On the seventh episode of The Panzer Podcast we are finally getting around to the second iteration of the Panther tank, the Ausführung A-- which was the second most prolific of the three variations, and will take us well into 1944. We will drill down the details of makes the Ausf. A an Ausf. A, as well as describe the differences between the Ausf. D and Ausf. A. Moving on, we will pick up our combat narrative on the Eastern Front and get a chance to visit with the Allied invasion of mainland Italy and just how the new Panther got along driving through the hills of Central Italy. We detail the actions of July 5 - July 20 1943 for Panzer-Regiment 39 "von Lauchert" and within, the two Panzer-Abteilungen 51 & 52 (Panther Abteilungen). Exciting opportunities abound for David Billingsly, Shane Hoy, Ben Hoy, Jon Hoy, and the Pro Pacific Pest Control team. As Anticimex goes west, J. Peterman pays a special visit to congratulate Paul and The Mex aka Franco. Guest co-host David 'General' Billingsly returns to discuss his new role at Anticimex, and is greeted with his new nickname.  While David frowns on the nickname, it's the title ‘boss’ that gets him on the corporate soapbox. Speaking of titles, David welcomes Shane to the ‘employee’-side.  'Dollar Bill' David crosses the Mississippi to take the lead as Anticimex Western Region President while Shane has high hopes for DBigs' acquisition experience. What gold will they discover together in California?  Buying is the easy part, especially for David. He has a lot of experience acquiring businesses – 13 in total – while at American Pest. Paul and Shane ask him about lessons learned during integration. Recently Anticimex entered Colorado and Arizona with Kevin Lemasters' EnviroPest and Dena Berg's Northwest Exterminating, respectively. Paul explains his take on what these acquisitions do for the West coast.  Shane discusses how he announced this acquisition to his staff well before the closing. Would this acquisition have happened for Pro Pacific if it wasn’t with Anticimex? What is the next chapter for Pro Pacific’s Cinderella story? My guest today was amazing to talk with! I want to introduce Vonshan Billingsly. Vonshan is a black American. A father, husband, brother, son and friend. He is also a recovering addict. He and his wife, Nicole (also a recovering addict), own and operate Nivon Wellness Center, The Center for Healing. They have both been clean for 8 years and Nicole is about to earn her doctorate degree! They help treat folks with substance abuse and mental health issues at their two locations in the St. Paul area in Minnesota. You’re about to hear a conversation I had with Vonshan concering the racial divide we are seeing in the country in the wake of the death of George Floyd, a black man who was killed by a police officer here in Minneapolis. Vonshan and I wanted to have a real and open conversation about race and racism. What follows is an extraordinary civil discourse between two men. One who happens to be black and one who happens to be white. You’re in for a real growth experience and to be clear, we’re only scratching the surface. There’s much to be done, but to Vonshan and me, conversations like this seem to be the best place to start. So, without further delay, listen in to this fascinating conversation with Vonshan. Show Notes: If you or someone you know is experiencing problems related to substance abuse and/or mental health, please reach out to Nivon Wellness Center. Actual Anarchy Podcast - AnCap Movie Reviews from a Rothbardian Perspective

[New file uploaded, previous file cut off at 51 minutes for some reason. Try downloading again and it should be the full episode.] Festivus, the airing of grievances, and feats of strength. Twas the night before the night before Christmas...and we're finally recording. The wait has been ginormous, but we promise not boring. Second most Christmas movie ever, after Die Hard of course. That's right, we're doing Elf everyone...Elf! We will back next week with the Bruce Willis reboot of Death Wish. Show notes to be posted at: http://www.actualanarchy.com/108 Presented by www.ActualAnarchy.com Robert and I analyze popular movies from a Rothbardian/Anarcho-Capitalist perspective. We use movies as a starting point for people who may not be familiar with this way of thinking.   Discussion of the plot and decisions that characters make in relation to morality and violations of the non-aggression principle are our bread and butter. We also will highlight and discuss any themes or lessons from Austrian Economics that we can glean from the film. The point is to show what anarchy actually is with instances that are presented in film. We publish at least once per week; and occasionally will do specials surrounding holidays or events (elections/olympics) and have guests. SUBSCRIBE, RATE AND REVIEW ON APPLE PODCASTS (or iTUNES)

The day is finally here! The EPIC release of Episode 14 of Friends Drink Beer! This week, Ryan and Alex sit down with the creators of the Los Angeles based sketch monologue show, “It’s Personal”. Together, the gang embarks on one of the highest rated hefeweizens on the Internet: “Hefe Weissbier” by Weihenstaphan. This brewery was founded in 725, making it the oldest brewery in the world! If you’re a Hef-Aholic, we won’t lie: it isn’t worth all the hype. However, it does come with high praise, a hint of banana, bright orange color, very light and can be enjoyed truly at any time of day. I made a joke about it being a “breakfast beer” because seriously...it would go down fine even at 9 AM. (I don’t have a problem.) Join the boys with Liz and Riley as we discuss farting instead of sneezing, the importance of choosing the right Maid of Honor for your wedding, and how you can be a part of the next “It’s Personal’ show. Have a question for Ryan & Alex? Submit it today at www.friendsdrinkbeer.com, and we will answer it on the next episode! Find out more about Weihenstaphan, (the oldest brewery literally ever) www.weihenstephaner.de Check out show dates for It’s Personal and connect with the gals at www.itspersonalonstage.com Last plug. I promise.
