Ministers Rest | Mar 31, 2025 You are called to something greater than religious routine. The Kingdom of God isn't built on corporate structures or CEO-style leadership, but on the ancient foundation of authentic community where every believer functions as a priest. Your primary identity isn't as a churchgoer but as part of the ecclesia—a legislative body with spiritual authority. Return to the original pattern. The current expression of Christianity has largely departed from its New Testament roots, where believers gathered not to watch professionals perform but to participate as equals, each contributing according to their spiritual gifts. This isn't about buildings or budgets but about becoming living temples where God's presence dwells. Embrace the cost of authentic ministry. True Kingdom work requires dying to self—to ambition, recognition, and the desire for financial security. The path forward isn't through self-promotion but through humility and service. Many who appear successful in ministry are building with materials that won't survive divine inspection. Restore village life. When Deborah arose as judge, she noted that "village life had ceased." Similarly, today's individualistic Christianity must give way to genuine community where needs are shared and met. No one should go hungry while others have plenty. This requires vulnerability and the willingness to be known beyond superficial connections. Become legislative authorities. You aren't merely called to worship but to exercise spiritual authority in your sphere of influence. Like Daniel who operated within Babylon while remaining uncompromised, you can transform systems from within by allowing God's life to flow through you. Let the Holy Spirit lead. Don't build according to patterns you've observed but according to the Spirit's guidance. Pure ministry flows from revelation, not imitation. Your calling is unique and requires a willingness to look different from what's currently accepted. Prioritize Christ above all. The scriptures point to Jesus, not to methods for meeting needs. When you encounter Him, you'll naturally become a conduit of His life to others. Building accurately means keeping Him at the center rather than focusing on growth, numbers, or influence. The world awaits your awakening. Creation groans for the manifestation of sons who understand their authority and identity. As you align with God's original intent for His ecclesia, you'll release transformation that extends far beyond religious gatherings into every system and structure around you. What are spiritual gifts, and why do they matter? The Bible teaches that the spiritual realm is as real as the physical, yet many struggle to embrace this truth. Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 12:7 - 11 that spiritual gifts are manifestations of the Holy Spirit, given to every believer for the common good. These gifts — whether wisdom, healing, prophecy, or miracles — are not reserved for a select few but are tools for advancing God's Kingdom.Jesus demonstrated the power of the Spirit, calling His followers to do the same. The Great Commission is not just about words but about action. As Paul urges in 1 Corinthians 14:1, we are to “pursue love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts.” When rooted in love, these gifts build up the Church, equip believers for ministry, and point people to Jesus. True Kingdom living is not about knowing what Jesus did but doing what Jesus did.
219: Pt. 2 Finding Hidden Supply | Malvina LaudicinaIn this important and eye-opening part 2, Malvina and I dive into the kingdom mindset around finances, provision, and breaking free from a poverty mentality. Malvina challenges the traditional, passive approach to giving and receiving in the body of Christ, urging believers to step into their role as kingdom financiers. We discuss the hidden supply within the church, the importance of funding God's work with a heart of generosity, and the shift from a scarcity-driven “wilderness mentality” to a promised land of abundance and impact. Whether you're a CEO with resources or someone with just a small seed to sow, this conversation will inspire you to see your finances as a tool for advancing God's kingdom with purpose and power. In case you missed part 1, go back and catch it for more background details!BIO RECAP:Malvina Laudicina is a prophetic artist, life coach, speaker, counselor, business owner. She is the owner of Captivated Camps, an organization that focuses on equipping and teaching how to host the presence of God to a younger generation. Over the years, Malvina has helped many who struggle with their gift of discernment and revelation by instructing them with insights and aiding them in developing their gifts to make them successful in their daily lives. She has touched many creative individuals and members of the art community with her counseling. HIGHLIGHTS:God's Will, God's Bill – If God gives you a vision, He also provides the resources. But it's not always obvious or easy, and it might take trial and error to figure out where that provision is hiding.Kings Don't Do Nonprofit – God told Malvina she wasn't called to operate under a nonprofit model because kings operate for profit. This shifted her mindset from relying on donations to creating a business model aligned with her Kingdom calling.Get Heaven's Blueprint First – Before you launch a business, get a website, or register anything, you need to align with what's written in your destiny scroll. Making covenants with heaven first ensures you're moving in divine timing, not just human effort.Failures Are Just Data Points – Every misstep isn't a failure but a learning experience. God often reveals direction through experience rather than direct instruction, so just step out, try, and adjust along the way.Entrepreneurship and Hidden Supply – Jesus surrounded Himself with business-minded people, and Kingdom financing often works like venture capitalism. Instead of just giving away money, it's about investing in vision and expecting Kingdom impact in return. The Hebrew month of Adar (March) is a prophetic time to seek hidden financial supply.Find the Right Investors – If you've got a Kingdom-driven business idea, don't just look for funding anywhere. Seek out like-minded investors who share your passion. Sometimes, the money comes from unexpected places—even from those outside traditional church circles. The Next Generation is Hungry for God's Power – Many young people are searching for something real, especially those whose parents didn't pass down the experience of God's power. There are people with financial resources who want to invest in redeeming that lost legacy.God Provides Supernatural Strategy – Hosting God's presence isn't just spiritual fluff—it unlocks wisdom, creativity, and exponential learning. Just like the artisans who built the tabernacle and Ark of the Covenant with no prior training, Kingdom entrepreneurs can receive divine downloads for their businesses. The “Wheel” Model for Kingdom Business – A sustainable funding system means those who get help should give back. If someone invests in your vision, make sure you're reinvesting into the next person in line. This keeps the financial flow moving within God's economy.Breaking Free from the Poverty Mindset – Many in ministry come from a nonprofit mindset that struggles with money, while CEOs operate with a different level of financial stewardship. Bridging this gap requires a shift in thinking—Kingdom business isn't about scraping by, it's about abundance and multiplication.Poverty Isn't Just About Money – The body of Christ has been stuck in a poverty mindset for too long—not just financially, but also in identity. Too many people are waiting for permission or approval rather than stepping into their God-given authority.Conquering the Giant of Lack – Fear of not having enough funds is a "giant" that must be defeated. The truth is, money is available within the body of Christ, but it requires a shift in mindset from scarcity to abundance.Giving is a Kingdom Principle – The focus of funding should be on God's mission, not personal gain. True Kingdom giving isn't about “what do I get?” but rather “how does God want me to steward what He's given me?”Breaking the Cycle of Neediness – More people ask for scholarships than people offering to fund them. The shift needs to happen where more people say, "How can I give?" rather than "What can I get?"Obedience in Giving Matters – You don't need to be a CEO with deep pockets to make an impact. Even small seeds—$20, $50, $100—matter when sown where God is moving. Generosity isn't about the amount; it's about the heart posture.LINKS for MALVINA LAUDICINA:– Connect with Malvina and Sow into the Next Generation: Laudicina.Malvina@gmail.com– Check out her Let's Talk Worship podcast on Insight NowLINKS for BRALYNN:– Transform your world by the WORDS you think and speak. True Kingdom relationships are not the fruit themselves but the place where we bear fruit. When we isolate Jesus from our relationships, we rely on our own strength, leading to struggle and imbalance. But when we fully integrate Him, our relationships amplify God's voice, reflect His love, and foster true growth. Join Pastor Phillip Brown as he unpacks how to cultivate relationships that glorify God and align with His purpose.

And he did not want anyone to know, 31 for he was teaching his disciples, saying to them, “The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men, and they will kill him. And when he is killed, after three days he will rise.” 32 But they did not understand the saying, and were afraid to ask him. Who Is the Greatest? 33 And they came to Capernaum. And when he was in the house he asked them, “What were you discussing on the way?” 34 But they kept silent, for on the way they had argued with one another about who was the greatest. 35 And he sat down and called the twelve. And he said to them, “If anyone would be first, he must be last of all and servant of all.” 36 And he took a child and put him in the midst of them, and taking him in his arms, he said to them, 37 “Whoever receives one such child in my name receives me, and whoever receives me, receives not me but him who sent me.” Anyone Not Against Us Is for Us 38 John said to him, “Teacher, we saw someone casting out demons in your name, and we tried to stop him, because he was not following us.” 39 But Jesus said, “Do not stop him, for no one who does a mighty work in my name will be able soon afterward to speak evil of me. 40 For the one who is not against us is for us. 41 For truly, I say to you, whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ will by no means lose his reward. It is better for you to enter life lame than with two feet to be thrown into hell. 47 And if your eye causes you to sin, tear it out. True Kingdom citizens choose to live under Kingdom authority.
The Crisis in Modern Kingdom LeadershipOne of the most disconcerting phenomena we observe among Kingdom leaders today is a troubling shift away from servant leadership toward self-preservation. Too often, leaders become more preoccupied with safeguarding their own position, authority, or personal comfort than with sincerely addressing the needs of those they guide. As I travel and minister in different nations, I've witnessed this disjunction manifest in several concerning ways that demand our attention and prayerful response.Understanding the Leadership DisconnectThe Empathy GapModern Kingdom leaders frequently struggle to connect on a personal level, overlooking the everyday difficulties faced by their constituents. This lack of understanding fosters alienation and reduces the leader's effectiveness. When leaders operate from an ivory tower mentality, they risk becoming irrelevant to those they're called to serve.Prioritizing Personal Agendas Over Kingdom PurposesThe temptation to focus on institutional goals rather than community needs has become increasingly prevalent. Leaders often find themselves pursuing metrics and milestones while overlooking the very people they're meant to serve. This misalignment can result in:- Programs that don't address real needs- Resources allocated to non-essential projects- Disconnection from community concerns- Loss of ministry effectivenessThe Echo Chamber EffectLeaders who surround themselves only with affirmative voices miss out on valuable insights and perspectives. This pattern directly contradicts the biblical model of leadership seen in Acts 15, where the early church leaders gathered to hear different viewpoints before making important decisions.More Content here https://open.substack.com/pub/glennbleakney/p/reviving-kingdom-leadership?r=1835d8&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=webDownload our Apps: https://Kingdomcommunity.tv/apps

I've got a joke today about 3 kingdoms and mathematics. A perfectly triangular lake has 3 kingdoms on its 3 sides The first kingdom is rich and powerful, filled with wealthy, prosperous people, the second is humbler, but has its fair share of wealth and power. The third kingdom is struggling and poor,…

How Important Are Alignments? | Todd Coconato Radio Show In today's broadcast of the Todd Coconato Radio Show, we talk about alignments and why is it so important that Christians understand why we need to be wise in who we align ourselves with. Website: www.PastorTodd.org To give: www.ToddCoconato.com/give New book: www.PastorToddBook.com RRC Nashville: www.RRCNashville.org Alignments are important…stay true to who you are. A word of caution in today's Christian ministry environment. Stay true to your calling. Don't get caught up in the flesh. We witnessed for years now, in the world of social media, that what once was the pressure for a pastor to have a big church, has now translated into the pressure for a pastor or ministry to have a large online following. It's not a bad thing when used to spread the gospel, but it can become an idol or ensnare anyone if they are not careful. I want to talk about this a bit. When I was young, I would remember pastor friends being discouraged when they would compare themselves to those who had much bigger churches. Many denominations would even greatly favor pastors with large ministries, platform them, and sometimes ignore or even belittle those who had smaller congregations. This would grieve my heart as I know many of those with smaller congregations were preaching a very powerful anointed message and stayed true to the Word. God used them and just because they didn't have a “big church”, it didn't mean they didn't make a huge impact on their community and in saving souls and raising up true healthy believers. Now, I see similar things happening when it comes to large online followings. While some with large followings are absolutely raised up by God due to their obedience, sincere heart, and the anointing of their message, not all people with large followings are equal. I am thankful and honored to know some personally who are the absolute real deal. Just as some mega-churches are real and others compromised their message in order to allure their followers into the “wide gate” theology, so too are some online people using methods other than God to gain power, influence, and wealth. This is why discernment is key. Here is the warning. Be careful who you align yourself with. It's tempting to want to partner with those who have large numbers as it would appear that's God's hand. Some people actually think this will help their ministry. This could be the case if it's a God alignment, but it could also be a trap! Remember the devil is often slow in how he creeps in. He can use this to get a sincere minister/ministry off course by aligning them with someone who is compromised. You are much better off to have a small or midsize ministry with integrity than to compromise by entering into an alignment with someone who has other motives. Then you have to deal with the consequences that will eventually catch up to those who do compromise. The devil's plan is to distract, disrupt, accuse, and derail. Be wise. As we have learned many times before, just because something is big now, doesn't always mean it will last. It all depends on what ground it's built on. Is it built on the solid rock? Is there leaven? What's critical is the integrity and consistency of staying doctrinally sound, God-focused, humble, in the right heart and spirit, and not falling victim to adding things that produce temporary results. In other words…hype. It muddies down the gospel and creates open doors for the enemy. It also is not sustainable. When praying about who to align with, make sure their motives are pure. True Kingdom alignments are healthy, lasting, and safe. Fleshly alignments fall apart, create division, and can end up bad. Don't be fooled into thinking followings equal anointing. They can, but not always. Let God order your steps and guide your path. Steward what He has given you wisely. Stay in His presence and be about His business. The rest will fall into place. Just like God has used smaller churches as the backbone of sanity and sound doctrine for years, you don't have to have a large online following to be anointed and used by God. Don't compare yourself or fall into the pressure. Don't align as a career move. Align with those whom God has put in your path to bring Him glory. Don't compromise your message. Guard the anointing. Stay true. Be real. God will honor you for doing this and you will have a lasting Kingdom impact and ministry and not just become a temporary blip. Align with soul winners who truly love, fear, and serve the Lord. That's the key.

Existe mucha confusi-n en nuestros tiempos sobre qu- es realmente el reino de Dios. Pero cuando te escuchas desde la boca de Cristo, la realidad del asunto, puede ser hasta un shock.
What good is the Gospel if it stays locked in an ivory tower? What good is a Christian who consumes and produces only what the world dictates? True Kingdom work lies between these two, on the slippery slopes of modern culture. What part of your life feels like the biggest rapid right now?Are you more likely to spend too much time on the slopes or in the silo?Pick one person in your life and discuss how you might "contextualize" the gospel for them.Which of these three cautions/ideas are most important to you right now?
