Real beauty, honest and raw conversations... this week i'm talking about Postpartum. I recorded this a couple of weeks ago, and now our beautiful baby is 4 months, i've hit the 4 month hormone crash! It's been a wild couple of days, but of course, feeling all the emotions of loving this phase/chapter, but equally admitting it's difficult.
