During the course of a day, during the course of a week, you spend very little time taking care of yourself. From the time you get up in the morning to the time you travel to work and listen to your boss talk about technology, operations, and KPIs, but never talk about you.You get home, and you take your responsibilities, but when it's time for you, you must take time for yourself. Be with yourself, even if it means you're sitting in the bathroom all alone. Just a few minutes by yourself, for yourself. You'll find inner peace, inner happiness, and external happiness, and the world will embrace you and you'll become a magnet. Spend time with you, no one else, and life will be so much better. Spending time in nature shifts your food preferences so you naturally choose healthier, whole foods without relying on willpower Even short, daily exposure to natural environments improves diet quality, making simple habits like walking outside highly effective Nature doesn't reduce how much you eat but changes what you want to eat, steering you away from processed foods toward real nourishment Exposure to nature increases how much you value your health in the moment, which directly influences better food decisions Using nature as a daily routine or pre-meal reset helps break stress-driven eating patterns and makes healthy eating easier to sustain

This week's episode from Galatians 5:22–26 focuses on the Fruit of the Spirit and the truth that real spiritual transformation comes not through human effort, but through the work of the Holy Spirit in those who belong to Christ. Using the imagery of trees and fruit, we saw that good fruit is the result of being made a “new creation” in Christ and then remaining close in relationship with Him by faith. Rather than trying harder in our own strength, believers are called to keep in step with the Spirit through our relationship with Him, which can be developed through Hearing God's Word with faith, Spending Time with God, Fellowshipping with the Saints, Sharing the gospel with the lost. We also explored how the Spirit produces the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control in our lives for the glory of God and the blessing of others.

In this episode of the Construction Corner Podcast, host Dillon dives into what truly sets an engineering firm apart — and it comes down to one thing: time spent with people.Dillon explores the idea that great engineering isn't just about calculations and drawings; it's about curation, communication, and collaboration. Like choosing a favorite winemaker or craft brewer, clients gravitate toward engineers whose judgment and taste they trust. The real value lies in helping contractors understand the "why" behind design decisions, so they can have better conversations with owners, price jobs more confidently, and ultimately win more work.He also gets into the importance of treating contractors as true partners — teaching them, collaborating on solutions, and avoiding the nickel-and-dime mentality that erodes trust. From running real load data instead of relying on nameplates, to handling reasonable changes without fuss, Dillon makes the case that the best engineering relationships are built on transparency, education, and genuine investment in your clients' success.A great listen for engineers and contractors alike who want to build stronger partnerships and grow together.
Are you feeling stressed, scattered, or mentally drained? Science suggests a surprisingly simple way to feel better: spending time in nature. In this episode of Nature Breaking, we explore the growing body of psychological research showing how time spent outdoors improves focus, mood, and overall mental health. Host Seth Larson is joined by Dr. Dennis Stolle, Executive Lead Psychologist for Applied Psychology at the American Psychological Association (APA), to break down what's actually happening in our brains when we step into outside—and why even small doses of nature can make a real difference. It's an important reminder that when we take care of nature, nature takes care of us. Everyone is talking about AI right now, and I'm not here to tell you to ignore it. I'm here to tell you the thing nobody else is saying: AI will never replace your main system, and if you don't have a foundation yet, AI is just going to help you do the wrong things faster. I'm sharing my honest take on when AI actually helps, how I use it in my own business, and exactly what needs to be in place before it becomes truly transformative.
You're spending time creating content. thinking about what to say. trying different angles. putting real effort into it. and it's not really DOING anything. meaning.. it's not actually bringing in clients.maybe you just haven't found the right content plan? or the right social media platform? either way… you struggle to be consistent when it feels like your effort isn't adding up. In this episode I talk about why your content isn't converting even when you are doing everything right.you'll learn:how to pinpoint what's not clicking yet in your business (is it your offer, your messaging, your marketing?)what to fix first when your content feels like it's going nowhereif you want to join the client inflow fix (while it's still free) click here.

In this episode, I'm talking about something I don't hear enough women thinking about intentionally: their future self. This idea came to me during a quiet moment — and the more I sat with it, the more I realized how much clarity it brings to everything we're trying to change. Our habits. Our relationship with food. Our health. Our confidence. And the way we show up in our lives. So often, women come to me knowing exactly what they don't want anymore. They don't want to feel out of control around food. They don't want to keep starting over. They don't want to be uncomfortable in their bodies or disappointed in themselves. But knowing what you don't want isn't enough. In this episode, I walk you through why getting clear on who you're becoming is one of the most important (and overlooked) parts of sustainable change — especially when it comes to weight loss, follow-through, and feeling truly in control.P.S. If you love it, it would mean so much if you subscribed, rated, and reviewed!Enjoy~ CourtneyI am currently taking private coaching clients. Jesus wants to spend time with you please make time for Him. Mat 26:38 Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. Mat 26:39 And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. Mat 26:40 And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Mat 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. Mat 26:42 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. Mat 26:43 And he came and found them asleep again: for their eyes were heavy. Mat 26:44 And he left them, and went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. Mat 26:45 Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners. Mat 26:46 Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me.
