Arnold Schwarzennegger brought his donkey to the Manningast for Monday Night Football and Bryan was not a fan. Trump defiant after court appearance in New York. Bryan explains the complexities of America's relationship to Israel and our current strategy with the war in Gaza. KNOW IT ALL: 1) Sen. Tim Kaine voices concern over civilian deaths in Gaza. 2) An elderly Jewish man was killed by an anti-Israel protester in CA. 3) Children got lead poisoning from applesauce pouches. 4) Trump clashed with a judge in NY. // A vagrant found his way onto I-5 and it didn't end well. // Families of those held hostage in Gaza speak out. Neutrality in the face of murder is taking a side.

The REAL MR. MACEMAN Rik has always liked working out since his teen years. At the time there was a strong consciousness of body building. Everyone wanted to look like Arnold Schwarzennegger. I trained hard but I didn't look like them. I got stronger but was frustrated. It was during Y2K, kettlebells became popular in the states. The only place to get certified was in Minnesota. He got certified & went back home to California, having a few kettlebell clients. One of them wanted to to video Rik training with Kettlebell for an upcoming DVD. It was at the shoot that he was introduced to the mace. He started training his private clients with the mace. In 2013, he decided to do a seminar. 18 people showed up! Rik got excited. If he could do with 18 people why not do it again. That's exactly what he did. Rinse & repeat. He kept it close to home staying in the San Diego, LA area. Then he got a call from a gym in northern California asking him to come & couch. The ball kept rolling, in 2015 he got call from New Mexico. Rik has since taught in Ireland, England, Germany, Italy. To date Rik has taught 56 seminars ranging ages from 15-81! I asked Rik, what has the mace given you? A creative feeling. Either I chose the mace or the mace chose me & I haven't even scratched the surface. Where can you find Rick Brown? The recent Tom Cruise deepfake was awfully convincing. https://news.sky.com/story/creator-of-viral-tom-cruise-deepfake-wants-to-raise-awareness-over-trick-videos-12237680 It has Jay and Eric concerned about what the future holds for artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and technology in general. Are our identities safe at all when our faces and bodies can be manipulated this easily? How will we blend with computers and robots in general in the future? Terminator, The Matrix and all of the post-apocalyptic movies of our childhood and teens appear to be coming true. How can these things bode well for the future? Last night, HBO aired Axios' full interview last week with our President. If you saw it, no amount of "Trump Bashing" could do justice to the criticism he rightfully brought on himself. Tonight, we are going to let Donald Trump explain, in his own words, who he actually he is and we'll let our audience decide for themselves if this is the man we want representing us for another 4 years. For those who are tired of constant criticism of the man, this is one time we'll let him do the work for us. Next we got a visit from Ravi Ramgobal who, with his brothers host a pop culture podcast called Was It Good? Ravi was kind enough to join us and talk about the best and worst movies and tv shows during the pandemic. Check them out on your podcast provider of choice! In our Just One Question segment we discuss Lifetime announcing that they are featuring an LGBTQ couple in an upcoming holiday film and we ask the question; how much longer will it take for full acceptance for members of the LGBTQ community. We closed the show with a celebration of the movies of Arnold Schwarzennegger after Arnold turned 73 this week! Thank you to HBO and Axios for the use of audio from their interview with Donald Trump. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tmihollywood/support
Real Estate Uncensored - Real Estate Sales & Marketing Training Podcast
Social media can be positive and negative all at the same time; it all depends on how we choose to use it. The interactions we have online often affect our offline lives and sometimes, not for the right reasons. For some, the obvious response to online disagreements would be switching off our devices. That said, many would argue that even switching off doesn’t allow us to fully disengage. Is it possible to run a business in the 21st century without having an online presence? Can we stay omnipresent to our audiences without being completely consumed by social media? Given how relatively new social media is, we don’t know the long-term positive or negative effects it could have on us. On this episode, Australia’s #1 real estate coach, Glenn Twiddle returns to share how to use social media without losing our souls. Three Things You’ll Learn in This Episode Choose to see the positive side of any situation; this is a conscious decision we need to make. Stay in front of the audience. Even if we are concerned about the effects of social media, it’s still one of the best ways to market our businesses. Hire someone to monitor social media engagement, so we’re still present without being overly consumed ourselves. Guest Bio Glenn Twiddle is the #1 real estate coach in Australia. He offers agents a ‘step-by-step, fill in the blanks’ system for becoming the top real estate agent in their area in 3 years or less. Glenn is also the CEO of Total Success Summit- a premiere marketing, sales, motivation and business event in Australia which has featured guests including Arnold Schwarzennegger, Sir Richard Branson, Gary Vaynerchuk, and other high-profile personalities in recent years.
