A podcast about health and fitness for transgender, non-binary communities. Ally's welcome. My name is Ace Morgan I am a trans man and I wanted to create a place for people to come and listen to stories, interviews and hear fitness tips to live a better healthier life. As a fitness professional with over 30 years of experiance in the gym I have had quite a journey as a trans man and personal trainer. When we feel seen and heard we can heal, gain confidence and self esteem. Over the years I have collected many stories and connected with other practioiners and healers. I'm excited to share with you my stories, and their wisdom through conversations and interviews and so much more. Enjoy the show.
The Move Better, Feel Great with Ace Morgan podcast is an absolute gem in the world of podcasts. Each episode is filled with super interesting and helpful information that keeps me engaged and eager to learn more. Whether it's tips for improving my mental health or ways to enhance my physical well-being, this podcast has become a vital resource for self-improvement. I am constantly amazed at the wealth of knowledge provided in each episode, and I always walk away with new insights and strategies to apply to my own life.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the diversity of topics covered. Ace Morgan does an incredible job of addressing a wide range of subjects related to health and wellness. From mindfulness practices to fitness routines, nutrition tips to community-building exercises, there is something for everyone in this podcast. The practical advice shared here is truly invaluable, and I find myself implementing many of these strategies into my daily routine.
Moreover, what sets this podcast apart from others is its focus on supporting the Trans and gender-expansive experience. It is incredibly heartwarming and generous for Ace Morgan to create a platform specifically dedicated to providing guidance and understanding for these communities. The perspectives shared throughout the episodes are enlightening and eye-opening, helping listeners gain a deeper appreciation for the challenges faced by individuals who identify as Trans or gender-expansive.
While it's difficult to find any faults with this exceptional podcast, one slight downside could be that some episodes may not cover topics that resonate with every listener. However, considering the vast array of subjects explored by Ace Morgan, it's easy to find content that aligns with personal interests and needs.
In conclusion, The Move Better, Feel Great with Ace Morgan podcast is truly a game-changer in terms of self-improvement resources. The combination of practical advice, fitness knowledge, and community-building creates a unique listening experience that motivates listeners to stay connected and mindful of their health during these challenging times. Whether you're looking to enhance your mental or physical well-being, this podcast has you covered. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone seeking personal growth and a supportive community. I went to the streets on Friday June 24th, the day that roe v wade was overturned. I was so happy to be able to go to San Francisco to the trans march and be with people, it was a hard morning. I arrived around 3:15 pm, you could feel the energy in the streets surrounding the park blocks and blocks around. I went into the park to try and get people to talk, I have a few short interviews in Dolores park and sounds in the streets. This was a big march I would say thousands, maybe one of the biggest ones ever. The crowd was happy, angry, and everything in between, a real mix of emotions.Enjoy the show.-Acehttps://www.acemorganfitness.com/https://www.instagram.com/acemorganfitness/https://twitter.com/acemorganfit

https://www.acemorganfitness.com/https://www.instagram.com/acemorganfitness/Hello, my name is Ace Morgan. Welcome to Move Better, Feel Great. I am a transgender man. I created this podcast for transgender and non-binary communities. Alies welcome. I have been in the gym since 1983 and a personal trainer since 2005. I have not found enough resources for the trans/non-binary community that focus specifically on our health and fitness from a trans perspective. As a personal trainer over the years, I have collected a lot of data and found a shared experience with trans and non-binary communities--a shared, collective trauma--whether that is being teased and bullied or just not seen. Reflecting the trans and non-binary community by sharing my personal story and experiences, as well as those of other practitioners and healers, we can build the spaces to heal, get stronger, build self-esteem and live longer. I grew up in the DIY punk scene in the 80s and 90s: if you don't see it, create it. Make it happen. There are so many layers to unpeel to get to this stuff, to get to the mind-muscle connection. I am looking to create a supportive community for people to get grounded, move their bodies, focus on self-care and on themselves. Hearing stories we can relate to can be so healing, and less lonely. I will be doing interviews, fitness tips,, taking you through workouts and so much more. Please join me in creating a community where trans and non-binary folks can reflect each other, heal and collectively design new spaces to thrive. Join me by tuning into Move Better, Feel Great with Ace Morgan and let's light up the world with our tremendous power to love, reflect and heal. Allies welcome.
