- Deltebre ha aprovat el seu primer Codi de Bon Govern, un document que fixa els principis de transparència, responsabilitat i bona gestió que han de guiar l'acció municipal i reforça les eines de control intern impulsades els últims anys. - El Delta de l'Ebre torna a ser escenari de cinema amb l'inici del rodatge de Lo vent, la nova pel·lícula de Marcel Barrena protagonitzada per Eduard Fernández i ambientada a l'illa de Buda, un dels espais més emblemàtics i vulnerables del territori. - L'Ampolla celebrarà este diumenge la 25a Festa de la Sega amb demostracions de les feines tradicionals de l'arròs, música popular i degustacions gastronòmiques, coincidint amb les jornades dedicades a l'arròs del Delta als restaurants del municipi.

Luego de meses envuelto en polémicas, el director de la Casa Argentina, que forma parte de la Cité Internationale Universitaire de París, renunció a su cargo este domingo. El abogado franco-argentino Santiago Muzio, nombrado por el gobierno de Javier Milei, quedó en la mira internacional por haber retirado una placa en homenaje a los desaparecidos durante la última dictadura argentina, y acoger, dentro de la residencia, reuniones de institutos y grupos militantes de extrema derecha.  Cuando se abren las puertas de la Casa Argentina, una estatua de la Virgen de Luján espera sobre la mesa de recepción. La instaló Santiago Muzio al comienzo de su gestión en 2024, pese a tratarse de una institución pública dentro del espacio laico de la Cité, comentan ex residentes a RFI. Algunos de ellos sumaron un pequeño Buda en lo que solía ser la sala de usos comunes, pero este fue retirado sin explicaciones. ¿Y la Virgen? Muzio les respondió que la dejaba en la entrada porque sus colores celeste y blanco "representan al Estado argentino". La misma lógica, denuncian ex y actuales inquilinos, regía también para la política. "Muzio no autorizó que hiciéramos un acto por el Día Nacional de la Memoria, el 24 de marzo, alegando que no se permitían actividades políticas en la Casa. Sin embargo, fue él mismo quien organizó varias", afirma el ex residente y postdoctorando en Neurociencias, Salvador Calanni, en referencia a encuentros de grupos vinculados a la extrema derecha que la Casa acogió en esas mismas semanas. Encuentros, relata, que se realizaban en lo que antes era el "Salón de los Residentes", rebautizado ahora como "Salón de Honor", al que ya no se puede acceder sin reserva previa. Dafne Pugliese, violinista de 24 años becada en el Conservatorio de París y ex residente hasta el año pasado, coincide en que esos eventos se manejaban bajo el mayor hermetismo: "A veces nos desayunábamos con que anoche había habido un encuentro glamoroso de la extrema derecha, por redes sociales —no las de la Casa, las de ellos— y nunca nos habían informado: el director argumentaba que era un alquiler del espacio y que él no invitaba a los residentes". Otros llegaron a reconocer las instalaciones de la Casa en publicaciones de La Cocarde étudiante, agrupación juvenil francesa de la misma línea ideológica. Afinidades no ajenas a Muzio, quien hace una semana declaró a un medio francés que buscaba "liberar a la Casa Argentina de la ideología woke". Su currículum incluye también el timón de la sede de Madrid del ISSEP, escuela fundada por la eurodiputada Marion Maréchal, sobrina de Marine Le Pen. "Mientras no te quejes..." Militante del Partido Comunista Francés, Pugliese describe una fuerte incomodidad al momento de tener la entrevista privada reglamentaria con el ahora ex director. "La charla se derrumbó muy abruptamente cuando le dije que yo venía de La Matanza (barrio de clase trabajadora bonaerense), y no de una manera amable. Otros compañeros, de contextos diferentes, tuvieron una experiencia opuesta. Aparte, yo en ese momento me había rapado la cabeza porque mi mamá tiene cáncer y siento que era fácil juzgarme, tildarme de `feminista nazi` o encasillarme", cuenta y agrega que pronto "se normalizó la idea de que tenés que pasar desapercibido, no decir lo que pensás, susurrar por si él pasa a decirte que bajes la voz a las diez de la noche". Pugliese fue enviada a hacer un intercambio a la Casa de México, con el argumento de que al tercer año eso "era obligatorio", aunque asegura que no fue el caso para otros que estaban en su misma situación. Una fuente que pidió no ser identificada aseguró a RFI haber escuchado a Muzio hablar de "gente políticamente indeseable" al referirse a ex residentes. Pablo*, actual inquilino que pide caminar lejos de la Casa para "hablar tranquilo", cuenta que el único espacio común hoy es la cocina, y que el ambiente "a veces es de murmullo; algunos se cuidan o reculan si sueltan una broma en contra del gobierno de Milei", dice. "Igual, mientras no "rompas las bolas" (sic), no te quejes y tu perfil encaje más en ciencias duras, no tenés problema", cierra.   La placa desaparecida y las plazas de verano Una de las polémicas que saltaron a los titulares internacionales fue que, en febrero de este año, los residentes notaron que había desaparecido del hall de entrada la placa que recordaba a las víctimas de la última dictadura argentina. "El director nos dijo que la habían sacado por refacciones, pero no vimos ningún arreglo. Cuando le preguntamos si la iba a reponer, nos dijo que la tenía él y que no sabía qué iba a pasar con ella", relata Calanni, quien, pese a contar con una de las becas más prestigiosas de la Unión Europea, la Marie Skłodowska-Curie, se quedó sin cuarto por un proceso de selección que juzga "arbitrario". El científico es uno de los trece residentes a quienes no se les renovó el alojamiento durante este verano boreal, una plaza que suelen conservar quienes viven lejos de Francia. Según su relato, Muzio había pedido los rendimientos académicos de cada uno para armar un "orden de mérito", pero se negó a publicarlo cuando los excluidos lo reclamaron, alegando que también se habían aplicado "criterios subjetivos". "Justo los trece que quedamos afuera habíamos cuestionado su gestión de alguna manera: u organizamos el acto de la Memoria en la Casa de Alemania o preguntamos por la placa", resume. RFI intentó comunicarse con Santiago Muzio para conocer su versión, pero no obtuvo respuesta hasta el cierre de esta nota. Cómo funciona la residencia En la Cité desde 1928, la Casa Argentina es propiedad del Estado argentino y responde al Ministerio de Capital Humano —antes, al de Educación, devenido en Secretaría bajo gobierno de Milei—. Cada año, recibe a investigadores, profesionales y artistas que cruzan el océano, tras ser admitidos en instituciones francesas. Una vez instalados, pagan un alquiler de entre 630 y 1.100 euros mensuales. Nada módico: un precio parisino, pero sin la necesidad de salir a buscar garante en el laberíntico mercado inmobiliario local. Hoy la residencia aloja unas 60 personas, cuenta Calanni, muy por debajo de su capacidad de entre 80 y 90 plazas. Parte del edificio está en refacción: Muzio dio cuenta en algunos medios de problemas edilicios y residentes confirman, por ejemplo, bastante humedad. El origen de esos fondos, sin embargo, no está claro: Calanni comenta que han presentado un pedido de acceso a la información pública que aún espera su respuesta.   Un caso particular en la Cité Justo frente a la Casa Argentina, en el pabellón central de la Ciudad Universitaria, cuelga una placa que, en francés, rinde homenaje a "las 30.000 desaparecidos y víctimas del terrorismo de Estado en Argentina entre 1974 y 1983". No es la que Muzio quitó, sino una nueva que en marzo colocó el complejo internacional. "La idea no era hacer un gesto de provocación o de activismo. Se trata de mantener esta conmemoración, ese deber de memoria histórica que tenemos", dice a RFI Blandine Sorbonne, delegada general de la Cité, y aclara que el problema no es que se realicen actividades políticas o que se alquilen espacios, sino "la falta de pluralidad y lugar al debate", uno de los principios por los que aboga la Carta de Valores que un solo director se negó a firmar: Muzio. "Están las casas en general, y luego está la Casa Argentina, que no ha constituido una fundación, no es una entidad independiente, sino que depende del gobierno. Por lo tanto, no mantenemos un diálogo institucional muy estructurado con esta casa ni tenemos influencia en el nombramiento de sus autoridades", agrega. "Ahora es más severo, pero los tintes políticos no son nuevos" A Julián*, ex residente durante la transición entre los gobiernos de Mauricio Macri y Alberto Fernández, en 2020, el color partidario de turno entre los muros de la residencia no lo sorprendió. "La Casa Argentina siempre fue una pequeña representación del gobierno", afirma, y recuerda actos patrios musicalizados con la marcha peronista, en medio de la incomodidad de ciertos residentes, además de una charla del entonces ministro Daniel Filmus que, según él, "derivó en una defensa partidaria frente a la gestión anterior". Las denuncias por falta de transparencia o intrusión de motivaciones ideológicas en la selección tampoco datan de ayer: en un reportaje de Le Monde de 2018 ex residentes acusaban a la dirección de dejarlos afuera luego de haberse manifestado a favor de la legalización del aborto, mientras se debatía una ley en el Senado. Lo que cambia esta vez, admite Julián*, es el nivel de gravedad: de una cierta presión tácita e informal, el ambiente ha escalado a lo que varias fuentes también describen como un "ir directamente contra quienes piensan distinto".
