L.A. Secret Police. Inside the LAPD Elite Spy Network is a New York Times and Los Angeles Times Bestseller. This incredible non-fiction book rips the lid off the LAPD and exposes the reader to its dark underbelly of corruption during the reign of Chief Daryl Gates. L.A. cops ruined lives and reputations, inflicted mindless brutality, committed murder and engaged in massive cover-ups. In Los Angeles, police corruption was much more than unmarked envelopes stuffed with cash. It was a total corruption of power. For decades LAPD engaged in massive illegal spying and lied about it. Its spying targets included politicians, movie stars, professional athletes, news reporters and anyone wielding power or those of interest to Daryl Gates. Incredibly, the spying targets included a Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, a Secretary of Defense, a current Governor and the President of the United States. It all happened in Los Angeles.Detective Rothmiller is the modern-day Frank Serpico; he exposed the tentacles of corruption which reached to the highest levels within the LAPD and Washington D.C. It wasn't long after that an assassin attempted to take his life. It was apparent to many that powerful forces wanted him silenced. Incredibly, in this book Detective Rothmiller names names! See why this book changed the LAPD and is required reading at many universities. As former Assistant United States Attorney Marvin Rudnick said, “Rothmiller was in a position to know. He did very sensitive work.”Every book has an ending. However, the ending of this book will shock you. Within the new epilogue is a multi-page essay written especially for this updated book by Pulitzer Prize winning journalist David Cay Johnston. In it he describes his personal experience as a target of Daryl Gates illegal intelligence operations while he served as a Los Angeles Times reporter. You'll also read the challenge posed by detective Rothmiller to the LAPD. A challenge LAPD has refused to answer.Since releasing this updated eBook, Detective Rothmiller has been interviewed dozens of times by the national media regarding current NSA domestic spying and the 2013 murderous rampage of former LAPD cop Christopher Dorner. In late 2013 Detective Rothmiller was interviewed for a major television documentary which will expose corruption and major crimes committed at the highest levels. The documentary is scheduled for release in 2016. https://amzn.to/404ozAVBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-opperman-report--1198501/support.

Retired FBI agent and criminal profiler Candice DeLong dives into the chilling case of Christopher Dorner, a decorated Navy veteran and former LAPD officer who waged a deadly campaign against the very department he once served. In 2013, Dorner launched a series of targeted attacks on law enforcement officers and their families, leaving Southern California on edge for nearly two weeks – and causing the LAPD to launch their largest manhunt to date. Candice explores how Dorner became entrenched in a growing sense of perceived injustice, and how his psychological descent turned him from a protector of the public into one of its most feared threats.Be the first to know about Wondery's newest podcasts, curated recommendations, and more! We'll use these sessions to hone our use of terms as tools to reveal truth, neutralize Racists/White people. #ANTIBLACKNESS The death of former President Jimmy Carter - who happened to be in the White House during the 1978 Jonestown holocaust, was completely forgotten by the time 2025 arrived. A reported Terrorist attack in New Orleans, Louisiana hours into 2025 resulted in15 people being killed when a motorist drove a truck over a pedestrian path in the French Quarter. The attacker, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, engaged in gun fire with the police and is reported to have had explosive devises as well. Hours later, a Tesla cybertruck exploded in front of a Las Vegas, Nevada Trump hotel. The White motorist may have been deceased prior to the detonation. President Joe Biden announced that at this moment, there's no evidence linking the Nevada and Louisiana attacks. A black male, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, is suspected of acting alone in New Orleans and of being influenced by the terrorist group ISIS. The Nevada attacker is reportedly a Colorado Springs White Man and former Green Beret who has not been connected with ISIS. Both suspects have military experience and spent time at North Carolina's Fort Bragg. Gus T. emphasized the number of black male veterans who've engaged in recent acts of mass violence. John Allen Muhammad, the convicted "DC Sniper" in 2002; Christopher Dorner, the 2013 suspected California killer; and Micah Xavier Johnson, the 2016 Dallas, Texas alleged "cop killer." #DryJanuary #TurnerDiaries #TheCOWS16Years INVEST in The COWS – http://paypal.me/TheCOWS Cash App: https://cash.app/$TheCOWS CALL IN NUMBER: 605.313.5164 CODE: 564943#

Christopher Jordan Dorner (June 4, 1979[2] – February 12, 2013) was a former officer of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) who, beginning on February 3, 2013, committed a series of shootings in Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County and San Bernardino County in the U.S. state of California.[3] The victims were law enforcement officers and the daughter of a retired police captain. Dorner killed four people and wounded three others. On February 12 he died during a standoff with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department after a shootout at a cabin in the San Bernardino Mountains.A manifesto posted by Dorner on social media declared "unconventional and asymmetric warfare" upon the LAPD, their families and their associates unless the department admitted publicly he was fired in retaliation for reporting excessive force.[4][5][6][7][8]In two separate incidents during the manhunt, police shot at three civilians unrelated to Dorner, mistaking their pickup trucks for the vehicle he was driving (a dark gray 2005 Nissan Titan).[9] One of the civilians was hit by the police gunfire, another was wounded by shattered glass, and a third was injured when police rammed his vehicle and opened fire. The officers involved were not charged with any crime. This show is part of the Spreaker Prime Network, if you are interested in advertising on this podcast, contact us at https://www.spreaker.com/show/1198501/advertisement

For more than a week he eluded authorities, popping up in a different county every day or so. And you never knew where he would strike again. It took the largest manhunt in southern California's history to bring an end to his reign of terror.

How would you feel knowing that the police officers in your community got there because the mayor of the city decided that she wanted to make it easier for non-qualified individuals to wear a badge to work?    It turns out that the mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, wants to lower the bar by ‘removing obstacles' for police applicants. She also wants to weed out any current officers who have ties to the MAGA movement.   In other words, she doesn't want strong, republican police officers who have enough intelligence to make it through the police application/academy while further dwindling down the strength and numbers of the current police department.   I've worked and talked with thousands of police officers over the years and the #1 thing that good police officers hate is bad police officers.   It shouldn't take another Christopher Dorner manhunt for this mayor to realize the critical mistake that she is making here.   Tune in as Coach Ashlie Walton and Detective Walton break down some of the truths behind this woman's proposal.       ⩥ PLEASE SUBSCRIBE TO OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL ⩤ https://bi3xbvVont.ly/   CLICK HERE for our best-selling products: https://amzn.to/3xaG3xw and https://rdbl.co/3DIQVUC   CLICK HERE to join our free Police, Fire, Military and Families Facebook Group: https://bit.ly/38w2e7r   Check out our website and learn more about how you can work with LEO Warriors by going to: https://www.leowarriors.com/   Like what you hear? In this episode of the Homicide Inc. podcast we're going to hear LA Cop Killer Christopher Dorner's manifesto in it's entirety. It's lengthy and lucid, occasionally humorous and hypocritical, and promising the violence that Dorner ultimately carried out. The manifesto goes out of its way to portray Dorner as a non-violent individual, saying it's not in his "DNA" to be a bully, and that waging war on the LAPD has become a "necessary evil" he doesn't enjoy. Dorner, who's black, believes he was unfairly let go from the LAPD force, and he says in his manifesto that the LAPD hasn't changed much since LA-area cops were caught on tape beating Rodney King. He sites many reasons for his angst and violence but ultimately he just wanted to clear his NAME. Info Buying a Bride: An Engaging History of Mail-Order Matches / L.A. Secret Police. Inside the LAPD Elite Spy Network There have always been mail-order brides in America—but we haven't always thought about them in the same ways. In Buying a Bride, Marcia A. Zug starts with the so-called “Tobacco Wives” of the Jamestown colony and moves all the way forward to today's modern same-sex mail-order grooms to explore the advantages and disadvantages of mail-order marriage. It's a history of deception, physical abuse, and failed unions. It's also the story of how mail-order marriage can offer women surprising and empowering opportunities. Drawing on a forgotten trove of colorful mail-order marriage court cases, Zug explores the many troubling legal issues that arise in mail-order marriage: domestic abuse and murder, breach of contract, fraud (especially relating to immigration), and human trafficking and prostitution. She tells the story of how mail-order marriage lost the benign reputation it enjoyed in the Civil War era to become more and more reviled over time, and she argues compellingly that it does not entirely deserve its current reputation. While it is a common misperception that women turn to mail-order marriage as a desperate last resort, most mail-order brides are enticed rather than coerced. Since the first mail-order brides arrived on American shores in 1619, mail-order marriage has enabled women to improve both their marital prospects and their legal, political, and social freedoms. Buying A Bride uncovers this history and shows us how mail-order marriage empowers women and should be protected and even encouraged. L.A. Secret Police. Inside the LAPD Elite Spy Network L.A. It all happened in Los Angeles. Detective Rothmiller is the modern-day Frank Serpico; he exposed the tentacles of corruption which reached to the highest levels within the LAPD and Washington D.C. He did very sensitive work.” Every book has an ending. A challenge LAPD has refused to answer. Since releasing this updated eBook, Detective Rothmiller has been interviewed dozens of times by the national media regarding current NSA domestic spying and the 2013 murderous rampage of former LAPD cop Christopher Dorner. In late 2013 Detective Rothmiller was interviewed for a major television documentary which will expose corruption and major crimes committed at the highest levels. The documentary is scheduled for release in 2016.
