Heute lebt Nele in ihrem ganz persönlichen Traum:
What happens when unhealed people become healing authorities? In this episode, Denise exposes how spiritual soundbites and paid certifications are being used to mask emotional immaturity—and why it's leaving clients confused, blamed, and worse off. If you've ever felt manipulated by a coach or healer who preached “alignment” but dodged accountability, this one will hit home.Want to go deeper?
Was gibt uns Kontrolle – und was nimmt sie uns?

As today marks a disturbing time for many of us, I offered a Healing Space today at the same time as the swearing in. It was informal and my aim was to offering 3 aspects of healing: Acknowledging what is with tools we've learned from Buddhism and practice. Second, to attend to the impacts of hurt and harm in ourselves & with each other. Third, committing to enacting qualities and ways we can stay connected and thrive in the net of life which includes us all.Host:REV. In today's fast-paced world, rest is often mistaken for simply lying on a beach with a cocktail in hand. But what if rest could mean something deeper, a true rejuvenation that touches the soul, leaving you transformed? This question finds its answer in the story of Roberto Laurens, owner of Pacha Munay Retreat Center in Peru.Roberto Laurens' journey is anything but conventional. Born in Colombia, he moved to Massachusetts and embarked on a life filled with spiritual exploration and entrepreneurship. Following a significant health crisis and profound spiritual experiences, Roberto found himself at a crossroads that led him to the heart of Peru.It was a series of synchronicities—the calling of Peru that Roberto could not ignore. Post-surgery, seeking healing, he found himself in the jungles of the Amazon managing an ayahuasca retreat center. Here, Roberto learned invaluable lessons on the benefits and pitfalls of plant medicine, highlighting the importance of integration over the mere experience of spiritual highs. In a world obsessed with bucket lists and itineraries, Roberto emphasizes the balance between exploration and inner work. The retreat nurtures this balance, encouraging guests to view travel not as an escape but as a profound opportunity for personal development. When you next plan your travels, consider the potential for transformation that lies beyond sightseeing. Embrace the opportunity to rest, rejuvenate, and return home with a newfound clarity and sense of purpose. My guest today is Dr. Lia Naor, a visionary for a new mental health system, who founded the “Healing Space” after Oct. 7th as a life-saving, nature-based trauma-healing ER for survivors. Lia has a PhD in Human Development and Counselling, she researches positive transformation and has a private practice as a nature based therapist. Lia trains therapists and educators through “ways of knowing” - her center for nature based therapy, as well as programs centered on the process of human development through initiation toward fulfilling potential and deepening our humanity. In this episode, we discuss the importance of creating healing centers that focus on holistic well-being and support individuals. Lia's vision is of a new mental health system that values connection, acceptance, and personal growth out of the breakdown, through embracing pain, and choosing life. 2 parts to this episode: - Part 1 - we discuss the process of healing traumas based on Lia's approach and work; - Part 2 (timecode 00:34) - we go back to Dec. 2023 where I filmed Lia's work in the Healing Space - a special center in Israel for trauma work and healing - for the Oct. 7th massacre & Nova party survivors. * Donations I received during Oct. 7th went towards the production of this episode and the episode with Dror Ashuah. ► If you got value, please like, comment, share, follow and support my work. My guest today is Dror Ashuah, an internationally recognized inspirational speaker, author and founder of retreat centers in the US, Mexico and Italy. His book series “Conversation with Angels” is a collection of messages on spiritual awakening received by Dror from the Angelic spiritual realm in preparation for this unprecedented time of global change. Dror has a Master's degree from Harvard University in Human Development and Psychology. His worldwide travels combined with studies in mysticism, astrology, Reiki, crystals, and Shamanism have all contributed to his personal understanding of the messages about human consciousness. Dror relays a non-linear worldview about the nature of life on Earth and our greater purpose in the Universe: awakening to our divinity and understanding our spiritual role on this earthly journey. This episode has 2 parts: - Part 1 - we discuss the process of awakening in depth; - Part 2 (timecode 1:00:38) - we go back to Dec. 2023 where I filmed Dror's work in the Healing Center - a special center in Israel for trauma work and healing - for the Oct. 7th massacre & Nova party survivors. In this episode, we discuss the evolution of consciousness, and spiritual awakening. Dror emphasizes that awakening is a process that involves moving through fear, letting go of old patterns, and playing one's true self. We touch on the current time period as a unique opportunity for humanity's awakening and the battle between dark and light, while exploring the battle for human attention and consciousness. We discuss how different forces and areas of life manipulate and harvest our energy, and the importance of taking responsibility for our reality. We also touch on the dangers of consuming fear-based content and the power of choice in disconnecting from systems that do not serve us. We conclude with a reminder to find the gift in fear and to embrace the process of spiritual death and rebirth. We then move to part 2 which details the work Dror has been doing with the caregivers of the Healing Center in the weeks following Oct. 7th, to support survivors dealing with shock and trauma. ► If you got value, please like, comment, share, subscribe and support my work. I've been looking forward to dropping this episode with one of my dearest friends because it is JAM PACKED with so much gold - from the inception of the well-known & beloved community healing center in Scottsdale, Arizona 'Abundant Space' to the birth of her adorable baby boy, Kseniya holds NOTHING back as we dive into the juicy details of motherhood, entrepreneurship, her PRIMAL birthing story, personal healing, sobriety & so much more. Let's just say this was a very ABUNDANT episode - we covered ALOT I'll be honest and say Kseniya is one of the most kind, generous and HILARIOUS people that I know. She has brought so much love, joy, healing & laughter to every single person in our community and I seriously cannot imagine life without her. She's facilitated breathwork ceremonies at multiple retreats I've hosted and has been such a huge support as a friend, sister & fellow business owner. Abundant Space - has been home to countless Warrior Women gatherings and cacao circles over the years and its been beyond special. And then there's Prince Theo, who we all love so so much. Just like his mama, this handsome baby boy has brought so much beauty, love, and laughter into our lives and I appreciate how much he teaches us all. Hearing the story of how Theo came into this world was so sweet. I am forever fascinated by miraculous experience that is birth. Hey y'all! This week I'm talking about how creating a safe, healing space is needed! I share how my first solo apartment became that for me and hopefully encourages you all to take some time to create that for yourself. You don't need a lot to do it, just the mindset of knowing you need to for your own health.
In this episode I go through some tips to set up a space that is conducive to healing such as: massage tables, how colour makes a difference, sound and music for shifting frequency and scent. But most of all, it's about setting up a space that works for you and your clients.
This week we're talking to the incredible shining light that is Shenell Malloy. Shenell is a stage 4 Glioblastoma survivor, founder of Do Cancer, mom of two and has been in remission for 4 years. She shares her journey through having such a terrifying diagnosis, treatment and how she prioritized herself and her health to get through treatment and the aftermath of it all. Shenell talks about how important it is for all of us to make time for ourselves and our healing rather than waiting until it's too late. She opens up about starting the Do Cancer organization, what it is and how you can get involved. Shenell is truly amazing and we're so excited for you to hear her story! Trauma is a profound inner wound that can manifest as a number of severe disorders and issues if not treated properly. Thankfully we are seeing the emergence of new digital resources that hold space and offer the holistic approach to healing that people truly need. Find care and support on your health journey with modern digital wellness resources! Hear from Jaki at the Well-Tech World Summit on March 20 & 21.❤️ Jaki created a virtual healing space that provides holistic and integrative care to women healing from trauma: our true strength is in vulnerability. 02:40⚠️ Women have various interconnected traumatic experiences: even entrepreneurs build their platforms based on personal traumatic experiences. 05:56✅ Trauma is the wound within made from the impact of all the traumatic experiences we have been through - that puts them at a higher risk of PTSD. 09:25

Dr. Jill Carnahan, MD is board-certified by the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM) and Your Functional Medicine Expert®. She uses functional medicine to help patients find the root cause of their illness and identify nutritional and biochemical imbalances that may be contributing to their symptoms. Dr. Carnahan grew up in a midwestern farming family with a strong desire to change the medical system from within. However, she faced an uphill battle that was much larger than grades, analytical thinking, and accolades. At 25 years old, Dr. Carnahan became one of the youngest women diagnosed with an aggressive stage of breast cancer at Loyola Medical School. In this episode, we discuss Dr. Jill Carnahan's journey from surviving breast cancer and Crohn's disease to mold toxicity. We get a better understanding of how these experiences have shaped her philosophy and the way she practices medicine. Dr. Carnahan also highlights the importance of creating an optimal space for healing (or healing space), which is what traditional medical clinics lack.
