Welcome to Season 4, tale-listeners! Have you realized that it's been a year since the global pandemic started? We understand that it hasn't been easy for all of us, which was why we thought it would be the right time for us to reflect on what has happened so far. We do feel hopeful that our upcoming guests would give us lots of insight into surviving this challenging time. I usually always ask my intuition to guide me to help me to decide what to write for you beauties each week. Today it was clear as day what to write without even having to ask the question. I've seen so many souls struggling with being in lockdown. They feel anxious, trapped, cooped up, lonely. It's difficult to just "be" with ourselves. We are so used to distracting ourselves with "life" that when we have to spend time with ourselves at home without being here there and everywhere, it's sooooo uncomfortable. Here are 10 things you could do during lockdown that will support your mental, physical and spiritual health. First off, please forgive the audio issues this episode, we were dealing with two separate audio problems teaming up! So THE CORE is not a PRETTY episode, but is it a BAD one?? We found it's NOT! You might just shut your eyes and listen to it. Chip Chase is BACK, and he's got a PLAN! But so does MEGATRON! And Starscream has a SNIPER RIFLE and 6 Autobots in his sights!! Tune in and find out why we groaned at this episode as children but have a new appreciation for it as.... older children. We know things have felt heavy lately. We've felt it and knew that we needed to address the issues going on in the world. Today's episode is so important. It tackles the prevalent topic of racial injustice through interviews with a friend of color and a friend in law enforcement. There are moments during the episode that are heavy, but we also have moments of camaraderie that bring laughter. We knew a dialogue needed to be opened and we hope this episode can encourage others to start their own conversation with those they feel led to.

The Show Rant I feel awash with melancholy; irritated when hearing others' forced optimism, silver lining, time of opportunity blather. I'm outraged that the collective we didn't have the foresight to keep maintained stockpiles of ventilators and that right-to-lifers consider the elderly and disabled as expendable. I'm dreaming of hugging my sons, daughters-in-law, and grandsons and waking up feeling empty and afraid. I know the Covid19 novel coronavirus is going nowhere. We can best hope to sustain until brains, money, ingenuity, and time converge to rapid testing, tracing, vaccines, and a different social, financial, and political order and supply chains. My melancholy, anger, and emptiness feel right and understated. The world through our senses has changed, forever. Kiss it goodbye. This week, it touched me directly. An old friend,
