The part of us that loves deeply without thoughts of self or conditions. In this episode, we explore love's vibrational frequency, our intuitive connection to the higher mind, and the veil blinding humanity. As we experience a great transition, we are called to return balance. To remember our connection with everything and heal our relationships with life and the planet -- birthing a new consciousness. The recent fires that devastated the lives and property of thousands in Maui, Hawaii were likely a wake-up call. Authenticity is something we all value. However, whether it's a person or a gemstone — it's increasingly becoming a rare find. Many people today are more enamored with things that flatter their lives than with what is real. More comfortable with following the norm than being themselves. The masking of a soul's true identity often leads to a disconnect with self…  dismissing pain and suffering — especially one's own.  Authenticity opens the spirit to a different kind of freedom than wealth or success. And it's one of the most powerful tools to open and heal our hearts.  And negotiate change in the world. This episode is about surrendering to one's authentic self — the difficulties and the rewards that eventually come to those who choose to be themselves.Music provided by: Robin Miller from his CD New Horizons  and In The Company of AngelsThrough the Eyes of an AngelDawn's PassingBells of RomanceCeltic DreamHeart Sense Sponsors: Sedona's New Day SpaVoted as Sedona's Best Day Spa for 15 years sedonanewdayspa.com928.282.7502The Copper Heart Art for Heart Sense  Was created by Catherine StefanavageWebsite:  iamcatherine.comEmail: iamcatherine16@gmail.comA huge Thank You to all our Sponsors! We're all feeling the darkness of this time in humanity's history — as we experience a necessary but painful transition.  A Prayer for You is a Prayer for Me. The energy ripples across the planet like waves in an ocean.  Prayers… like love, can transmute thoughts into miracles, stories into realities, an adversary into an ally, and fear into a great lighthouse. The most powerful things in life are invisible, intangible, and require strength to contradict the illusions of this world.  Conscious prayers and thoughts elevate the energy of an open heart — creating vessels to transport results into reality. Whether your prayers are in words, song, art, imagination, or physical expression — they're bringing hope, slaying fear, and contradicting appearances. The Northwest Survivor Alliance was founded by survivors of sex trafficking. Members support each other and advocate for more services to help people deal with the trauma of their abuse. They say law enforcement and the criminal justice system has made some changes in the way they handle those who force children and adults into sex trafficking. But too often victims are still being charged with crimes related to being trafficked, they say, and far more is needed to help them recover and make sure they're not trafficked again. We hear more from Northwest Survivor Alliance co-founder Jay Benke and one of its members, Robin Miller.

EPISODE SUMMARY It sounds like a nightmare… When your race car transport truck stops for gas, you hop out for a moment only to return and find the truck gone! In the days before cell phones, you're left without your wallet, your shirt, and no visible means of catching up with the truck. What do you do? Before he traveled around the world in a style befitting a championship Indy Car team, Tim Coffeen worked his way up through a never-ending trail of dirt tracks, tough competition, and a lack of hotel accommodations on the Sprint Car circuit. Usually sleeping on floors or in his truck, Tim pursued his auto racing dreams as both a driver and a mechanic in Sprint Car competition. In this episode of “Tim Coffeen Talks Indy Car and Racing History,” Tim recalls the hardships and determination that this lifestyle required of a young man…but it was all necessary if he expected to move up in the auto racing universe. He'll discuss the personalities that he met along the way, including his mentors Bubby Jones and Jan Opperman, explain how he was accidentally abandoned at that long ago rest stop, and who helped him accrue the funds needed to purchase his first race car. Sprint drivers were accustomed to driving all night to reach the weekend races and Tim Coffeen will never forget the generous gesture made by his friend Robin Miller when Tim was offered the opportunity to get behind the wheel early in his career. Among the other topics discussed in this program are: The locations of the dirt tracks he frequented during those early years. His own success as a driver before his first big break as a crew member. The best and worst times he experienced as a Sprint Car driver. How Sprint Cars (and their drivers) were financed. How his Sprint Car team helped prepare Tim for his future career in Indy Car. Why some of Tim's favorite Sprint Car drivers remain so special to him personally. Finally, Tim shares (as only he can), some of his favorite stories from behind the scenes of his Sprint Car days. https://sportshistorynetwork.com/racing/tim-coffeen-episode-3-my-life-in-sprint-car (EPISODE ON SHN WEBSITE) EPISODE CREDITS Tim Coffeen - the man with the stories Joe Ziemba - host and interviewer Ross Blilie - intro/trailer production SHOW BIO Tim Coffeen, the host of “Tim Coffeen Talks Indy car and Racing History,” will share stories and memories from his long career with top Indy car teams.
