Postural analysis, palpation and manual therapy are used to understand and release tension and restrictions that are uncovered. Treatment plans are focused on relieving the pain permanently and on treating the whole person rather than just symptoms. She provides every client with an individualized and effective clinical massage treatment plan by relieving the actual causes of the problem rather than just temporarily soothing the symptoms. Arte. De La Cruz Born July 7, 1996, I was lucky enough to see the birth of the Millennial World by surviving the "Y2K" I am now a 22-year-old woman with a huge passion for art! It has been over a year now that I have been devoting myself more seriously to my artistic career. This wonderful passion that I discovered at a young age nourish me daily. Since I was young, drawing and I have always been allies. On the other hand, it was when I entered at Marie-Victorin CEGEP in 2013 that I got illuminated! My initiation to painting was a real revelation. I finally got to know myself! My sweet dreams can now be visualized. My origins greatly inspire my artistic flow. My Dominican mother and my Haitian father. I do not hide from you that these two peoples do not always share a very friendly relationship for many known & unknown reasons. Yet, they live on the same island. I decided to take inspiration from this situation. Not wanting to use one of my two origins, I directed my art to my ancestors in a past where these two peoples and all other peoples were one! Looking forward to making the African continent come to you! Instagram Facebook
Ep23 Listen in a little closer to my full moon specials where I read my notes from my journal. I get to share my truth with all the consequences there is to follow. I am not afraid to speak my voice. I am not afraid to love again. I am not afraid to break more patterns. You're listening to Boudoir Therapy, hosted by me. WHY BOUDOIR THERAPY? Because you deserve to welcome love into your life. You deserve to find your healing mentor. You deserve to uncover your hidden treasures. You deserve to live your inner art, without judgement. Boudoir Therapy is success and success is freedom. The boudoir was invented by a woman for a woman. It was her sacred private space where she owned the power to refuse visitors. She would invite her manservant or other royal female friends for a night of budé. This trend was implemented in the late 18th century in France for the royals and wealthy. Sitting on my Queens chair, I feel to have resurrected this 'feminine private' concept into a forward-thinking society who are living too far into the future, that I need to bring in the energies of the past to find a balance. And why not? So why not start in the comfort of your own intimate spaces. Bring the elements you need to explore your desires and design it exactly the way you want it to feel. There is no one way to create a healing recipe. I'm offering you the palette. You choose your hue. Did you get your dose of Boudoir Therapy today?

Ep20 This one published late. We had our Full Moon 5 days ago. But the timing was strange. Everything felt like an Alice-in-Wonderland dream. I don't know about you, but the eclipse does affect highly sensitive beings. I apologize for the delay and am thankful that you are reading this. I'm a pattern breaker. What does that mean? I'm a troublemaker? I don't like listening to the rules? I won't repeat traditions? I believe there is another way to live life, completely different than what I was brought up to believe. My intentions are never to create drama or trouble for me or anyone. I'm not the type to be the centre of attention on purpose. Although, my cute tight body and how I dress attracts glimpse here and there. I also don't like listening to anyone but myself. And this is not coming from a high ego. I went to university. I studied eight languages. I had to listen. But this is different. I have witnessed a complete transformation of my mind, my beliefs and my values. I am assured by my own thoughts of my own actions. It's not that I don't want to listen to you, I just feel that if you can't catch up with me, you're sucking my precious energy. So speed it up. And lastly, every tradition has one main attraction: food. So I think it's safe to say that traditions, whether you call them that or something else in the future, will never die because we will always need food. And I love food. And wine. And rum. But the biggest shift I am making is difficult and demanding. It demands concentration and a hyper-focused vision. I for once and for all will terminate the unwelcomed, toxic, dysfunctional and abusive gene that has been handed down generation to generation. And now I've noticed it and want to change it. I refuse to accept that I was placed on this planet without the gift of helping the world somehow. So, I am happy to announce that I am a pattern breaker. And I am on a mission to help women rise. xox -dw

Ep15 I had planned since the beginning to have my mom on the show at some point. First, I had to see if she'd do it. Second, we had to get really vulnerable at the microphone. This was a tough interview. Ooof! My mom asked me a deep question at the end of the episode. I answered truthfully at that moment. But today, after editing our recording I felt the tug I had to tug out of my red heart. So here it goes. Mom, since the day you introduced me to mama, she has never once said anything positive about you to me. I never understood why she'd do that to her own daughter. I fell rock bottom a few years ago. A few months later mama calls me to tell me that she had been praying for me to get back with my ex-husband. That one hurt. I felt confused, anger and betrayal of trust. I realized that what she was doing to my mind had become a game of tug of war between the two people who love me most. And I felt it in every blood cell I carried and have been carrying for a long time. No matter what I've never allowed mama's nonsense to penetrate through my skin. I loved mama, you know I did, but I loved you more. Throughout your journey and I have felt so much pain. Your pain and mama's pain. And although they were never really mine, I have been storing the emotions that come with pain because I did not know how to let them go. I tugged and pulled out that old, heavy, dark and lonely feeling string out of my red heart today.... and let it go. Looked at it, thanked it and then, let it go. WHY DOES MOM GET TO CELEBRATE FATHER'S DAY? Every year, since ever, my sister and I would include our mom on the Father's Day festivities by wishing her, just like dad a Happy Father's Day. She's been there taking on both roles since I could remember. And, she deserves it! Love, La Cosita Chiquita De La Casa De Mami xox
From MASHA & WILL founders of WickedMmm Our mission is to supply the world with dainty underwear for people of all genders. We created this brand because it's what we enjoy, and we couldn't find what we wanted anywhere else, especially in terms of quality. While there are numerous underwear brands that cater to women, few options exist for men who want to wear something less traditional and that is our roots, we started catering to people with packages but expanded to so much more than that over time. We're doing this for the trans-girls the cis-boys, for the cross-dressers, the queers and for those who are simply bored with the "norm". We're here for the man who likes a dirty little secret and for the woman who wants to have some extra fun. Let's turn the world upside down! All of our clothes are designed and handmade in our studio in Montreal, Canada. Wicked Mmm - a discussion with the designers about their brand of high quality, handmade clothing & lingerie, primarily for people with packages, that will fit comfortably, provide support and look flattering. Ep11 Every full moon you get to know me a little better. I get to share my truth with all the consequences there is to follow a published episode. It is a decision I am willing to live with because there is nothing wrong with helping others through my pain. By the end of the year 2016, I had realized that I had to start all over rediscovering who I am. I found my dragonfly. That was an aha-moment the day I painted 14 paintings in one weekend. I noticed I had the dragonfly every step of the way. She was there even if I didn't notice her. And she never judged or got angry at me. I then came to the conclusion that all the colours (my lifeblood) had been sucked out of me until there was nothing left but black or white. Whatever I had associated with myself before, was no longer a part of me. But, it had to come back. I had to invite back. And so, I am on my journey to becoming the best person I can be for me. Thank you for joining me today. I hope this story was just the right dose of Boudoir Therapy. The kind that you deserve. -dw

Ep09 Welcome to the second reading from my journal dating from October to December 2016. Life is unfair. Life is never fair. But how I deal with the pain is something I want to share with you. My life revolves around me, my family and my career. When I separated from my ex-husband, I separated a family. I was guilty of that. But am so proud now that I left the toxic energy that we had developed in our home. The energy that was eating me up and leaving me empty inside. I did not want to become one of them (ex-family), and I most definitely did not want my children to think that that is the only way to live. I had to leave and start all over again and teach my children what and who their mother was. And let them decide what they feel about my actions. Family is everything and mother's keep family's together. As much as they can, they will give up everything in order to save their family. They will even try to destroy a member who decides to leave the pact. That was the price I paid for freedom. I dare you to leave a toxic relationship, to accept how unfair life can be, speak your truth, and finally reconnect with yourself by designing the space you need to heal. What is your story? Tell me on Instagram and I could post it or private message with you. #BecauseYouDeserveIt
Ep08 In her mid-forties, Lorraine left a career in academia as a literature professor for one in fitness. Her career in the health and fitness industry is fuelled by the belief that healthy people are happier and, ultimately, everyone's quality of life increases when they interact with happier people on a daily basis. So her training philosophy revolves around health and youthful energy, no aesthetics. Looking good is a side-effect of training hard and smart; it is not the goal. She is also an avid boxing enthusiast -- the combination of courage, resilience, strategic acumen, physical conditioning, commitment, emotional control, and faith required to step in the ring is, in her eyes, a metaphor for life. She still believes that a much can be learned about life in books; however, she can also show you how much can be learned about life in the boxing ring. https://www.facebook.com/lorraine.ouimet.3 https://www.linkedin.com/in/lorraineouimet/ https://www.instagram.com/that_fit_fifty_something_chick

Ep06 This is my first reading from my personal journal collection. The first one from the 8 I have written so far. And now, I have fabricated a journal of my own with an ultra-personalized look to go along with the Podcast. Journaling has been one of the most rewarding outlet methods I have come about. This isn't new, just revisited in another phase of my journey. Make sure to listen to Episode 00 before climbing onto the journey with me. It's a rocky one with sharp jagged corners coming out of nowhere and a constant struggle to find a true physical organic life. The one with round edges and smooth to the touch pleasantness. This journey starts at the beginning of my separation with my sociopathic ex-husband and the ways I learnt to manage my emotions, mental health, stress, parenting skills and obligations as an adult and mother. I had dug a hole so deep, how was I suppose to crawl out of this hole now? How do I learn to deal with the new me? How do I learn to feel if I am completely numb and isolated? October 2016 was a month I felt like I had made one of the biggest discoveries of my life. Of my life. My history. My family. And me. It's a glimpse into my reality, but there is more. 8 journals more. And I will uncover my hidden treasures every full moon I get the courage to speak my voice. I'm in repair mode, so bear with me as I recount my truth, my colour story.

From the simple acknowledgement of my work from my client, the invitation to a party and the sexy lingerie line I try on for the first time. I am real, and I share my basic needs as a woman on the search to find ways to empower other women through personal experiences.
Ep01 Hera Bell is the first crowned boudoir photographer in Montreal. Since 1989 her inner art expression has created and remained the one and only for her exclusive talent to extract sensuality from every woman she has photographed. When you are dealing with those many years of talent you can simply say, she is the best. Hera Bell first stepped foot into a darkroom back in 1997 during the film era and has never looked back. She left her highly successful 12-year career in the fashion industry to explore her passion for visual imagery. Inner art seems to revolve around visual imagery. She has won a number of awards both at home and abroad, and her work has been featured in published books, magazines, ad campaigns and international and local photography exhibitions. Not to mention that her photos also grace the walls of some very discerning collectors. So why has the world embraced Hera’s glamour portrait photography? Is it because she is a powerhouse – vivacious, charming, and passionate or because she has developed her own signature portrait style. Well, it is both. She wields her camera with such ease and freedom, opening the shutter at the exact moment when an emotion, secret or personality rushes to the surface. She pioneered in 1998 what she defined as “glamour make-over portraits”. Some of us may also refer to it as boudoir photography. www.herabell.com www.glamourmakeoverphotography.com Instagram https://www.instagram.com/mtl_hera_bell
