Send us a textThis is Part 2 of my interview on Living Music with violinist Tyler Carson. As many of you know, music is the universal language that delivers joy, healing, inspiration, and often direction to our lives. In this episode, Tyler shares some of the wisdom he's gained by connecting and living through his heart. He says it's important to "uncover the beauty within oneself.” Tyler has found his voice and practices connecting with joy every day. He believes it's not the performance but sharing ourselves that lifts the spirit of each one of us. He's learned to allow everything that happens in life to become fuel to uncover true authenticity. And he reaffirms that we find it by living in our hearts!Share your love, and the world will respond in kind.Music by Tyler Carson - Fiddlerontherock.com CDs Celtic Dreams, Africa Calling, The Rock https://youtu.beRDDX2WSUUM? He's an artist of amazing talent with heart - and you can feel it in his music. His energy is captivating and inspiring. The original music he performs ranges from soothing and meditative, to explosive bursts of creative intimacy. He's called Fiddler on the Rock. Because he literally plays on the Red Rocks of Sedona. Tyler shows us the artist's way... by allowing his talent to reveal his inner spirit. Enjoy the insights and sounds of this beautiful musical artist. Tyler sings through his violins. Send us a textWhat is wealth? Most people think of it as an abundance of money and or power. However that's only one kind of wealth. I suggest it's a flawed concept of what is truly valuable. Because if you or I were on a deserted island, it wouldn't be a survival tool. Nor is it something that feeds our hearts, connects us to one another emotionally, or inspires courage, compassion, or the higher mind. This episode explores something much greater that expands time and space. Something I'm calling spiritual wealth. It's an intangible connection to the divine within us. The sacred heart or gift we each bring in at birth and take with us when we leave. Spiritual wealth is forgiveness, humility, love, compassion, and wisdom that transcends the physical world. It's knowing how powerful we really are in the face of life's most difficult challenges. Gifted with an ability to overcome them and change an outcome. This kind of wealth is embodied in an evolutionary process that expands with personal growth. It listens for the truth from within, not outside. It speaks to us through all kinds of mediums. Sometimes in an intuitive whisper, and others in a loud roar from our gut, or a simple unexpected change. This episode is an exploration of true wealth. The key element of a rich and rewarding life, lives in our spiritual not physical prosperity.Music by Tyler Carson from his CD Time & Tide Songs - Work In Wonder & King's Court Fiddlerontherock.comSkinplicity of SedonaManaging the Aging Process2155 W. Send us a textIn recent decades, women's roles and self-expression have strengthened significantly. Eleanor Roosevelt said, “A woman is like a tea bag. You can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.”Women deliver a unique emotional perspective on life, expanding consciousness and creating connection. They blossom with strength and confidence when they receive support and recognition. A strength needed to share roles with men and step into leadership.Their emotional wisdom connects us to life and our humanity. I've often heard a new mother say, “I didn't know I could love this much!” No mother sends her son to war. Instead, they teach them how to love.In this episode my guest artist Andrea Smith, shares her personal journey while deciphering the major blocks to peace, love, and celebrating our differences. My take away from these last two interviews with female artists is, that women represent what we may soon be ready to acknowledge. Send us a textOccasionally you meet someone whose wisdom resonates so deeply, it has you almost giggling with joy. This is when you know, that a portal has opened and you're sitting in the company of your tribe. Origami artist and painter Lou Adams did this for me as I had the pleasure of interviewing her for an article on Women in Art. I found myself sitting with a sister talking about cranes, peace, and the divine feminine. It was magical like life can be. Who knew paper cranes could do that? This conversation is so special I had to share it with you, my listeners. Let it be of comfort, to know we are not alone on our journey to wholeness. We are a part of something larger than ourselves. As Lou says, "Sometimes it gets crazy for a while. But it's ok. It means the known world is moving out of the way."Lou Adams - Origami Artist & Painterwww.peacecraneart.comHonshin Fine Art GalleryTlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village336 State Route 179 Sedona AZ928-282-0709Original Music by Robin MillerCD New HorizonsSong: Bells of Romancerobinmillermusic.comSponsor:Native Jewelry of SedonaLargest selection of authentic Native American jewelry in Arizonanativejewelrygallery.comFacebook: Native Jewelry of SedonaLocated in the second block of uptown SedonaThe Copper Heart Art for Heart SenseArtist Catherine StefanavageWebsite: iamcatherine.comEmail: iamcatherine16@gmail.comA huge Thank You to all our Sponsors! Send us a textThis episode is a dive into the light that illuminates our hearts and carries us to new horizons. What is it about this season that warms and awakens us to gratitude, and harmonizing with one another? And why can't we sustain it?Do we fall short of aligning with one another because we aren't able to satisfy ourselves? Is it because we admire and put faith in others who appear rich? But in reality have insatiable appetites for power and wealth? Could this be the culprit of imbalance in our collective consciousness? If we take time to explore our true selves. We may find there is more to us than we realized. And by focusing on the light, we are individually more powerful than we ever imagined. And your responses are creating your internal environment or reality?Would you be surprised to discover that your soul growth lives in the environment within you? Send us a textAt this time in the human experience, it doesn't matter where you live or what you resonate with. We're all experiencing some kind of pain and disillusionment from our world. None of us escape harmful energy unless we can raise our vibration to trust that in the end, love will prevail. By requiring more of ourselves, we can break out of old patterns aligned with lower emotions and reclaim our personal power. This brings us back into alignment with our true selves. This episode is a call to uplift our frequencies. To create a bridge to a higher vibrational field where we can manage our thoughts and emotions. We achieve this by dismantling fear, releasing negativity, and accepting complete responsibility for our lives. Send us a text*(Apologies for the static noise in the first 90 seconds of the Interview. I couldn't isolate it for removal. However after that, it goes away! Stay with us, this episode has magic moments.)We know that age can bring wisdom. Although it's not a given. You may not know that the aging process can be as beautiful as gaining wisdom. This episode explores new ways to enhance the body's beauty, while simultaneously rejuvenating its energy to heal. The skin is our largest organ. So we begin there with my guest, Lisa Cox.What we are exposed to goes directly into our bodies. Just like emotional energy goes into our hearts. So choosing safe, effective, and relatively non-invasive modalities is important in today's world. When we look good, we feel more alive and connected to life. Send us a textThe act of letting go of someone or something might be the hardest thing we ever do. But have you ever considered that experiencing more joy could come from freeing your heart? That it might unlock your mind to discover new insights and inspiration. Or potentially assist in your emotional healing from trauma or illness. Humans are interesting because somewhere we decide what we want must be what's best for us, often without consulting our inner wisdom. This can create imbalance, and unreal expectations, blocking our prosperity.Too often we hold on to something because it's too painful to let go. Or we don't know how to let go. This unconsciously limits our freedom to live our lives fully. It's time to master the art of letting go and transitioning into gratitude. In this episode, we delve into the power of releasing and uncovering barriers to strengthen the heart. To move into gratitude after loss, and to reconnect with Joy. Human Design is an energetic blueprint of the strengths and weaknesses we came into this world with. This episode is a continuation of my interview with Vicki McHale, a Human Design specialist on The Dream Rave. We spend a third of our lives sleeping. Away from the everyday stimulus and influences of the world around us. The Dream Rave is a separate Human Design blueprint that few know about. It gives us clues as to what's affecting our behavior that we may not find in the waking chart. This episode explores how the dream blueprint is conditioning us. How we can use it to resolve relationship and health issues in our lives. As well as clues to where some of our gifts come from, and the energies that are influencing us after we awaken. It appears this dream state may be the initial place where much of our personal work begins. The significance of this information may be life changing for some. What does engaging with our better angels mean? It's a reference to calling up the best version of ourself, or the saintly side of the human spirit. Ezra Taft Benson said, “Some of the greatest battles, will be fought within the silent chambers of your own soul.”This episode calls us to do something with the virtuous instincts embedded in the core of our nature. To remember our bonds of affection with one another and humanity. In introducing a powerful Native American parable, “The Two Wolves Within,” we journey into the shadow sides of human behavior. There's a silent battle calling us. To engage in the balance and care of both the Light and the Dark side of our nature, as we explore the purpose of both. We spend at least a third of our lives sleeping. Away from the everyday stimulus and influences of the world around us. Human Design tells us that we each have a separate sleep or dream blueprint that is conditioning us even in this state. Consciousness is a limited or expanded awareness. Source has all kinds of ways of getting our attention when it needs to. However, it's always a choice to open the lens of transformation, or to stand still.Limiting the flow of information shuts down the empathic channels to the heart. Instead of moving us into our resources to create alternative paths. The tendency is to seek safety in the past or a defined future we can control. In this episode, we explore the new science, acknowledging our spiritual pathways for awakening. Is Grief a Witness to Love?As we view our world today, it's obvious that millions of people are experiencing grief of one kind or another. From the loss of loved ones to wars taking a toll on whole populations and our children. The number of those who face life-threatening diseases and natural disasters has never been higher. It's overwhelming our mental and emotional bodies. So how do we deal with our grief? Does it serve a purpose besides creating discomfort, and so much fear that one may ask, "Will we survive this?"In this episode, I share a personal experience with grief, and what its message is to me today. I share it to assist in healing your heart and moving into grace.Because until we can make our life's transitions more transformative, we can't heal. And until we heal our wounds, we cannot be present for others. It's this presence that love uses in every situation and life, to open our hearts and bring us forward in consciousness.Music by Robin MillerCD In The Company of AngelsSongs: Sands of TimeDawns PassingLullaby to Lois www.robinmillermusic.comSponsorsNative Jewelry of SedonaLargest selection of authentic Native American jewelry in Arizonanativejewelrygallery.comFacebook: Native Jewelry of SedonaLocated in Uptown SedonaThe Copper Heart Art for Heart SenseArtist Catherine StefanavageWebsite: iamcatherine.comEmail: iamcatherine16@gmail.comA huge Thank You to all our Sponsors! Do you have any idea how powerful you are? The spiritual masters like Jesus, Buda, the Dalai Lama, Rumi… have all echoed the same teachings. That love is the only thing that creates a transformation of light in our world. However, humans continue to repeat endless cycles of violence in an attempt to have power over everything. And, we may be closer to losing it all. If we refuse to remember who we really are, and where true power comes from.In this episode we explore the attraction between energy and thoughts. These two elements interacting show us where we are in our evolution. And how each of us participate whether consciously or not, in creating what we're witnessing in our personal and outer world. This episode is also a call to action that could empower you to make monumental changes; that could affect you and everyone on the planet. Synchronicity plays a huge part in our lives. It leads us to new people and experiences that often changes the course we're on. It also presents situations to increase our awareness and to great loves and forgiveness. For instance, three times in my life I was led to an animal in distress that probably would have died if I had not intervened. The first time was a swan in the middle of the road on the first street bridge in downtown Austin, Texas. I stopped my car during rush hour traffic, caught the swan and carried it down to the river. When I returned, my car was still where I left it. Austin has three bridges crossing the little Colorado River in that area. I'm absolutely convinced the timing of this event was synchronized by the universe, calling me to use that bridge to assist the swan. Moving us through experiences like a child in wonder. When we recognize it, synchronicity shows up more often as a friend. It orchestrates events that harness our attention and guide us toward dreams and breakthroughs. Setting the stage for love compassion, prosperity, and success. This episode is a candid conversation between three friends about the synchronized meetings that led them to life changing events they'd never imagined.Music by:Dan Vega CD Capture MagicSong: Dreamsdanvegamusic.comThe Copper Heart Art for Heart SenseArtist Catherine StefanavageWebsite: iamcatherine.comEmail: iamcatherine16@gmail.comJazz Vocalists Featured on this episode:bethanimusic.comdonnamenthol.comA huge Thank You to all our Sponsors! Our world is full of False Evidence Appearing Real - or Fear. We all experience it intensely at different times in our lives. As sensitive, vulnerable human beings, we struggle with the imbalances this energy creates in our bodies.Sometimes fear may appear to have an eternal shelf life. But retreating to the heart helps us remember who we are. In this space, a place where truth never changes, we can diffuse fear's debilitating triggers to move any stuck energy. And movement is the enemy of fear. Our heart's courage doesn't always speak loudly. But it insists we're here with a defined purpose, a supreme directive, and that we're ok!This episode explores the paralyzing effects of fear, what causes it, and how uncovering a way to dismiss it, can lead to finding courage. What Are Your Soul's Drivers explores what our souls are coaching us to transform to experience breakthroughs and heal. These drivers introduce us to personal weaknesses and difficult experiences to accelerate our growth. We all have similar drivers in different configurations depending on what we chose to work on this lifetime. They are shaped to match the ultimate goal of our soul's journey. We are compelled to live in a body. The physical release of memories holding trauma create an opportunity for great healing of the body, mind, and emotions. Listening to our inner voice and those we are engaged with is an act of recognition and value. Our resistance to anything is always equal to the level of our potential to move through it! However life appears, nothing is meant to harm us. When we recognize the power within us is equal to or greater than our experiences, we are able to heal and transform our lives. The inspiration is present now. In Holistic Medicine we describe illness as dis-ease in the body. I personally feel it's about how we're digesting and assimilating life. In this interview with my lifelong friend Donna Menthol, we address her three bouts with cancer. What they have unveiled about her life, and how she's approached healing from the dis-ease and its underlying root causes.Donna courageously shares how unhealthy messaging from the past repetitively finds a way to sabotage one's life. With cancer becoming the ultimate wake up call to prioritize her relationship with self. The interview is beautifully vulnerable and compelling with a powerful sweetness that's invites us to look at our own dis-ease in a new way. This episode is a dive into romantic love and our own sense of worthiness around it. Do you ever ask yourself, “Why do I love this person more than I'm loving myself?” What's that about? It's like the love is glued to some need representing an inside out, or upside down version this emotion. That part of us seeking a partner to validate our sense of self. Acknowledging our worthiness allows us to experience real love. It begins with a beautiful, loving relationship with self. However, most of us have been looking for it outside of ourselves.Like Geppetto, the woodcarver who wanted a real boy. We are all in discovery, seeking to know ourselves better. Longing for what we feel depleted or void of. As we embrace our worthiness, our lives become abundantly rich. Because we realize, love, has always been present. We have all had experiences where we turned away from people whose words or actions were hurtful. Some felt so wounding we may have even abandoned all future contact with them. But is there a better way to recover and restore human dignity within the context of love? Can we facilitate our own growth by learning to embrace whatever human condition is asking for our forgiveness, by giving what we ourselves desire? In this episode, we explore how we turn away from love because of our own beliefs and limitations. And whether we can afford to ignore the magnificent potential, these opportunities bring for our soul's expansion. Is this messaging what we want our children to learn? Or are we ready to embrace the remarkable human we can become? If we recognize and invest in transforming the human condition, we create a new paradigm for love and for one another? Where do you want to live?Music by Robin MillerCD New HorizonsSongs: Through the Eyes of An AngelCeltic Dreamwww.robinmillermusic.comSponsorsSkinplicity of SedonaManaging the Aging Process928-514-6120www.skinplicityofsedona.comThe Copper Heart Art for Heart Sense Artist Catherine StefanavageWebsite: iamcatherine.comEmail: iamcatherine16@gmail.comA huge Thank You to all our Sponsors! Happy New Year dear listeners! May 2024 bring all of us closer to one another. So together we can lift the frequency of our planet and embrace love as we never have before. Thank you for being on this journey with me. 2024 is an 8 in numerology, which encourages us to take our power back. It's also a year of success, prosperity, and divine intervention that should assist us globally. Last year we dug deep into our spirituality, uncovering patterns and pursuing new pathways for personal growth. This year we have an opportunity to use that wisdom to end repetitious cycles, achieve balance, and manifest what we truly desire. Our relationships bring opportunities to grow in more ways than we can imagine. How we hold space for one another on this sacred journey allows the soul to move forward with less resistance. In this episode, we look at our different relationships with one another. And building a temple in the heart that observes but does not judge, quietly holding space for love and healing. Whether we believe it or not, everyone's doing exactly what they need to do, to grow. This is the season of light. A time when humanity reflects on our human history and our core values. With it always comes a great desire for peace and human compassion. It's a moment to remember our humble beginnings, give gratitude for what we have, and open our hearts to those less fortunate. This last year has been filled with extremely horrific events. Testing our hearts to find answers for the conflict, violence, and choices humans are making. Will we yield to love and its powers? Or continue the 'blame game' -- judging others and separating ourselves from our true personal triumphs over fear? This episode explores the personal choices we make on a journey to live with courage and compassion for ourselves and others. A choice to be more connected and comfortable in our own bodies. A choice to be aligned with the Divine and our inner voice. May you choose a direction that empowers you and our world with love. Stretch your heart and remember that joy, and peace come in the presence of unconditional love for ourselves and one another. With love and gratitude for each of you. Rarely do we have the opportunity to see into the intimate journey of another soul. This is Part 3 of an interview with Catherine Stefanavage - artist, psychic intuitive, and healing channel. In this episode Catherine channels the message that Human Beings are Delicious and embody Pure Human Potential. She also addresses the unhealed places in humanity that are serving as mirrors to awaken transformation. These concepts may be new but are worth introspection. Her messages empower us to look within, where guidance and grace reshapes our most difficult experiences. Her work as an artist visualizes an individual's journey in life through copper Heart Sculptures. Holding Heart Space for Big Love is a tribute to those in Maui, Hawaii that we lost... and those who survived who are illustrating the depth and courage of love. It's an awakening calling us to open ourselves to the sacred heart of our being. The part of us that loves deeply without thoughts of self or conditions. In this episode, we explore love's vibrational frequency, our intuitive connection to the higher mind, and the veil blinding humanity. As we experience a great transition, we are called to return balance. To remember our connection with everything and heal our relationships with life and the planet -- birthing a new consciousness. The recent fires that devastated the lives and property of thousands in Maui, Hawaii were likely a wake-up call. Ecstatic dances have been going on for centuries in religious traditions worldwide. In shamanism, ecstatic dance was used to alter consciousness in spiritual practices. Today people gather just to share the experience of a freeform movement journey that awakens the life force energy within. My guest, Eldon Monroe says, It's a meditative dance for yourself. It has therapeutic benefits on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Ecstatic dancing facilitates stress release and helps remove emotional baggage as it energizes the body... leading many to a blissful state. It has been said that when we change… the whole world changes with us. Perhaps it's because our perceptions have changed. As we allow new energies and possibilities in life into our personal world. We begin to see things differently. Often finding that judgment robs the dreamer of possibilities…and serves as a perpetrator of growth. Have you ever felt rejected when your heart was in the right place and you sincerely tried to help someone by offering your advice or trying to fix something? Did you look at how you offered that assistance? Perhaps there lies the culprit. In this episode, we take a dive into our human behavior and conscious intentions. Authenticity is something we all value. However, whether it's a person or a gemstone — it's increasingly becoming a rare find. Many people today are more enamored with things that flatter their lives than with what is real. More comfortable with following the norm than being themselves. The masking of a soul's true identity often leads to a disconnect with self… dismissing pain and suffering — especially one's own. Authenticity opens the spirit to a different kind of freedom than wealth or success. And it's one of the most powerful tools to open and heal our hearts. And negotiate change in the world. This episode is about surrendering to one's authentic self — the difficulties and the rewards that eventually come to those who choose to be themselves.Music provided by: Robin Miller from his CD New Horizons and In The Company of AngelsThrough the Eyes of an AngelDawn's PassingBells of RomanceCeltic DreamHeart Sense Sponsors: Sedona's New Day SpaVoted as Sedona's Best Day Spa for 15 years sedonanewdayspa.com928.282.7502The Copper Heart Art for Heart Sense Was created by Catherine StefanavageWebsite: iamcatherine.comEmail: iamcatherine16@gmail.comA huge Thank You to all our Sponsors! Light makes visible not only what we don't want to see, but also the essence of who we really are -- as it unveils what we're looking for. When we open ourselves to acknowledge our own light and mirror that to others — we recover our sight, our empathy, and compassion, and find our true north. Acknowledging the light within is a spiritual awakening that forever holds us in love's grace. May this new year lead you on a personal journey that has you reveling in a breathtaking awareness of the light of your being. We're all feeling the darkness of this time in humanity's history — as we experience a necessary but painful transition. A Prayer for You is a Prayer for Me. The energy ripples across the planet like waves in an ocean. Prayers… like love, can transmute thoughts into miracles, stories into realities, an adversary into an ally, and fear into a great lighthouse. The most powerful things in life are invisible, intangible, and require strength to contradict the illusions of this world. Conscious prayers and thoughts elevate the energy of an open heart — creating vessels to transport results into reality. Whether your prayers are in words, song, art, imagination, or physical expression — they're bringing hope, slaying fear, and contradicting appearances.
