Vincent and I discuss the life changing mindset of "Today and 3 year from today" as well as how getting a "Land Grab" in a niche can change your life.
Check out Vincents DAILY podcast "Total Life Freedom" and follow him for more information about his upcoming book "The Wealth Of Connection" I've been in Vincent's "Total Life Freedom" community for years now and I've seen him grow his business with seemingly little traditional marketing and it has always fascinated me so I had to have him on the show to see how he builds up such a powerful word-of-mouth reputation. His community is limited to 100 people and whenever a spot opens up there seems to always be a line of people out the door to grab that seat
I had the opportunity to attend a Tony Robbins event in person this past November. This was the first conference I've Attended (not as a videographer) in almost 10 years so I was excited to see what it was like to have no responsibilities while there. The conference was an eye opening experience that I was suggest for anyone, even the skeptics out there (like I was) should go to this event with an open mind. It could change your life!
Let's make this year great! What is something you can do to open a plethora of new relationships this year?
You work hard all year and you've tried a bunch of stuff that has worked but i'm sure you've also tried stuff that has failed. Take a bit to reflect on those things so you can figure out what you want to do in the coming year!
I love Christmas so I figured I would talk about how you can use the big and small holidays to create specific content for your business!

One of the most powerful and hard to achieve marketing goals is the ability to instill hope in your marketing. If you can give people an answer to a problem and then tell them that there is hope because you have the solution and get them excited for that solution, then you will unlock a new level of customer satisfaction and excitement from your followers!
I recently watched an interview with Mr Beast where part of what he talked about was how he was GOING to be a youtuber. He said he was either going to be successful or die trying. I've helped people create courses and I've created my own courses so I wanted to talk to you about creating your own course to help grow your business.
I've had the chance to talk to multiple people in the past few weeks about starting a podcast. Most are excited at the thought of it but some pull back at the thought of it even thought they have great stories and a unique viewpoint to add to their niche. I wanted to tackle a few excuses in this weeks episode. Don't let these excuses hold you back from starting a podcast and using that as a marketing platform!
Don't forget to schedule a social media marketing coaching session with John over at Calendly.com/TheLancasterRealtor . I had a call and it was so great and eye opening! John Schuchman is a PA realtor who uses organic marketing via social media to continue to grow his business. He has gone from broke, $70k in debt to being debt free, 6 figure business, and giving his wife the ability to be a stay-at-home mom!
John Schuchman went from being broke and 70K in debt to being debt free, having a year of living expenses in the bank, and doing so well in Real Estate that after his wife's maternity leave ended in June when their second baby was born, she was able to give notice to her job and be a stay-at-home mom. In real estate, they say you will average making $20,000 a year for your first two years. He knew we would never survive on $20,000 a year so he worked his butt off, and when he hit my 2 year mark (August 28th, 2019) he had built a six figure business.
