Kevin and Johnny kick this one off reminiscing about tween fashion and underwear, then jump into a quick recap of "Next" (9:15), briefly talking about some 'light' rewrites in the production history (13:45). A dive into the shallow end of the Jessica Biel filmography (19:45) precedes a story about bad decision making and even worse writing in the Kevin James sitcom "Kevin Can Wait" (24:15). Later on, Johnny and Kevin make the Grammys fun and non-controversial with a guessing game (43:15) and we wrap up with some infamous athlete social media fails (52:15).

Here’s the thing about the future… you’re joining Johnny and Kevin in watching the gimmicky as **** Nicholas Cage film “Next”. But it should be Julianne Moore’s “Next” as the boys praise Julianne Moore’s reliable acting in a rewritten over and over again script that definitely wasn’t what Philip K. Dick’s short story was about. Jokes and touching moments abound as we make fun of the character name of “Frank Cadillac”, shaving but not shaving, and Cage’s ridiculous off-camera billiards playing. But we also get a touching revelation from Johnny about how he feels about Kevin. It’s a beautiful moment of friendship that will probably be ruined in the next argument about basketball. Listen along as Johnny sadly realizes this Hollywood Studio PG-13 male driven action movie will… unfortunately… force the... Jessica Biel nearly nude and hot scenes on us. So grab your dustiest jacket and a 9am diner martini, and join the boys in struggling through the CGI and Nicholas Cage acting in “Next”. If anything, listen to the last two minutes to hear the most savage Jessica Biel joke off all time.

Listen in on Kevin calling in from an echo chamber as he joins Johnny in recapping their lingering thoughts on “Naomi & Ely’s No Kiss List” (2:45). They also pick the next (hint hint hint hint hint) movie from the bowl of bad Netflix movies (13:45). Kevin puts in some gripes about Marky Mark and his relation to the city of Philadelphia (19:30) while Johnny tells the fun story of the Clippers-Rockets Underground Brawl that almost went down (30:00). The boys figure out the storylines they care about in the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics (35:30) and end with recommending the Netflix show “The End of the F***ing World” to listeners (42:30). What movie will they pick… "Next"? What will the… "Next" podcast episode be about? Will you listen to the… "Next" episode? Probably not...

Huff some Orson Welles and join Johnny and Kev in watching the fifteen minutes too long movie “Naomi & Ely’s No Kiss List”. Listen as Kevin misfires claiming the movie is set in Brooklyn and as Johnny claims the character of Ely is played by up to 7 different actors. Dive into the mystery of the Bruce I character, did he ever leave that dorm room? Did the actor read the rest of the script and just decide to bail? So many “huh?” moments in this Nora Ephron/Tennessee Williams drama for the millennial generation. Ugh. The boys also have fun picking out the film’s NYC and NYU locations since they live in NYC and went to NYU. GO VIOLETS! So queue up “Naomi & Ely’s No Kiss List” on Netflix and listen along as you watch!
