Heads up, this is an episode Todd and Tim recorded the first days after US Senator Dianne Feinstein came forward that her office had received allegations of sexual misconduct by then supreme court justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Very little was known at the time, it would be weeks before Christine Blasey Ford had the chance to testify before the Senate Oversight Committee regarding her sexual assault. They attempt to use the news as a jumping off point to talk about the culture of vilifying women who bring allegations against powerful men, but they discuss the specific case with very little information at the time of recording.
