The final day of competition at the Syndicate Crown had a little bit of everything. There was drama, incredible performances, heartbreak and triumph. Sean, Tommy and Lauren break down day 3 in Knoxville and start setting the table for what we are going to see at the CrossFit Games in Texas.
There's a lot to go over after the second day of competition at the Syndicate Crown. Sean and Tommy take a closer look at the controversial no-calls and calls during the final heat of men's event 3 and set the table for Sunday for the individuals. We had some exciting moments in the team competition as the final qualifying spot in Knoxville comes down to the last event and one team's honesty nearly costs them a trip to Texas.
