this in front of everyone in the foreign world.. The question that when they are going to stop calling Bolt is what a question raises in his mind. But Kalyani never left him. https://youtu.be/mvXRHXJA7yU?feature=shared

In conversation with Nattu Natraj, the first known person of Indian origin to do Badwater 135, a tough grueling ultra foot race. The Badwater marathon is 135 miles of hell in 140F temperatures. From Death Valley to Mt. Whitney. It gets so hot that shoes melt on asphalt. Therefore, the runners often seek solace on the white strips on the side of the road, where it is relatively less hot. To prep for Badwater, Nattu completed the Marathon Des Sables. Marathon des Sables, or MdS, (French for Marathon of the Sands, also known as Sahara Marathon)[1] is a six-day, 251 km (156 mi)[2] ultramarathon, which is approximately the distance of six regular marathons. This multi-day race is held every year in southern Morocco, in the Sahara Desert. It has been regarded as the toughest foot race on Earth. Additionally, Nattu has completed over 150 ultras including the Western States 100 and Hurt 100. Nattu and his wife Karen Bonnett Natraj ( Episode 92) are active members of the ultra community inspiring many to lead a healthy lifestyle. 0:00 Intro and background 6:22 Flashback to where it all started 11:23 Choosing the Badwater 135 as a goal 13:08 Doing the Marathon des Sables to qualify for Badwater 17:03 The beginners mistake at Marathon des sables 23:54 How to train for Marathon des sables 28:35 Prepping and Running the Badwater 135 33:12 How do grueling ultras change you 38:38 Motivations change with age 41:00 The western states 44:33 Finishing the most challenging Ultra, The Hurt 100 47:03 Food choices in ultra 52:30 The top 3 tips 54:24 What's next in the horizon 57:36 The Fun Q&A round
Krishna says that the Prabhu (Lord) creates neither doer-ship nor actions nor union with fruits of action for the world. The delusive cosmic nature is the originator of all these (5.14). The Lord is not a kartha (doer) but a Sristha (creator or creativity). There are two types of creations. One is like a potter who creates pottery and the creation (pot) gets separated from the creator for independent existence. Another is like a dancer who is creating dance but dance (creation) won't be there in the absence of the dancer. The Lord is like a dancer where the entire universe is dependent on him but he is not dependent on it. That's why dancing Shiva is depicted as Natraj and musician Krishna as Murari. The Lord can also be seen as a catalyst in a chemical reaction where the presence of a catalyst makes the chemical reaction happen. The catalyst itself doesn't undergo any change. Krishna further says that the all pervading takes no account of anyone's virtue or sin (punya or paap). Human beings are deluded because their knowledge is covered by moha (delusion or ignorance) (5.15). But in whom ignorance is destroyed by knowledge of self, in them wisdom reveals the Supreme like the illuminating Sun (5.16). The Lord is like a screen in a movie theatre where the screen has nothing to do with what is being projected on it while the audience goes through a flurry of emotions. These projections are nothing but shadows but we all get deeply involved which creates emotions and judgments having a long lasting impact. In this entire process, the screen is neutral and has nothing to do with our emotions. Krishna earlier (2.52) used moha-kalilam (darkness of delusion) in this context. Once we are out of this moha then awareness gets uncovered to shine like the Sun.
Karen Bonnett Natraj is a long-distance athlete, and a Life Coach, focusing on Mental Fitness and Performance. While her journey started with cycling in the 1990s when she joined some family members for the MS 150 ride, she went on to "Randonneuring" 1200k rides and later pivoted into the world of ultra running and Ironman. There has been no looking back since she started, as she scaled her performances and qualified for the Boston marathon and the coveted Western States 100. Her 2017 near-miss finish at the Western States has well written about, and we get to get behind the scenes on that epic race. The question of Tether's influence on crypto markets has long vexed practitioners and academics. In a widely-publicized 2018 paper, academics Griffin and Shams allege that Tether was being issued collusively, effectively increasing the price of Bitcoin beyond its natural level. To learn how Tether behaves like a currency board, and to assess the veracity of the Griffin & Shams hypothesis in light of new data, we brought Ganesh Viswanath-Natraj on to the show. Ganesh is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Warwick Business School, covering international finance and macroeconomics, with a focus on foreign exchange derivatives, market microstructure and cryptocurrencies. Change is challenging for anyone, but relocating from one side of the country to another is a lot of change, and to move from the traditional culture of India to America is especially significant. As we wrap up our series of shows on journeys, we have a discussion with someone who made this physical and emotional journey, and find out what lessons came along with this significant life shift. Her plans abruptly changed when she moved to the Midwestern US in 1985, shortly after her wedding. Once in the US, Shardha received a graduate degree in Library Studies from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She has been a librarian since 1988, and has worked in research and public libraries, notably the Holocaust Memorial Center Library in West Bloomfield, Michigan and the Wauwatosa Public Library. She currently works at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning, where she is the Director of the Resource Center, provides guidance to students with research and job searches, and is the Executive Assistant to the Dean. Sharadha loves to cook, bake, read, connect with her two adult sons, and spend time with friends.
