Make sure that you visit Holley.com to place your speed parts orders - and THANK THEM for continuing on as the Title Sponsor of the KF Show!  ======================================== Car Movie Review: Vince Vaughn and Kevin James play college best friends and entrepreneurs that are the classic Visionary/Integrator of successful business. Neither would be successful without the other! They go into business - to electrify Dodge muscle cars - that provide the sounds to fool the customer into thinking they're listening to a V8 while they're just hearing an electric motor spin. Did we mention this movie came out in 2011? In between the car drama, Kevin James wife is cheating on him (and he's doing a few shameful things too). Vince Vaughn is stuck in the dilemma of trying to protect his best friend while dealing with the doubt of others from his past as a gambling addict. The end result is that we get an entirely movie of hilarity and HEMI powered classic Dodges - just for fun! This movie has "real" other actors too! Winona Rider, Jennifer Connately, Channing Tatum, and Queen Latifah round out the ensemble. Even more impressive, the director was a big name too; Ron Howard! I'm telling you, in 2011 someone at Dodge saw this movie and just copied the whole thing. 14 years later, it's a realty. The new 2025 Charger is electric and has a speaker system of V8 sounds. Even better, we get a bro movie between Vince Vaughn and Kevin James. The only thing that would make it better is if it were Paul Blart Mall Cop 3! Movie Rating: 10 Corndogs!  ======================================== Welcome to the High Performance Expo! The conversation shifted to the Giants' draft strategy and potential picks, followed by C-Lo's recap of the Knicks' buzzer-beater. Welcome back to another episode of the Video Store Podcast! Valentine's Day may have come and gone, but we're still feeling the love at the Video Store. I've selected four films this week that love love so much that even the romance denier in your life will melt like so many boxes of chocolate in the noonday sun. Miss Congeniality (2000)Put on your dress and strap on your gun, it's time for Miss Congeniality. Sandra Bullock stars as FBI Agent Gracie Hart, who must go undercover at the Miss United States Beauty Pageant to protect the participants from an anonymous bomb threat. While Gracie is put through her primping paces, she starts to learn that beauty isn't skin-deep with the pageant participants, but it might be with its runner. She and Agent Matthews must work together to find the bomber before it's too late. This one will keep you laughing every day of the year, especially on April 25. Love & Basketball (2000)Hit the court for our next film, Gina Prince-Blythewood's first major film, Love & Basketball from 2000. I don't say this lightly. Love & Basketball is a perfect movie. Period. A phenomenal story, direction, great character development, performances, and a bangin' soundtrack to boot, all make Love & Basketball a wonderful movie to enjoy with even the deepest romantic skeptic in your life. Swish, swish, bish. Crazy Rich Asians (2018)Take a trip to Singapore with Rachel and Nick this week with 2018's Crazy Rich Asians, based on the book of the same name. Rachel Chu finds out her sweet and unpretentious boyfriend, Nick Young, is actually the son and heir to one of the wealthiest and most influential families in Singapore when he takes her back home for his best friend's wedding. Learning to navigate high society is difficult enough, let alone in a new country with Nick's overbearing family. Watching Rachel and Nick learn to navigate difficult family dynamics and fight for each other will warm even the coldest heart. This is a rom-com that everyone will enjoy. Hitch (2005)Our last film for the week is Hitch from 2005, starring Will Smith, Eva Mendes, Kevin James, and Amber Valletta. This is a film about learning to let down your walls just long enough for the right person to get through, even if you might get hurt. Filled with great one-liners, loads of laughs, and a soundtrack that will keep you dancing, Hitch is a solid choice for movie night. Chris praises Lamar Jackson's underappreciated career, highlighting how teams missed out when he was available in free agency. Major League Baseball: International Signing Period 00:03:39 – 00:04:15 Discussion on the MLB's international signing period. Japanese pitcher Roki Sasaki is the most coveted free agent. Chris states that Sasaki will likely sign with either the Dodgers or Padres. Wrexham AFC and English Football Discussion 00:14:27 – 00:17:12 Discussion of Wrexham AFC's rise in English football. Wrexham had a chance to reach first place in their league but lost to a weaker team (Shrewsbury Town). Chris explains why Wrexham needs to make roster moves to keep their promotion hopes alive. Matt jokes about Rob McElhenney starting a fencing and roofing business to fund Wrexham's success. California Wildfires & Insurance Crisis 00:17:44 – 00:21:53 Chris and Matt discuss the devastating wildfires in Malibu. Rob McElhenney and Kaitlin Olson (of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia") lost their home. Chris reflects on how California's fire season has become a year-round problem. The discussion shifts to rising insurance costs forcing residents to leave the state. Weird Delivery Guy Incident 00:21:53 – 00:24:09 Chris shares a hilarious Ring doorbell video of a delivery driver struggling with three small steps. The driver dramatically climbs the steps on his hands and knees. Matt jokes that Chris should immortalize the moment with a statue. The hosts debate whether the guy had back issues or was just exaggerating. Dog Ownership and Neighbor Issues 00:24:30 – 00:29:07 Matt complains about cleaning up after his dog in the backyard before snowfall. Chris shares how his dogs only use one area of the yard, which is both a blessing and a problem. Matt vents about neighbors who don't pick up after their dogs. In retaliation, Matt once placed dog waste on his neighbor's porch as a message. Chris calls it super aggressive and suggests having a conversation first. Dental Office Mishap & Open-Concept Dentistry 00:41:03 – 00:44:16 Matt shares a story about showing up to his dentist only to find they moved locations without informing him. Chris and Matt criticize the trend of open-concept dentistry, where patients have no privacy. Matt overheard a woman casually discussing swallowing her own tooth. Chris would have asked follow-up questions if he were there. Closing Thoughts 00:47:45 – End Chris and Matt discuss game-day weather forecasts. Snowy conditions could heavily impact the Eagles-Rams game. They reflect on how betting odds shift based on weather and game conditions.

Mitch, Joe Doyle, and Jason Churchill discuss the Mariners' recent sweep of the Angels and their series win against the Astros. They highlight the importance of dominating divisional games, explore whether the Mariners' current streak is convincing enough for management to make trade deadline moves, and also debate the merits of Scott Servais' handling of starting pitchers. MMA is freaking fun! On the latest episode of This is CineMMA, the MMA Fighting movie review get their funny bones tickled as we watch the 2012 comedy “Here Comes the Boom,” starring Kevin James, Henry Winkler, and former UFC champion Bas Rutten. When disillusioned teacher and former wrestler Scott Voss (James) finds out that a friend needs almost 50 grand to save the school's music department, he teams up with the eccentric Niko (Rutten) to get himself back into fighting shape in the hopes of making some quick cash. Scott's inspiring underdog story eventually lands him a chance to fight for the UFC, where the stakes couldn't be higher. After a season of episodes filled with doom and gloom, Alexander K. Lee, Jed Meshew, E. Casey Leydon, and special guest Mike Heck have their spirits raised by the heartwarming tale, which also might be the most accurate MMA film ever made. How does the movie get everything so right? Would Scott Voss actually be a contender in the UFC? And is Bas Rutten the best MMA fighter/actor yet? Put on your viking helmet and get PUMPED as we answer these questions and more. Follow Alexander K. Lee: @AlexanderKLee Follow Jed Meshew: @JedKMeshew Follow E.
