In this Episode of Be Unstoppable Radio, Coach Danielle explains two tools we frequently use within Life Elevated: counting macros and PEAK plate building. We break down what each method is and the pros and cons of each to help you identify which approach may support your goals and lifestyle. We don't believe that nutrition coaching should be a one size fits all approach and if you're investing in 1:1 support you should receive a 1:1 plan to help you Reach your PEAK. In this episode of Be Unstoppable Radio, Cass explains the Nutritional Coaching Institute Triangle of Awareness for your goals. This is how we as coaches ultimately determine what the main focus needs to be for you based on the goals you have. It breaks down into three different buckets when it comes to your goals: performance, aesthetics, and longevity/health. The idea here is that in order to really focus on one point of the triangle, inevitably some pieces of the other points will need to be compromised. Give this one a listen and ask yourself if you're actions are consistent with your goals or if you're possibly chasing something that isn't in the cards right now with your current lifestyle. In this episode of Be Unstoppable Radio, Cass and Coach Tay chat about how empowering it is when you understand and establish a deeper purpose and meaning behind the goals you set. So often we see our clients start coaching with us with their focus only being on becoming smaller versions of themselves and never appreciating all of the amazing things their body can do just as it is. This mindset hack will still help you reach your goals, but it will give you more confidence and empowerment along the way which is so much more valuable than just shrinking your body. Welcome to the final episode of the National Infertility Awareness Week series on Be Unstoppable Radio. #NIAW In this episode, I put all the pieces together that you've heard through the previous guest episodes and tell a little more about our story and the journey we are on. This series of episodes represents the start of National infertility awareness week, which is actually April 18th - April 24th. Now, if you're wondering why this is something I'm bringing awareness to on my personal platforms it's because this is a very big and real part of our life right now and has been for the past 3 years. I realized that as we were experiencing this obstacle that it's not something that many people openly discuss. It's a journey that can make you feel hopeless, isolated, and oftentimes confused. Actually, the guests that I interview throughout the week are people that are in my circle that I never knew struggled with infertility until it just so happened to come up in conversation. So, I decided to do this series to make an effort to change the tough conversation around infertility. I realize that this topic doesn't resonate with everyone, but if you know someone that is experiencing infertility or has felt alone and misunderstood throughout their own journey, please share it with them! This also may be a good opportunity for you to learn and feel more comfortable talking to someone about the path they're on. The guests this week all bring a different perspective on infertility. I have Brad Jensen to bring insight from the male side, Chyrelle Miller for the perspective from the female, and Jim and Kate Hallinan to discuss infertility as a couple. I hope you enjoy these episodes and I pray that these stories of hope bring some light to anyone that needs a little in their life right now. Thanks again for joining me!
